Kanata Whitecourt

Staff very friendly and respectful

Not to much.

It was great

There was no place to do homework. Could use a business centre as my room had no table.

Everything

Everything was perfect. No complaints.

The size and set up of the room worked great. The breakfast provided had a great selection of hot and cold items. Management was in contact often to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Nothing I can think of.

Very good breakfast. Very quiet .

Very clean and close to amenities.

N/A

I liked the breakfast choices and the fact that breakfast started at 5am.

View from my window backed onto a yard with equipment

Si

Super clean and not out dated

Price was a bit high

Nice accomodations, good breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Wish it had a pool...would have brought the entire family if it did.

I am celiac. The breakfast cook was so knowledgeable and had gluten free bread and a toaster. She knew which items were gluten free. And was so accommodating.

Newly updated from the last time we stayed. Also appreciated that Mr Mikes restaurant was a quick walk from the hotel.

The coffee maker was complex and there wasn’t directions by it to help use it. Ended up with water all over the counter and a mess to clean up. Check with staff before you use it.

Location , underground parking , bikes in the room 🥰

Quiet location

A bit far from town centre but only a short commute

Clean, spacious rooms, friendly, helpful front staff

Cleanliness

Clean and liked that I could get tea and coffee at any point of the day.

The breakfast was good and lots of it. The staff were very helpful and the accommodations were easy to find. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were great.

The breakfast was perhaps the best i have had in a travel hotel.

Nothing.

The location was great and so was the breakfast.

Nothing I can think of.

Friendly staff, clean , good breakfast

Very convenient and quite

Pillows too hard

Comfortable and clean convenient and affordable. Nice morning breakfast.

Staff,cleanliness and location

The location was good and rooms were clean. There were laundry facilities and the warm breakfast was nice.

We did not have a hairdryer in our room and when asked if we could get one we were simply told no.

Quiet property easy access to major highway and close to a gas station.

Clean room, friendly staff

Clean comfortable rooms. Very easy check-in. Definitely would stay here again.

TV did not work. But the hotel discounted the room rate because of the inconvenence!

Very comfortable

Everything was great except the breakfast.

No one at check in desk for long time. Truck engine brake noise was much more than in the past,,

The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming! I enjoyed my clean room and comfortable bed.

It was great

Did not like that there was no pool

Great hotel, comfy beds, decent breakfast, exceptionally clean

Great stay Will be back for sure

The breakfast and location .

The toilets are too low.

Excellent experience

Clean and breakfast was great!

Easy check in, place was clean and very comfortable.

Location

That my brother in law paid half of what I paid because he used Expedia

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were great . The rooms were very clean . For a small town it’s a great place to stay

Nice stay

Good location for a weary traveller ! Bed is comfy

Great room, comfy beds as expected from a hotel in this price range.

👌

Nice and clean space to stay.

The room was spacious

The hallways where not the cleanest and there was only 2 towels in our room.

Good location, everything is new and clean, breakfast was very good

It was a bit too expensive

Everything was excellent! Loved the spacious room with small kitchen & dining table. Bed was very comfy, shower was clean & by itself. Bedroom in the back was very quiet! Very much enjoyed staying there!

We found this place clean safe and quiet and able to walk to dinner

Staff was great and helpful when we had to change our length of stay.

I loved my stay the staff was impeccable and so friendly I felt right at home . My suite was amazing and do comfy.

So nice to have a front desk person with good old fashioned customer service with a smile! Excellent!

Do not book this property via third party because the hotel will not assist you in any way. We tried to switch rooms from a king to a queen but they would not assist as it was booked via third party. Also the air conditioning started making horrific noises at 2 am and would not stop unless it was fully turned off. So the room was pretty much a non air conditioned room. When mentioned to the front desk in the morning, they would not assist again because it was booked via third party. So not a great experience at all. Staff very dismissive if you didn't book through there website.

Great place

Easy Access, and clean
