Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan

Dieses Resort ist wirklich ein Paradies. Nach einer Woche Singapur hatten wir uns hierfür entschieden, um etwas zu relaxen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und mit vielen Bäumen und Blumen angelegt. Die Villen haben alle einen eigenen Innenbereich, der von keiner Seite einzusehen ist. Sie sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Pool wird ohne Chlor betrieben, was sehr angenehm war. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und man hat von der Terrasse einen wunderbaren Blick auf das türkisfarbene Wasser. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war geschmackvoll angerichtet.

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass nichts in direkter Nähe ist, wo man sich etwas kaufen kann. Lagoi Plaza ist ca 3 km entfernt, man benötigt aber ein Taxi, um dorthin zu kommen. Das Resort stellt aber bei frühzeitigem Bescheid ein Shuttle zur Verfügung (50.000 IDR), um abgeholt zu werden kann man mit Whatsapp Bescheid geben.

The Resort was beautiful, villas were very private, spacious and very clean. All the staff were amazing and really looked after their guests. My husband and I would highly recommend. We combined this trip with a 4 night stay in Singapore and a 4 night stay on the Disney Cruise Adventure and then 6 nights in Bintan to relax it was perfect . Marie & John

Hot water supply in the rooms are bad. You have to wait 30 mins after switching the heater on for 10 min supply of hot water. Only thing they need to work on in yhe resort. Everythig else is perfect.

The service that is provided from the staff, making you feel personal and trying to respond to your question the soonest they could, cleanliness, comfortable.

Nothing much that we don't like but just hoping that their food menu choice can have more option. Overall their food is still nice.

Эти виллы находятся на территории, которая де-факто является резервацией для туристов. Некая местная фирма огородила гигантскую территорию (в десятки квадратных километров), и десяток отелей на ней - Pantai Indah Lagoi, Holiday Inn, Four Points by Sheraton и др. принадлежат этому одному владельцу. Пользуясь монополизмом не территории, владелец установил очень высокие цены во всех ресторанах. Но даже при попытке сэкономить и купить что-то в супермаркете турист видит там завышенные нерыночные цены. А чтобы добраться до обычных магазинов и кафе на острове Бинтан, нужно более получаса ехать на такси - резервация огромна. Помимо неоправданной дороговизны ресторанов и магазинов во всей округе, у берега Pantai Indah очень мелкий океан. При отливе возникает песчаная отмель на добрый километр от линии берега, но даже в прилив глубина океана - чуть выше пояса. Поплавать там в удовольствие невозможно.

Had a pleasant stay at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan. The service was fabulous, the staff were very helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. Great place to go for a recharge and rest! The Villa and pool within was very comfortable and clean. Love the serenity in the resort. Value wise, reasonable for a resort. Haven't been to Bintan for a long time, and must say, Bintan Resort is has improved.

I love Pantai Indah! The private pool at their villa is just a perk.. what amazed me is their attention to details, super fast response and super accomodating to all requests. Both my wife and son loved this relaxing trip lots. Will definitely be back when i visit Bintan again!

People were nice and trying to do well but there was always something missing, breakfast buffet with porridge but not switched on, cheese but no cutlery, so we always had to ask for the missing part… They say the breakfast buffet opens at 6.30am but it’s actually not ready. We had to take the resort’s shuttle at 7am and we couldn’t have a proper breakfast before neither the staff nor the buffet was actually ready at 6.30am.

The peacefulness of the location and spacious rooms. Staff were kind and accommodating especially when we booking their taxi services.

The à la carte menu for Legenda Cafe was Delicious. But the buffet dinner was not as tasty.

