The bed was comfortable but felt the mattress may need to be renewed.

Beautiful house filled with interesting art and sculpture. Attic bedroom was huge and had excellent facilities. Very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was continental served at a shared table with other guests.

It would have been nice to have a private table for breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were spacious and very well finished and furnished (a beautiful porcelain tiled floor).

We locked our bikes in the garden but a shelter would have been nice.

L’espace, la propreté et le cadre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement. L’accueil était chaleureux et le service professionnel. Nous avons rarement logé dans un établissement aussi propre et soigné. Nous ne pouvons que recommander la Casa de la Palma 48.

Veel ruimte, heel vriendelijke bediening

Beetje rommelig in t algemeen. Niet echt onverzorgd, maar beetje raar uitzicht, net niet lekker werkende ventilatie, krakende vloer, krakend bed, geen eigen tafel bij t ontbijt, dat wel vers was maar geen spek of ei etc. Huis had een leuk decor maar op details soms net niet. Kan mijn vinger er niet op leggen. Extra betalen voor kamer met airco en dan zo’n los ding in de kamer krijgen. Lawaai op de gang. Meer verwacht dan gekregen.

Super séjour, Super petit déjeuner, emplacement et surtout un Parking gratuit devant l'hôtel avec un accueil très chaleureux.

Aucun commentaire tout était très bien. Je recommande même pour un long séjour

Plus qu'une chambre : une suite avec salon, cuisine, salle de bains, toilettes et entrée ! Excellent accueil. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Close to local spots- a 15 minute walk (or 5 driving) from the river. Hosts were friendly, helpful and kind l. The building is beautiful and French, and the rooms were so much more than rooms; little suites with living area, kitchenette and spacious sleeping area. Honestly, it was incredible. Breakfast was a generous assortment of chocolatine, croissant and delicious looking bread with butter and jam…100% recommend.

The only tiny thing was that there was only air conditioning in one room, but even during the heatwave it was ok, as the hosts provided a large fan and there was excellent ventilation.

Lovely period French property. Very clean. Breakfast was good and had a good range of patisseries. Great location within walking distance of the centre.

Our room was in the roof space, an excellent and huge room, but lots of stairs with heavy luggage.

Die kleine, sehr charmante Hotel-Villa liegt im Herzen von Soissons in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Parkplätze sind direkt in der wenig befahrenen Straße vorhanden. Vom Hotel aus lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Stadtzentrum fußläufig gut erreichen. Im Stadtzentrum gibt es diverse Restaurants rund um einen netten Platz. Unser Zimmer war ausgesprochen schön gestaltet, mit kleiner Küche, bequemem Bett, kleinem und modernem Duschbad sowie einer separaten Toilette. Unser Gastgeber kümmerte sich sehr freundlich um uns,gab Restaurantempfehlungen für den Abend und verwöhnte uns mit einem großzügigen Frühstück.

Ein Mini-Kritikpunkt in der durchweg hervorragenden Bewertung wäre lediglich ein fehlendes Frühstücksei - aber das ist von meiner Seite schon kleinlich.... und wir würden wiederkommen!

Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité du propriétaire. Situation idéale

Google maps took us to exactly the right place, but upon arriving we weren’t sure this was the right place. Soon sorted, with a friendly welcome. The room was lovely and huge with a super shower and a kitchenette with kettle and microwave. The bed was comfortable, and the linen clean. The fan was very effective at cooling this loft room on a very hot night. A yummy breakfast was served, rather than help yourself, at a communal table and it was fun meeting the other guests. Plenty of coffee and juice. Parking was free on the street directly outside. We found that Soissons is a pretty little town, with a lovely river and parks to explore.

The toilet was unusually high! Some attention to detail in the cleaning was missing - the oven was dirty, and the main bin hadn’t been emptied from the previous occupants. This was quickly rectified by the apologetic host. Some of the crockery items were quite chipped, too.

À beautifully appointed house with interesting and attractive decor situated in a leafy boulevard with ample free parking. Our room was absolutely superb. The host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beautifully presented and plentiful.

We were not sure what to expect when approaching this imposing and impressive building but were immediately put at ease by a most welcoming and convivial host. The gardens are decorated in a neo-classical style and provide a cool and comfortable ambience despite the oppressive heat. Inside the furnishings are lavish and totally in keeping with the period of the house. Our apartment was light, airy and well appointed and the guests salon verges on opulent with leather chesterfield furniture and grand atmosphere. Breakfast was classic with an abundance of bread, cheeses and ham with fruit juice, tea and coffee all of excellent quality, all presented by our most attentive host. We understand that he is in the process of acquiring a second site to expand his operation and we will make definite plans to visit.

Great location. The host served us a lovely breakfast. Parked our motorbikes in a secure garage. Huge rooms, lovely comfortable bed.

La localisation et le jardin

La qualité de la literie n’est pas à la hauteur.. notre chambre était au rez de chaussée, des 5h du matin on a été réveillé par le bruit des chambres au dessus.

We stayed for seven nights, great host and Staff, nothing is too much trouble, we were allocated the top floor room , the bed was enormous and so comfortable, two large leather sofas, dining table and kitchen area, fridge and microwave. The shower was fantastic, we had this room which was like an apartment, highly recommend . The host or Danial served breakfast every morning , croissants fresh bread, ham and cheese etc great coffee thank you both so much.

