Property did not communicate about external hartals that made us wait a long time after we check out. As guests from different country, the hotel is supposed to let us know about local hartals and news that affect our travel plans.

Only downside: the corridor connecting the Forum Mall to the reception area had a persistent bad smell — worth addressing as it's a first impression area for guests.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The location is great. Spent all days in the mall, lol. Apart from that the staff are courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. The view is great. There is a mini bar with snacks and soda.
Not really a big deal. But the first time I entered the room, there was a musty smell due to humid situation. And on one of the days, the cheese platter at breakfast had trapped some flies. Apart from this I did not experience anything negative.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2026The ambience and state-of-the-art facilities make this property truly stand out. The staff are exceptionally courteous, greeting guests with warmth and genuine hospitality, which adds great value to the overall experience. A major advantage is its convenient connection to the mall, making shopping effortless. Despite this, the property maintains a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal retreat in Cochin. The restaurant team also deserves special mention for their attentive service and welcoming approach. In particular, Ms. Cristina and Ms. Afsana were outstanding in ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
There is nothing in particular to say … but I feel more addition in buffet will be a great advantage as they do have great chefs who compliment it .

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026The ambience! The easy access to forum mall. The restaurant ambience and view. The layout and design of the hotel are indeed beautiful.
The hanging lamp in the room is a hazard as both me and my son hit our heads on it when we get up from the sofa. Also we asked for check out at 1:30 to which front desk agreed. Yet at 12 pm our keys were disabled and we got stuck and unable to enter the hotel or our rooms. Very unprofessional and inappropriate for such a hotel. When you agree to allow check out at 1:30 and disable keys at 12 you are sending out a very poor image of quality.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026I cannot say enough good things about this 5-star hotel, such a hidden gem in Cochin. The rooms were spacious and clean with the most comfortable bed and the right neck pillows. Staff were absolutely incredible; their service was top notch. We had many deliveries to the hotel, and they managed it with such care and consideration. The bonus was the Forum mall attached to the hotel. But without a doubt, the best part of the experience was the food at the restaurant. We were at the end of our trip and stayed in luxury hotels throughout, but nowhere did we experience the taste of the food like this. The chef is the best I've come across.