The villa was amazing. It was comfortable and nice for a couple. I loved the breakfast area and the beachside view. It was so beautiful. The staffs were incredibly polite and nice as well. Communication through WhatsApp was also very smooth. Will love to come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan. The service was excellent and very personalized. Agnes and Yohanes gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The reservation process was smooth thanks to Mita, who was very responsive and informative. At the reception, Fitria was friendly and professional during the check-in process. This was our second visit within 12 months! Our experience was as perfect as we could have wished, and exemplified the high standards we encountered on our last trip! It starts at the Ferry Terminal - as you clear customs and border control and head for the exist, there are several resorts represented and guides will ask you where you are staying and then direct you to representative for your resort. I have a feeling it was the same young man we had last time - so cherry, helpful and polite! Within a few minutes we were on our way to the Pantai Indah Resort Lagoi Bay. We had a lot of baggage having already toured in England and Spain . The staff managed our bags right to our villa. You get a welcome at reception and a welcoming drink (unfortunately I don’t like it but I took a few sips as not to offend). It was a quieter time for the resort, which we indulged fully as we were there pretty much for REST & RELAXATION! We really appreciated the quiet and peaceful nature of the resort. We spent a reasonable amount of time just in our villa, resting napping, swimming and reading. We had ‘room service’ a couple of times asking for some snacks and it was very good. The staff were very attentive, and willing to help, but sometimes the culture/language barrier made it difficult, but the staff were great at apologising and and asking for time to check I guess with a supervisor and generally we got there. You did feel like you were causing them unnecessary bother but they liked to follow through and we only have great admiration and thanks for that. The villas are well designed and cater for a bit of luxury. They are spacious and fairly new, and very well kept and very clean. We tried to skip housekeeping a couple of days to save staff the bother and be a bit eco-friendly. The pool was quite large and thankfully at a temperature that you could walk straight in but feel refreshed - the seawater on the other hand was quite warm and not refreshing in the 32-35degree humid heat. There’s half a dozen activities that you can undertake, but you could do them all in a couple of days - The Blue Lake and Dunes, Temple of a thousand Buddhas, Chrystal Lagoon, Lagoi Plaza, Turtle Releases, Spas, souvenir shopping, and water adventures for snorkelling and fishing and swimming and White Sand Island. The sunsets can be spectacular so in the late afternoon take a stroll down the beach. We had breakfast included which was a novelty for us - we normally fast most mornings. There was a great array of options catering for most cultures and tastes . I’d like to recommend having boiling water for tea or coffee top ups at the tea/coffee table. If you have any special or specific requirements, the staff are only too happy to oblige. They remember who you are and anything special you request! Housekeeping is extremely efficient and caring. They’d drop off towels. Toilet paper etc quickly at the drop of a hat! On our last night we asked to have a few items laundered but it had to be done by 9 am the following morning as we were to leave by 10 . The Housekeeping Manager, Tamrin, promised to do this for us. The items did arrive on time, but my wife’s dress was missing a button and she was hoping to wear it that day. It could have fallen off before it went to the laundry but we thought we’d just checked if the laundry had it. Tamrin was most apologetic and went out of his way to check, then confirm with us that they’d found the button, would get it back and sow it on before we left. It was done and in time! Thank you TAMRIN! While we’re at it, we would like to mention the following staff who made our staff so wonderful: Tamrin, Monique (trainee doing very well), Tristan and Johanes! What a great team. Breakfast has lots of food, so if buffet is not available, be careful to not order too much otherwise you will either be too full or some food will be wasted. If you are not familiar with local food, some food may turn out a bit dried. The service was amazing and all staff was very friendly and helpful. The villa was very clean.

We had a wonderful start to our new year at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan. We stayed in a 1-bedroom villa which we loved! The villa was spacious and suited our family of 3 very nicely. It was convenient to have a kitchenette for preparing simple meals and the private swimming pool was a luxurious touch (see photo). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities included an amazing beach (see photo); we came when the moon was full, so at low tide we were able to wander for great distances to explore the sea life in the tide pools (see photos). We also enjoyed other activities, such as riding ATVs around the resort and the nearby lake. One particularly memorable experience was our moonlight dinner on the beach: we had a multicourse feast that was grilled near our table at the beach. It was also easy to hire a car and driver to visit other Bintan attractions, such as the Blue Lake and the Safari Lagoi Bintan (see tiger photo). It was a fantastic vacation at the Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan and we were sad to leave.

We had the 1- and 2-bedder villas. The villas are spacious, clean and well appointed. Lagoi beach is nice to walk along, and the resort is close to Lagoi Plaza with shopping and dining options. The staff are very helpful. It is a nice place to just chill and rest. Choose this resort if you want space, clean rooms and a very chill vibe.

