Erstes Zimmer war nicht das was ich gebucht hatte, dann wurde das Zimmer doppelt vergeben und es stand aufeinmal jemand im Zimmer. Danach bin ich an die Rezeption, es gab nach kurzer Prüfung ein anderes Zimmer, allerdings war es so laut, da das Zimmer anscheinend über der Anlieferung für das Hotel lag,es war sehr laut. Somit war der Schlaf nicht gut. Für den Preis war dieser Aufenthalt nicht gelungen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Mitten in der Stadt und nicht weit für Konzertveranstaltungen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Toll das es eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gibt, da es sonst unter dem Dach zu warm geworden wäre und durch die Straßenseite ist es etwas laut aber mit Fenster zu und Klimaanlage kein Problem. Wir werden es auf jeden Fall nochmal besuchen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist so nicht schlecht aber das Wurst- und Käseangebot sowie das Rührei sollte für diesen Preis dringend überarbeitet werden.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand. Alles war sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück war vergleichsweise spärlich, aber ausreichend und ok, gutes Brot.

Das Bad war grenzwertig schlecht: Eine Badewanne zum Duschen mit hohem Ein- und Ausstieg ist gefährlich! Ein Zimmer mit hoch eingebauten Velux-Dachfenstern ist kein Schlafzimmer, sondern ein guter, heller Abstellraum. Man kann nicht hinausschauen, nur den Himmel sehen. Das geht nicht!! Darf man so nicht verkaufen.

In Zimmer mit Fenstern zur Fußgängerzone ist zeitweise durch Straßenlärm zu hören.

Bett aus meiner Sicht zu weich (durchgelegen). Frühstück in der Qualität nicht ausreichend, nur eine Kaffeemaschine, daher enorme Wartezeit.

Kurze Distanz zum Zentrum

Das Hotel ist nicht für Gruppen geeignet. Das Personal ist unfreundlich, zu 80 Prozent verständnislos gegenüber älteren Menschen. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern ist kaputt, die Dusche ist kaputt und die Toiletten sind schmutzig. Das Hotel verdient sein Geld nur durch die kurze Distanz zum Zentrum.

Das Notausgangstreppenhaus muss richtig beschildert werden, weil es keinen Ausgang gibt.

Leider die Badewanne zum Duschen, Risiko beim Einsteigen besteht, da der Haltegriff gegenüber angebracht war und man sich in die Wanne hineinbeugen musste

Sehr komfortabel, gute Lage und sehr gutes Preisl/ Leistungsverhältnis! Wenn wir noch mal nach Braunschweig kommen, würden wir das Hotel wieder wählen.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, Zimmer zum geräumiges, sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Hinweis; wir hatten die Fahrräder mit - und mangels Fahrradraum sollten wir sie mit aufs Zimmer nehmen. Hat aber super geklappt und aufgrund der Zimmergröße nicht gestört.

Für mich persönlich waren die Betten viel zu Weich. Safe und Minibar-Kühlschrank muss es mal gegeben haben (wäre auch schön), beide waren aber aus dem Schrank ausgebaut, waren auch nicht in der Zimmerbeschreibung beim buchen enthalten, insofern ok.

Fantastiskt fräscht och fint. Nära gågatan. God frukost, trevliga gemensamma ytor att umgås på. Bra parkering i källaren med hiss direkt upp till receptionen.

I rummet som är väldigt modernt så fanns det en temperaturmätare. Den lyser med ilsket grönt ljus, vilket är väldigt störande på natten då rummet lyses upp av denna.

Sehr modern und sauber. Super Preis-Leistung und durften ohne Probleme unsere Fahrräder aufs Zimmer mitnehmen.

Zentrale Lage. Parkhaus unterm Hotel. Großes Zimmer. Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Obwohl das Zimmer bezugsfertig war hätte ein Einchecken vor 15 Uhr 20 Euro extra gekostet. Die Klobürste fiel bei der Verwendung auseinander. Duschen in der Badewanne ist unkomfortabel/eng.

