Breakfast could have had a bit more variety, esp in the fruit department. Housekeeping did not check to see that shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers had product in them. Twice in two days we had to call down to have someone bring some up.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Location was nice - beautiful view of the water/sunrise. The beach was clean and lots of chairs. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, with a lovely view off the balcony.
Wish there was a walkway along the beach for a morning walk. There are sidewalks by the road, but the road was very busy and sprinklers on all along the way.

It’s really changed! 1# they do not clean the room daily, only every 3rd day. And, on the 3rd day they only emptied trash and took dirty towels and left clean ones. So, no shower, toilet, sink cleaned ! All of the other days, we gathered the trash together along with our dirty towels, called the front desk and waited for them to come get them and bring us clean towels. I just feel this was unacceptable.

Breakfast very poor considering the cost of a room. Very few choices, no eggs, no bacon etc I would not recommend a room on first floor (people walking by sliding door/outside deck frequently) or room with jacuzzi (strangely located tub in the room) but overall very nice hotel.

Lack of house keeping. The resulting sand on the balcony and in the room due to lack of house keeping. The lack of towels and bathroom necessities due to lack of housekeeping. The extremely loud AC unit that ran almost constantly making the balcony basically useless and the bed closest to the unit extremely cold. The very thin walls that allowed too much noise from other guests. The extremely pathetic attempt at a continental breakfast.

There was a party next door of women that were loud but it didn't last to long.