The staff are friendly and very responsive to our requests and enquiries. We had a pleasant stay at our villa and commute was very easy - just need to drop a text and the staff will arrange the transport right away. Overall very pleased with the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights for surprise birthday celebration! Gonna start off with the security at the entrance. It was good as they seem to really checked on who or which guest was entering the resort. 👍🏻 The resort was very nice, so spacious , very clean as well! The pool is really well maintain. Bed is super comfy. Have Netflix on TV. Requested for a room deco for surprise birthday , even tho the date of the deco gotten wrong, appreciate the reservation officer came personally to actually apologies. But I have to say the birthday deco is very pretty. I love it The team member and all the staff are very friendly , approachable and helpful. Prompt reply from the team In WhatsApp whenever anything was requested or asked Service was definitely 💯👍🏻 Ordered room service on the first day we arrived for dinner ( as it was late and raining outside ) - The food was actually really tasty. Breakfast was normal,not too bad, have nice beach view to enjoy. Arranged a romantic dinner for birthday , but sadly it’s raining heavily , location have to shift to inside the restaurant instead of by the beach. The setup was ok ok . Staff was so nice to sing a birthday song :) . Food was nice too , no complain Overall happy with my stay, it was a good experience, wish I could stay a little more longer ! We booked a one bedroom villa at Pantai Indah for 3 days 2 nights. Loved the private pool 💕 the bathroom was really spacious with a huge bathtub as well. The bed was super comfortable! The staff were also friendly and helpful. You can walk down to the beach and there’re bean bags to lounge around nearby. The Lagoi beach is also close by - you can rent e-bike or bicycle to go there. For renting a car, need a driving license. We got the e-bike and it was 200,000 IDR per hour. For spa booking, just need to tell the reception and the spa will arrange a car for 2-ways transport. Will come again for future trips!

Location is about 20 mins away from BBT ferry terminal but very close to Plaza Lagoi and Lagoi Bay (5min drive). Love love love the villa with a swimming pool (1.4m) deep and the spacious living and dining room + huge bedroom with a very big toilet (bathtub) and shower and 2 sinks! My children enjoyed the place a lot, went to swim almost twice everyday in the comfort of our villa. The place was also very clean with the occasional bugs (meal worms, flying ants, ants) but that's all part of the villa experience because the green landscape around the villa make it's so beautiful and feel like we are living in a forestry area. Breakfast food was average. Could be better, or not so suited to our preference. But very kids friendly with their waffles, and cereals, yogurt and milk and egg station. Would definitely recommend for those who just want to have some peace and relax and have children who loves the pool. Ambiance was great, very quiet and peaceful.

Hospitality and service was excellent. Food- not much variety. Can be further improved. Villa needs to be refurbished. Wooden deck/flooring at swimming pool area needs to be renovated. Not safe. Basin was leaking. Day bed at the pool was damp and mouldy. Lazy chairs were also showing signs of rust.

Spacious 2-bedroom villa with a quite sizable swimming pool. Clean, fully equipped, and comfortable. My kids enjoy the swimming pool very well. Also has a nice private beach with Georges sunset views. Very helpful staff and provide a lot of different facilities, from bike rental, kayak to chess, ATM, etc. A good choice for a big family to enjoy a peaceful and private holiday!

Only 1 restaurant in the hotel with very limited selections. of course you can go outside for dining, but would be great if there're more options available in the hotel. Also the location is not at the center of Lagoi, though it is not far away and you can always ask them to send you and pick you up!

Whether it was arranging transport, dinner reservations, or even just extra towels, they did everything with a smile. • Rooms & Facilities: Our villa/room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The décor felt authentic yet luxuriously cozy. The bed was so comfortable, and the amenities were all top-notch — great AC, hot water, clean linens, and thoughtful touches (welcome drink, toiletries, etc.).

Sehr schönes Resort für ein paar Tage Entspannung nach einem Singapur-Aufenthalt. Man muss aber berücksichtigen, dass das Hotel wenig Allgemeinbereiche hat. Die meisten Gäste halten sich nur in ihren Villas auf und lassen sich auch das Essen dorthin bringen. Für den „Strand“ ist wichtig zu wissen, dass dort viele Stunden Ebbe ist und dann eben kein Wasser da ist. Unter der Woche war die Anlage leer / wenig gebucht.

Das Personal hat nicht immer ausreichende Englisch-Kenntnisse. Für die Einreise unbedingt indonesisches Geld für das Visum mitnehmen, sonst wird man brutal abgezockt (kein ATM im ganzen Terminal und Wechselkurse aus der Hölle) - keine Kartenzahlung für die Visa!

