London Hanoi Hotel

Good hotel with an amazing location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. The room was very clean and neat, and the breakfast was okay. The biggest issue for me was the internet—the connection wasn't as good as advertised. However, the excellent service and fantastic location more than made up for it and definitely tipped the scales in the hotel's favor.

The London Hanoi Hotel is tucked away in a quieter, professional area of Cau Giay. The hotel goes to great lengths to provide immense value and accessible pricing for what it delivers! It features a large building with ornate interiors and rooms that are spacious and reasonably well-equipped, including both showers and bathtubs. If you are traveling on a modest budget—or visiting Hanoi with friends—and want a more authentic local experience with a commute into the city center, this is the place! It allows you to enjoy a nice, spacious hotel without the high price tag. Because it is locally managed, the experience is distinct from standardized international chains; it has its own unique charm, is fairly new, and is packed with value. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and very skilled at using translation apps to communicate.

Mostly minor. Don’t believe the shower and bathtub was intuitive, not the best buffet, don’t use the stairway, occasionally the front desk was unstaffed.

I booked a twin bedroom but I was given a double bedroom for the first 3 nights. However, the hotel was able to switch me to a twin bedroom on my last stay.

I frequently choose the hotel when I am on business trip to Hanoi because it is near to my company's office. It's convenient and the staff is friendly & helpful.

가격대비 만족스런 숙박이었습니다. 조식도 먹을만하고, 프런트의 직원들도 친절하고, 청결도도 좋았습니다. 단, 헬스장이 없고, 호텔주변의 분위기가 약간 산만하였습니다.

방의 상태나 청결, 조식 등 모두 좋습니다. 주변도 대학교 근처라 조용합니다만, 중심지에서는 조금 벗어나 있는 점은 참고 해주세요.

응대 서비스가 매우 뛰어납니다.

가격 대비 청결도 불량. 방음이 안되어 바깥소음 그대로 유입. 이불 베게에서 냄새가 심함.

I was quite pleased with the hotel. I couldn't have asked for friendlier, more helpful staff. The hotel and room were very clean, breakfast buffet was great. Some of the towels in my room were torn, but they were clean. The only real issue I had was that there was no bolt on the inside of the room door. I don't think that would keep me from going there again, but I would prefer to have that extra safety measure.

price is reasonable and close to the city by walk distance

베트남 호텔치고는 저렴한 금액은 아니지만, 시설은 깔끔하고 나쁘진 않았습니다. 위치가 골목안에 있다보니, 찾는데 어려움이 있었고, 규모는 생각보다 작았습니다. 조식은 비노은 하였습니다만, 직원응대가 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

部屋は綺麗で掃除も行き届いていました。 何より日本の民放各社のＴＶが見られることに驚きました！

주변에 갈데가 없슴니다 한인 식당이 없어 10분정도 걸어가야 간간히 있습니다 직원들은 친절하고 방의 상태도 깨끗합니다 그렇지만 한국 단체 관광객이 묵는 호텔이기 때문에 위층에서 들려오는 의자끄는 소리와 복도에서 자기들끼리 떠드는 소리가 나서 불쾌합니다

편리하고 친절한 호텔입니다 침구도 깨끗하고 편안합니다 다만 한국 단체 관광객이 많이 오기때문에 위층에서 의자 끄는 소리 복도에서 떠드는 소리가 크게 들립니다 문을 닫는 소리도 꽤 크게 들립니다 위치는 조금 좋지 않습니다 주변에 한국식당 찿기가 힘듭니다 식당이 10분 이상 걸어가야합니다 다만 미딩이 가까이 있어 택시타고 간다고 생각하면 좋은 위치입니다