Tout était parfait, l'acceuil avec une boisson fraiche, le petit déjeuner délicieux, le confort et le décors sublime. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons mis un peu de temps avant de comprendre ou nous devions nous garer avec notre moto. Mais ceci est dû à un quiproquo car nous sommes arrivé avec un autre groupe de moto et n'avons pas bien compris. Ceci est anecdotique et sans insidence sur le charmant acceuil que nous avons reçu. J'espère ne pas faire d'erreur en indiquant ceci dans cette case. Ceci n'est absolument pas négatif que du contraire. C'était de la bienveillance de la part du gérant.

صاحب الفيلا، فهو شخص محترم جداً ولطيف في التعامل. كما أن الإفطار كان لذيذاً وشهياً، والشخص الذي كان يقدمه لنا كان محترماً ومتعاوناً، والمكان بشكل عام جميل وهادئ

واجهنا عدة أمور أثرت على راحتنا أثناء الإقامة. كان هناك وجود لبعض الحشرات والبعوض والصراصير، وهو أمر سبب لنا إزعاجاً كبيراً. كما لم يكن واضحاً أثناء الحجز أنه لا يوجد مصعد، واضطررنا إلى حمل حقائبنا وصعود الدرج بأنفسنا. أكبر مشكلة واجهتنا كانت عدم وجود تكييف، خاصة أن الطقس كان حاراً جداً أثناء إقامتنا. كانت هناك مروحة فقط، لكنها لا توفر الراحة نفسها التي يوفرها المكيف، مما جعل النوم والراحة أكثر صعوبة

Große Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung.

a) Keine Hotelparkplätze, b) Frühstück wurde auf einem relativ kleinen Tablett serviert, damit die Stofftischdecke nicht beschmutzt wird.

Außergewöhnliche Architektur, großzügig Zimmer mit vielen Details die eine unglaubliche Atmosphäre wiedergeben.

Well, never stayed anywhere like it. Very interesting collection of object d’art. Very welcoming and an easy walk to the cathedral. Bedroom and bed comfortable and breakfast was an individual experience.

A great little guest house (rather than a hotel, we thought). We received a very friendly welcome and were given the location of local restaurants for dinner. Our room was huge with a kitchenette, little sofa, granite table and through a set of glazed double doors, the enormous bed. The walk-in shower had great water pressure and was more than hot enough. Breakfast was a filling mix of baguette, pain au chocolate and croissants with coffee and orange juice. Served in the dining, set for just four or six people. Being just a 5-10 minute walk into town on both evenings for dinner, the property is situated on an opulent tree lined street with free parking just outside.

There was not much to dislike, to be honest. A check-in earlier than 6pm would have been welcome, but not a huge problem. The entrance is actually round the back of the property, which is not sign posted, so after knocking on the door, we were ushered round the side from a window. Very quaint!

Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und unglaublich liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind wirklich groß und sehr sauber. In dem Zimmer fehlt es einem an nichts. Wir hatten eine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen usw. Das Bad war auch ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und wirklich schön. Im Bett haben wir wunderbar geschlafen und wurden bei geöffneten Fenster morgens von Vogelsgesang geweckt. Morges das Frühstück war für uns auch ein kleines Erlebnis. Wir wurden so herzlich und liebevoll beim Frühstück empfangen und jeder Wunsch wurde uns sofort erfüllt! Wir kommen total gerne wieder und haben das Casa La Palma gut gelaunt mit viel positiver Energie verlassen.Vielen Dank Heike & Ralf 💕

Zimmer groß, mehr wie ein Appartement, Wohn- u. Schlafbereich , Küchenzeile vorhanden. Duschbad etwas knapp, aber blitzblank. WC außerhalb des Zimmers aber mit Flur verbunden, separat. Alles sehr sauber! Großes gemütliches Bett. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Haus liegt ruhig, mit Garten rundum in einer Wohngegend, aber trotzdem sehr zentral, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Frühstück ganz okay, bisschen steril... Personal sehr freundlich , liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit.

Auf einem Tablett zu frühstücken, auch wenn es recht groß ist, um die Tischdecke zu schonen ist schon speziell... Wir würden aber dort wieder buchen 😉

Beeindruckende Villa von überschaubarer Größe und mit schönem Garten, liebevoll eingerichtet. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr geräumig, sauber und mit sehr bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Moderne Bäder. Das Frühstück nahmen wir gemeinsam mit anderen Gästen am großen Tisch im Salon ein. Die beiden Gastgeber vermittelten einem das Gefühl familiärer Heimeligkeit. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Das Frühstück war Top! Der Hotelmanager war sehr aufmerksam und erfüllte alle Frühstückswünsche. Er gab uns am Abend der Ankunft einen sehr guten Tipp für ein Restaurant, welches wir ohne ihn nicht ausgewählt hätten. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig, gut zu erreichen und Parkplätze vor der Haustür waren überhaupt kein Problem. Die Villa und die Gegend machten einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Da einige Zimmer frei waren, konnten wir uns sogar ein Zimmer aussuchen.

Excellent accueil et lieu vraiment atypique et de très bon standing.

La chambre, bien que vaste, moderne et très propre était froide. Il faut dire que la météo n'aide pas non plus... On aurait préféré une bonne couette à une couverture un peu fine.
