It needs badly maintenance. Every single thing is broken or working badly. Proper cleaning can help, my room window was filthy and repaired with piece tape. Special mention about breakfast, blue lemonade and artificial cucumber juice....?

The breakfast was terrible, almost horrible, the cabbage patty is disgusting, the meatballs nothing special, the eggs were bland, useless options for a breakfast, I only ate much cuz I needed energy for my trip, even my kids didn't like to eat hardly anything, the only thing I found edible was the cup of coffee, bread with the home made pineapple jam, everything else was horrible, I wouldn't want to stay here for that amount of money for a night. It's not worth it.

The hotel is in a great location for restaurants/bars and offer affordable transfers to the airport. The breakfast doesn't have a huge chpice but the food is good. This is my go to hotel when in Surigao.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2025We stayed here a couple of times on our last trip to the Philippines. There are different types of room but we stayed in one of the larger double rooms overlooking the ocean and nearby islands. The room was dated but very comfortable. The signal for the television was not always consistent. We liked the breakfast room and the buffet breakfast was very good consisting mainly of filipino food. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we used the hotel transfer service to Surigao Airport. We will stay here next time we go to Surigao.

The bed didn't look cozy. It's a box-style with a mattress. The blanket is wool on the sheet and tacked under the mattress. But overall, it was comfortable to sleep in. The towels are not very white, and the shower stalls are small. I didn't like the shampoo bar, but I took one as a souvenir. I had never seen a bar shampoo.

The WiFi started off ok but the signal got lost after half an hour and did not get it back. This spoilt our stay there! The orange light at the front shone through our curtains all night!

Only the limit of TV viewing. Would have been nice to have relaxing viewing options after being out all day. You would think nowadays the option for Netflix would be available.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2025Location is just a 7min walk from the port. Room is spacious and has complimentary bottled water. Staff are accommodating as well. Breakfast had a variety of food.
Hotel is quite old and the bathroom fixtures need to be updated. Layout of the room was quite weird as well as there was a panel where the TV is located in the center of the room. It made the room look smaller and I couldn't watch TV while seated in the sofa, only on the bed. I got a room with sea view, but the view was obstructed by some tractors.
