Toilets not too clean. Internet not working fridge not working had to be replaced. They took away our clothes to be laundered which we had not asked for. Pool was cold

Very friendly staff. I had dripped my gold ring in the room and the staffs took it and jeot it for me to collect it 1 week later. Nideesh, the manager kept in touch with me constantly assuring me that the ring is safe with him. I honestly did not think that I would get my ring back thanks to the staff. The breakfast spread was decent and was tasty too. The room was big and comfortable.

I spend two nights in December at this place. Nice and quiet place. It has a pool gym and a great cafeteria with awesome service staff. I have put some photos of the place and more importantly of the restaurant staff who were extremely courteous. I have had the experience of staying two nights and also using the services of their conference room on the 6th floor for a two day corporate training program. The Location

Not very clean, everything was outdated and old. Not well maintained. Door knobs were broken, towel stand was broken.

The room was quite big and comfortable.... the food was delicious 😋 the hospitality was great 👍 👌 the hotel is near to the town which was easy to assist and staff are very helpful 👍👍and also the hotel is very hygienic 😇 we love the view of the hotel 🥰🥰highly recommend 👍😊

They were very accomodative while checking in and also to extent the time of check out . Easy checkin to giving the specifix rooms asked. Thankyou !!

This was the last property we stayed in, whilst touring through Kerala... Bittersweet experience and yet, glad it ended on a good note. This property overall didn't have a very grand feel to it, but the location was nice, and cleanliness was very well maintained. The restaurant served up food that was pretty average and not noteworthy and hence I prefer to skip mentioning anything further here. The restaurant staff too were not attentive, but the reception team were quite friendly and well equipped to handle check-ins and departures efficiently.

Loved the apartment effect which had an attached kitchenette together with a pull out couch in the living room. Extremely comfortable beds too

The bathroom could have been a bit bigger but it was manageable

Good stay and amazing food. Special thanks to Nidheesh, he gave helped me with his laptop for some urgent office work. I appreciate staff helpful approach. No language problem. Clean rooms. One suggestion if they can also have some thinner pillow option for people with migraine problems.

The morning staff of this hotel, including the duty manager, are unprofessional. The rooms were dirty and smelled. My agency already informed the hotel to provide early morning check-in at 9 a.m., but once I reach the hotel with my two kids, they deny check-in. They said I should come at 12 p.m., and I told them. I couldn't sleep last night because my flight was too early. The duty manager tries to make me a fool. I do not recommend this hotel because they cannot provide hospitality services. Budget hotels are much better than these hotels. this is totally wasting of money and stay.

Everything, property, cleanliness, staff - very rude and not at all welcoming. Restaurant timing and food availability constrain. Not at all recommended for a family or anyone who expecting a leisure and value for money accomodation.

Good hotel with nice town view . Average breakfast and dinner. need to improve food quality and housekeeping services . lot of rush in the breakfast time group of navy peoples making too much of noise. nice pool view inside the hotel and good terrace too..

By looking in to pictures online stayed in this hotel , Poor maintenance of rooms , Bed linings was not Clean including washrooms . In 3 days I changed 3 rooms due to poor maintenance, AC was not Working in one room, staff is Humble but they have poor training , appears un trained . Paid 7500 plus per day this was not the service expected for this price . No Sr managers will be available at Hotel to complain issues . Breakfast is poor hygiene looks a problem. It’s not served hot !!! Over all my life experience is not good , it’s not worth for the money we paid .

Bad furnishing broken lamps, holes in the door, not clean furniture. Reception staff could not attend to basic things like one cup less in the room, broken cup kept for tea. Non working fridge. List won't stop. Really sad service.

Everything was provided on time and with good assistance i.e. Iron as well as Hair dryer. Also the response on reception was prompt. Staff was polite too and prompt. Well maintained as well as Clean rooms.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff's service was prompt and courteous. I was impressed with overall comfort of my stay. I recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a top-notch lodging experience.

Lovely view from the window as the name suggests. Booked by Veena World for Senior Citizens Group of Kerala. Though some minor lapses in the baths, rectified immediately on being brought to notice.

The rooms and big and spacious and so are the beds.

Fridges and Microwave is always out. AC needs to be serviced regularly and the fact thay they are so many unwanted switches for no reasons

The room was quite nice and pleasant to look at with a nice and comfortable bed but there were several problems. that let the hotel down. The fridge was not working, the shower water was just lukewarm. At dinner and breakfast - nearly empty containers most food items not available. Surprisingly, the reception staff’s knowledge of English was poor – both to speak and to understand. We were on a trip of Kerala and landed in Kochin first. As the flight arrived in the afternoon, we decided to stay one night in Kochin and do some local sightseeing in Kochin itself. In hind sight, we should have moved on to Munnar which was our next stop. Fort Kochi is the recommended area to visit but it was a disappointment. There is no fort there. All there is to do there is to walk about 200 to 300 meters along the coast line. There are vendors along the path selling freshly caught fish and small cheap souvenirs. The sunset was beautiful though.. So my suggestion would be not to stop in Kochi unless you have to.... move on to your next stop in your tour of Kerala.

Rishab chetry Is a good gentleman.i had a good time with him..his service was excellent .. he is a good hotelier..and his brhaviour also be a good human..I had great time with lm kochi...I miss this hotel

The stay at Starlit Suites was really nice. They have lovely studio and 1BHK rooms with great facilities. The warmth and hospitality of their staff is commendable who go especially beyond their call of duty. Would love to especially mention their restaurant manager Mr. Joseph who once prepared homely khichdi and a milkshake (which was not on their menu) especially for me realizing I was feeling sick & unwell and their front officer Mr.Afzal who checked in to ensure customer needs are fulfilled. Apart from that safe environment, well maintained rooms, healthy meals, beautiful view of a lake are other highlights. It's good value for money. Also, if you are lucky, you may occasionally run into some TV and Mollywood celebrities. Highly recommend this place.

The room is very clean. Afsar helped at the reception nicely. The washroom was clean too, so it was a good experience all in all! The food has an extra charge in the dining hall but it tasted good so I enjoyed it

We were given a room facing backside which was very peaceful and the scenary was exceptional.

I have been staying in starlit suites for a couple of times with my senior citizen mother The staff here is extremely helpful and courteous. The front desk is welcoming and polite . Special mention to Mr Manaf for always being there for my reservations . Front desk miss Binshitha welcomes us with her ever smiling face. The staff in the breakfast hall is always ready to help. Amazing experience

I am a regular guest in this hotel ,The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel, especially Nitheesh the guy in the reseption,The room was spacious and clean. Totally the best stay ever...😍😍😍

Very comfortable place with friendly staffs, amazing rooms and balconies. The room provides all the basic facilities and also a microwave which makes everything very easy. The view from the balconies are great. Would totally recommend!!