Booked our stay via Agoda for the 1 bedroom villa for their private pool. Prior to check in, I emailed them and their response was fast and they addressed my queries. Check in was fast and smooth. As we have paid for our stay, they did not take any security deposit. The resort was huge and a complimentary buggy ride was arranged to bring us to our room. The aircon in the hall and bedroom were already switched on when we entered (talk about going the extra mile). Soon after, housekeeping staff, Tamrin, gave us a 3-5 minutes brief about the room and service provided. He was stellar! He was pleasant, polite and professional. The hotel has a WhatsApp service and they are literally a text away. They responded quickly and professionally to our queries. We ordered Warong Hey online and the service staff delivered it to our room. The sofa and bed were comfortable. There's a rotating TV in the bedroom with many channels and that was a plus. Pro tip: Ensure you close all doors to prevent insects from flying in as the bathroom is an open concept. We had to take the first ferry out and requested for our breakfast to be packed in the interest of time. They delivered our breakfast in plates instead punctually at 630am on the dot (as requested) and we could understand why. There was no need to rush, we reached the ferry terminal at 730am and we had a proper and hearty breakfast before leaving. All in all, service was exceptional and we are already planning our next trip. Some areas for improvement: -plates were a bit big for the microwave so the plate couldn't rotate -estate shows signs of ageing -pool could be cleaner.

Beautiful! Lovely island and friendly people. The villa was large and very clean. Huge bathroom that opens to the outside st one end - past the bath. Good size shower as well. Nice dressing/makeup/wardrobe area as part of bedroom. King sized bed that was very comfortable. There were two areas that were air conditioned that you needed to keep shut out from flies and humity. The kitchen is open to the outdoors on two sides and has shade curtain that blocks of the side next to the pool. The villa had its own pool, and it was quite luxurious - quite a decent size and the temperature was cool and refreshing - we swam several times a day and at night. It was a special highlight for us both - loved it! The room service, the reception, the restaurant staff were all polite and friendly. We had two mechanical issues in the bathroom - a sink not draining and a tap malfunctioning. They were both fixed the same day. The resort had its own cars including a small electric car that would take you places. Longer journeys did add a fee to your bill but it wasn’t too much. We had the restaurant food a few times - it was nice, prompt but a little pricy. All in all our stay was a pleasant follow on from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. This was indulgent relaxation, including a Dpa session at the resort - fancier than the other one we had on a day trip out, and a little bit more expensive but very convenient and refreshing! We didn’t go for a swim off the beach - the tide was out when we choose to go, but we enjoyed a stroll and a sit in the sand. Our pool was so good ( snd close) we didn’t need to swim in the sea or even check out the resorts pool. The resort is close to others in the Lagoi Bay area, snd it’s easy to arrange a car and driver for the day to visit the few attractions that Bintan offer. It’s also cheap. We did that through Klook. Make up your own itinerary if the offered tours don’t suit.

The stay was excellent!

We spent 3 days in two room villa of Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan, and we had wonderful experiences there. The villa has nice swimming pool and it is very clean. There are some activies, such as driving ATV in the jungle and coast. Also it is possible to hire a mini EV, which costs 500K IDR per 3 hours, if you have driving license with you. However due to the hotel location, food options are very limited. For all 3 days, we had our meals in the only resturant of the hotel. One advice is be careful if you book via agoda.com. When we made the booking, there were two options, non refundable/breakfast excluded and refundable/breakfast included. We chose refundable/breakfast included, but realized breakfast was not included only when checked in. The booking was was refundable, we were not sure how it was possible when the website did not have this option.

A most restful retreat. A peaceful and quiet escapade. The resort staff were most warm and hospitable. Landscaping was lovely. The villa and pool were lovely. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the slight imperfections eg some switches weren’t working and we had to leave the fan/light on perpetually. Even so, I’d look forward to staying again.