Umfangreiches, ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet ohne besondere Highlights. Zimmer sauber und geräumig aber ohne Kühlschrank. Zimmer ging zum Innenhof, dadurch ruhig, leider ließ sich das Fenster nur einen kleinen Spalt weit öffnen. Klimaanlage haben wir nicht zum laufen bringen können. Bestechend ist die sehr gute Lage und die Möglichkeit, aus der öffentlichen Tiefgarage mit dem Aufzug direkt in die Hotel-Lobby zu fahren.

Beim Frühstück vermisst man kleine Besonderheiten, wie z. B. Lachs, Choco-Croissants, frische Früchte, eine etwas größere Tee-Auswahl. Aufschnitt und Käse wirken qualitativ "von der Stange", im Großen und Ganzen ist aber alles da, um satt zu werden.

Die Zimmer um 1 Stock haben den Nachteil, dass alle Hauswirtschaftszimmer, Klimatechnik, Gewerbeteile und Haustechnik im EG sind. Dadurch ist der Grundlärm durch Klimatechnik (Brummen) bis in den 1 Stock wahrnehmbar was den Schlafkomfort schmälert.

Świetna lokalizacja w centrum. Pokój komfortowy, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Śniadania urozmaicone, z dużym wyborem różnych produktów.

Mały minus na początek, po rezerwacji pokoju z łóżkiem podwójnym dostaliśmy pokój z dwoma łóżkami, ale dość szybko udało się to wyjaśnić.

Clean rooms. Free Tea & Coffee! We stayed at the Maritim in Hannover prior to our return flight and although it's a grander hotel (gym, swimming pool etc) the rooms at Premier Inn look modern and have Tea & Coffee, where the Martin did not!

Not much really, we have stayed at Braunschweig Premier Inn a few times and it's always welcoming and a nice place to be based from for our stays in Braunschweig. The Aircon made a noise but the room didn't feel cool? Maybe the units need a service?

Das Personal war mir behilflich, die Klimaanlage auszustellen. Denn die Anleitung im Zimmer war für mich nicht zu verstehen.

Leider gab es keine Dusche sondern nur eine Badewanne, was ich persönlich für ein Hotel eher unpassend finde.

Dreckigster Föhn den ich je gesehen habe, der zudem noch gebrochen war. Platz zwischen Schreibtisch und Bett war zu eng um den Stuhl ordentlich raus zu ziehen.

Die Lage in der City von Dresden ist genial. Alles entlang der Einkaufsstraße "Prager Str." ist fußläufig direkt erreichbar. Der HBF ist keine 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, der Altmarkt und die Frauenkirche sind ebenfalls zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das direkt vor dem Hoteleingang viele arabische Geschäfte sind ist heute wohl nicht mehr der Rede wert. Ansonsten gutes Hotel zentral gelegen.

Zum Frühstück muss man teilweise mit Wartezeit rechnen, wer mit mehr als 2 Personen kommt ...... muss eben auch mal länger warten. Das Personal ist aber bemüht Plätze zu organisieren, dafür danke.

Das Hotel ist super modern, aber auf der anderen Seite hat es diesen besonderen Charme durch den Botique-Stil. Das große Zimmer war für uns drei als Familie perfekt geräumig und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Frühstück, genauso auch absolut mit der Gastfreundlichkeit.

Da wir in der obersten Etage das Zimmer hatten, war genau über uns auf dem Dach die große Klimaanlage, die sehr laut und lange bis in den späten Abend anhielt, was uns Probleme beim Einschlafen bereitete.

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, da bleibt man auch gerne für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Sehr nettes Personal und die tolle zentrale Lage ! Kaffeepulver und Tee mit Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Toll. Noch nie gehabt! Im großen und ganzen ein super Hotel!.

