Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Equipe extremamente atenciosa e gentil. Fomos muito bem recebidas e atendidas em todas as nossas necessidades. O hotel é simples, no entanto muito limpo e confortável. Destaque para as camas espaçosas e roupa de cama premium. A localização foi perfeita para as nossas necessidades: bem próximo do local de trabalho e a 5 minutos do Centro Histórico, de carro.
O wi-fi não é muito estável, dá umas travadas de vez em quando. Como fui a trabalho, acho que esse item poderia ser um pouco melhor. Outra observação sobre algo que poderia melhor é o café da manhã: apesar das opções serem deliciosas e muito bem preparadas, poderiam ser incluídas opções de frutas, por exemplo. Quando me hospedei no hotel, o café da manhã era a la carte, com algumas opções de arepas ou pão com ovos ou misto quente e café ou café com leite. Como dito anteriormente, sentimos falta de opções de frutas incluídas no café do hotel.

- Que la atención de recepción fuera hasta las 5pm, después de esa hora debes entrar por la puerta del conserje o si necesitas algo debes contactar por WhatsApp.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Es limpio; todos los días te dan café y aromática de cortesía, está bien ubicado, para pasar al mar hay que cruzar un puente peatonal (aunque algunas personas dicen que es algo inseguro). Las habitaciones son cómodas con aire acondicionado, jabón, shampoo. Todos los detalles muy bien. Es un hotel bonito y bien tenido.
Te guardan la maleta si tu vuelo es mas tarde del checkout (eso está muy bien),pero deberían de tener un baño con ducha puesto que lo normal es que uno se vaya para el mar mientras es el vuelo, y sin una ducha te toca irte sucio y lleno de sal al aeropuerto.

Smaczne śniadania przygotowywane z zaangażowaniem i starannością. Bardzo pomocny personel mówiący po angielsku. Mogliśmy przechować bagaż co bardzo nam pomogło. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
Wszystko było ok, to hotel bez luksusów ale ze wszystkim co potrzeba, jest łóżko, klimatyzacja i śniadanie :)

The customer service the communication was horrible. I was letting him by the gatekeeper once I got there I was told that someone would be there to check me in no one did that the following morning I checked out I was told that I was good then I hear back from them two weeks later, stating that I never paid for the stayed this was the most uncomfortable situation that I have ever been in with a hotel stay in Cartegena.

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025The front desk manager was fabulous. You really couldn't find a more attentive, polite, and professional gentleman in Cartagena. I'd love to have him working for me. There is also a local taxi service across the street. Although they're a little pricier than others, but you can't beat the convenience.
Not a very walkable area perse and not many restaurants to walk to, though a couple of local restaurants will deliver to the hotel.

Quality of the room. It looks old, safe broken. Sourronding area looks not very nice and a bit unsafe. Gate to the hotel was always close. There was a security mas who opens it. Once at night a get a problem to get in to the hotel, because he was sleeping.

On-site manager was asleep so we didn't get into the hotel for 30 mins. Guard at the front gate tried but took a while for him to answer. Other than that everything was ok. Room was nice, although had to change rooms mid week because they put us in a double bed then the long weekend came and they wanted the room and downgraded us to a smaller single bed room.

Breakfast was amazing and always freshly made, she also accommodated my veggie lifestyle, which I sincerely appreciated. Wifi was not an issue either. Would def be returning!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2019Mi estadía fue de dos noches. En general el servicio fue bueno. Sin embargo, la segunda noche llegué a dormir y la cama no la habían arreglado por alguna equivocación de la persona que se encarga del aseo. Aunque se disculparon considero que es un aspecto por mejorar.

No facilities at all, serious and non-chatty staff, poor breakfast (hostel style), noisy neighbourhood due to construction behind, ugly area (never walked around please). I never write neg comments, but it wasn't a nice one.