The resort is a complex of one and two bedroom individual pool villas. There are no hotel rooms in a block, there is no main communal pool. Apart from a large beach, with next to nothing on it to attract guests (no sun beds or seating, just a few bean bags and fixed umbrellas) and a dining room beside a small buffet area, there was very little to attract guests away from the pool villas. The staff were overwhelming friendly and welcoming, the villa and the pool were exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew arrives mob handed to the villa so they’re out of the way quickly if you’re in it. Drinks and the restaurant menu can be delivered to your villa by the ever helpful staff. Our one bed villa was a collection of pods surrounding the individual pool. The front door opened into an air conditioned living room, with dual aspect patio doors facing the pool and outdoor kitchenette area. There’s no TV in it. The covered outdoor kitchenette consists of a single cold water sink, a microwave, basic crockery and cutlery, kettle, fridge freezer and a large dining table and 2 dining chairs under a ceiling fan. We didn’t use the microwave until the final morning and it didn’t work. It’s only 8 paces across the decking from the kitchenette to the bedroom’s patio doors. You’ll need the supplied umbrella if it’s raining as it’s uncovered. The air conditioned bedroom was well equipped for a short stay and had a huge comfortable bed with quality bedding. The WiFi works well and there’s no security or password required so use your VPN. The TV when we could get it to work had a large shadow in the screen’s corner. A decoder box was a loose fit in to the mains adapter so didn’t use the TV as it was unreliable. The room safe didn’t work when we arrived and was quickly replaced. As per our previous visits to Indonesia, they are not fixed down to anything but there’s some comfort in knowing it took 2 guys to physically carry it out of the room for repair and return it. The well equipped en-suite bathroom was on the other side of more sliding doors with a security lock as one side is open behind a huge roller blind. There’s a tall security wall behind it. The lasting impression unfortunately, is of the poorly presented breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet option. At the evening dinner buffet, (like the breakfast) next to nothing was available when we arrived in the middle of the dinner period. Minimal salad bar availability, an emptyTom yum soup option, no rice, no bihun, no vegetables and no grill items. Yes - when we complained there was nothing to choose from some meat was put on the grill and a plate of fish and large prawns arrived afterwards, but none of the other missing items on the published menu appeared. Either put the food out that’s advertised on the buffet menu or don’t do it. It makes the resort look bad. Room service from the fixed menu was the better option, it was much better quality, fresher and complete. We didn’t eat in the restaurant again over our several night stay.

Everything was top notch. Services was excellent. Room and villa were very clean and comfortable. Both me and husband enjoyed our 2days 1night stay. My husband and I will definitely come back with my families and friends. It's gonna be fun.

Clean spacious room, value for money. Swimming pool in the villa. Cheap to hire a driver and hotel provide transport. Good food in various other hotels. Meal can range from SG 50 per pax up to $400 depending on the restaurant. Some famous restaurants have to be booked a day in advance. A lot of singaporean family present for short staycation. Ferry ride not the best. Long delay. Booked a guide to bring me trekking. Wonderful but tiring experience. Will go again

Reception: The reception office was somewhat small and cramped. There was no space for my family of 5 to stand or sit in a place. The reception area has to be big with some sofas to make it welcoming. We are paying a premium price. The first experience matters. Rat problem: The villa we booked was good but there were severe rat issues. They were pooping and peeing every where in the kitchen area and the smell was bad. I had to clean the kitchen area everyday myself as I had small kids with me. This smell was in the main bedroom's bathroom as well. We wanted a resort experience with good smell and service. The staff were helpful but something has to be done more drastically to eradicate the rats from the property. Leaking floor: There was heavy rains and some water entered the living room despite the glass doors closed. The staff came to immediately clean but they had to put towels on the floor because the water had gone inside the tiles and was leaking water every time we stepped on it. My kid skid and fell because of that.

I liked that the place was all in one villa, so peaceful with no noise from neighbouring villas. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Top notch services from shuttle/buggy services, housekeeping, room services. Breakfast was great too as there were a wide spread of variations!!

The pool pump was not working? Or perhaps it was not switched on to keep the water going, regardless there is anyone staying in the villa. hence the water was stagnant throughout our stay. You could see flies or insects on the top layer of water, i was skeptical to swim.

2nd time here, good place if you looking for some private space.

Fantastic stay. Facilities were really nice and we did not regret having our own private pool. Could not be more complimentary to the staff. Constantly going out of their way and did anything we asked. Two days had torrential downpours which was a bummer but golf course was incredible.

Value for money stay, with very efficient and polite staff, and a beautiful beach.

Not much choices for food and activities within villa and vicinity.

It was our first visit to Bintan together and we decided to stay at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan to celebrate my birthday. Was pleasantly surprised during the villa walk-through on our first day as my partner had secretly arranged with the staff for the birthday decoration. Shoutout to Siti and Tamrin for their efforts in decorating the room and bathtub so nicely! Did not managed to get the rest of staff's names but everyone whom we met during our stay were great in their service rendered. From the team at the entrance who welcomed us on our first day, to the front desk and concierge team, breakfast staff and room service staff, everyone were really friendly and service was pretty quick as well. Their what's app business account was very convenient for us whenever we needed something during the stay as they responded very promptly. Thank you team at Pantai Indah Lagoi for the great first experience and we hope to be back some day! If you are staying here and want to explore the area, we highly recommend the Bintan Sand Dune & Blue Lake Tour which is about a 30-45mins journey from the villa. The place is really nice to take many beautiful pictures and there was a nice seafood place (Rindu Selalu Jaganya Seafood) just 5 minutes from the Blue Lake as well.