Die Kombi aus Dusche u. Badewanne. Sehr tiefer Einstieg. Für ältere Menschen oder für welche mit körperlichen Einschränkungen nicht machbar. Dazu die kurze Duschabtrennung, zwar besser als ein Duschvorhang, aber setzt evtl das Bad unter Wasser. Das Rührei zum Frühstück war nicht so unser Geschmack. Ob es vielleicht aus irgendeinem Pulver angerührt wurde? Aber das ist " jammern" auf hohem Niveau. War wirklich schön dort!

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ruhig und sauber.

Leider ist die Toilettenspülung immer hängen geblieben.

Easy to get too and lots of parking. Booked 2 rooms and was able to move to be on the same floor. Comfortable. Easy walk into town centre.

The extremely thin walls of the room meant I was disturbed by neighbours engaging in a conversation through the night. Although the voices were not excessively loud, they were clearly intoxicated. I lodged a complaint with the Premier Inn, but as I refrained from descending the nine floors and speaking to the receptionist in the middle of the night, which would have further disrupted my sleep, they declined to honour the “good night sleep grantee.”

I booked 2 rooms and both was very clean, modern and comfortable. It was very easy to check in and find rooms. There is also an underground car park which we used at the cost of £10 from the time you arrive to 12pm (check out) the following day. It was easy to find and convenient with bis stops near by as we used these to get to the 02 academy. We had a peaceful sleep and comfortable beds. With access to tea and coffee in the room with extra available in the reception. We had breakfast the next morning which had a wide range of choice we really enjoyed this and was greeted with a very smiley and bubbly staff member Nicole who was a great help and efficient at clearing tables. Easy to check out overall an enjoyable experience.

Friendly welcome on arrival, the check in was straightforward and quick. The room was clean, spacious, had everything I needed and the views were amazing. Noise levels were low in the corridor & I slept very well. The breakfast was hot, well cooked and there was plenty of it. The location suited me as there were plenty of buses that took me into Winton & Bournemouth.

Location very near all forms of transport. The room was spacious and had every thing i needed for my stay with my teenage son. Staff very friendly and customer service excellent. Room was clean and made uo every day. Value for money fir a short get away. Very quuet area and had local shops and resturants around the hotel, also the seafront was a 20 mins walk or a short bus ride away.

Stayed in Eastcliff for Halloween half term with the kids. It was absolutely chucking down outside and we were welcomed by the lovely Ayse on the reception. She offered us all biscuits and hot chocolate and gave the kids little Halloween gift bags. We thought this was brilliant and she made it such a great experience. All the staff were great aswell. We didn’t not dine in as were visiting family but the room was great. Decent size and cleanest you’ll ever get. Such a fantastic stay!

Firstly car park was constantly flooded during our two night stay, very awkward to get to and required agility by the driver to get in and out of their vehicle quickly to press entry buttons. At night it felt very dark and Lifts, only 3 . 1 of which was constantly “out of order”causing another to become out of order and frustrated staff and guests immensely 😡 it’s 10 story building. Queues of people with luggage trying to check in and out . Breakfast yuck don’t bother. Never again.

Great atmosphere, excellent facilities. The sleep was great, can't say the service as it was self check-in. Parking is reasonable, but could be free like other Premier Inn in some parts of the UK. More USB sockets are needed as some guests uses cable rather than plugs to reduce packing. Other than that, great place and convenient location.

Booked 2 rooms. 1 for family of 4. 1 for family of 3. They managed to dish out wrong rooms. Party of 3 arrived hours after others, so too late to swap rooms.

