Crowne Plaza Kochi by IHG

Horrible experience in my whole life. I had travelled to so many properties. But our whole family had allergic reactions after sleeping on the bed. It had bugs. On top of that they had overcharged us than the price which was promised while doing the booking. Worst place to stay. It’s old and out dated. Not clean at all. The hand wash and soaps are not of good quality.

Horrible experience staying at this place . The bed and linen and bed cover had bugs which was giving us sleepless nights. I had to call the room service again to clean the bed and. Change the linens at 2 am to sleep properly. Don’t even step inside .

The location, Food, Breakfast, cleanliness and the staffs.

One of my rooms view was blocked by an advertisement board . I wish I had a better view. But, that's not at all a major concern . I had an excellent stay .

Clean, luxurious, the staff and service are great. We got an upgrade to our booking as a gift from the hotel. It was so nice of the team, cause they received the information that we are celebrating our anniversary and my birthday. The room was prepared with a nice party decoration and delicious cake.