This is your typical premier inn you know what you’re going to get . Check in is easy in a machine the car park is very secure underground with reserved parking for PI customers , however be aware it’s £10 a night which we wasn’t aware of Overall a nice clean room and bathroom and Comfy beds

We were flying from Bournemouth Airport - 4 solo travellers and 4 rooms. No complaints at all. Our overnight stay for the airport was so good that we cancelled our booking at a different hotel chain for our late evening return flight and booked again at this Premier Inn. The staff were great, self service check in a useful addition, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and both our nights went undisturbed. We didn't eat here so can't comment on the food. The hotel is close to the railway station, and a big Asda is nearby if you have forgotten anything. It was about 30 minutes by taxi to the airport. The car park is very close to the hotel, chargeable at £10 for 24 hours - till noon check out, and is an underground car park. Our friend who drove, parked at airport for the period we were away. I'm not aware you could use this hotel as a park and stay. You can ask for a taxi to be called or press a preset button at reception. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Bournemouth. Returning at the end of our holiday, we were still just as impressed with our stay here.

Great customer services, easy and convenient check in. And perfect for when we visit our daughter at uni as it is a two minute walk.

Be aware the parking is underground to the side of the building and you have to press a button for the gate to open. If you are a woman alone be vigilant. It is darkish and somebody could jump in the car. Alarmist? Perhaps. You also have to exit the car park and walk around. Once inside the hotel is lovely, comfortable, clean and everything you could want. Shower gel, tea/coffee etc. Breakfast has a great selection ofceither/and cooked or continental.

Had an absolute wonderful stay at premier inn eastcliff. The staff were brilliant especially one of the managers Ayse!! We had breakfast and dinner there and it was spot on. Food was fresh and hot. Dinner was amazing. Food came so fast and was perfect. The room was clean and everything you’d hope it would be. What a fantastic stay. Will be returning!!!

I stayed only one night. The location was convenient- close to the train station if you don't drive, about 15 minutes to the beach and 25 minutes to the town centre. The room was spacious and clean, reception team was lovely and made me felt safe while I stayed. Especially when I didn't have to eat in the restaurant and could take me food upstairs.

Upon arrival very early in the morning there was a horrible smell in the bathroom but we were too tired to worry so went to bed. Requiring use of the bathroom at 6am the smell was putrid, Like a very bad nappy. Upon investigation of the bin the was toilet paper with faeces left in the bin. Obviously we don't know how long it had been left there. Basic hygiene should never have allowed this to happen. I found this totally unacceptable and complained at reception and was offered a free breakfast for us both as small compensation. We accepted offer only to find the English breakfast was only just lukewarm and had been left under the hot lights too long as the bacon was hard sausages rubbery and egg was hard to cut!!! Later food was replaced but the bacon was placed on top of the hot food. Worst experience of our stays with Premier Inn and i certainly won't be staying here again

I stayed at the Bournemouth East Cliff Premier Inn with my family and friends (party of 19) from 10–14 August 2025, and unfortunately the experience fell far below expectations. On our first evening, we had booked a table for 19 at check-in and were assured this would be no problem. However, when we arrived at 7pm, our drinks and food order was taken but not processed until nearly an hour later. Drinks eventually arrived after repeated chasing, but food took almost two hours. Only three meals were served, and the quality was very poor chips were greasy and clearly refried. We politely refused the rest, as it was unacceptable to leave children hungry so late in the evening. Staff apologised and offered biscuits to the children, and we were assured a refund would be arranged. The following morning, while queuing for breakfast, we were shocked to be told our breakfast booking had been cancelled and that we were banned from dining in the restaurant for the remainder of our stay. This was the first we’d heard of such a decision. The lack of notice caused huge difficulty one member of our party has mobility issues and two children are neurodiverse, so arranging alternatives at short notice was stressful and upsetting. What made matters worse was the response after raising this with Premier Inn Guest Relations. While staff on the night admitted fault and were apologetic, the company later insisted the decision was “appropriate” and refused to offer any further compensation or explanation. We have always trusted Premier Inn for reliable, family-friendly stays, but this experience was very disappointing. Not only were we let down by poor service and food standards, but also by the way the situation was handled afterwards. For families, especially those with additional needs, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff BUT a nightmare getting in and out of the car park as the reception is never manned. Stayed for the weekend and had to chase the staff many times. We won’t be coming back here due to this only! If not coming by car it’s great! NEED more staff!
