各ヴィラにプールがあり、プライベートな時間を楽しむことができました。小さい子どもは、知らない人のいる共有プールが苦手だったので、私たちにとっては大満足です。子供用の浮き輪やフラミンゴの浮き輪も事前に用意してくれていました。また、昼や夜にレストランのテイクアウトを頼みました。ヴィラまで届けてくださり、大変便利でした。スタッフの方も、笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれました。パーク内にある猫カフェも10分間無料で使用できました。主要な観光地までは遠いですが、タクシーの手配もすぐにしてもらえ、ヴィラの前まで付けていただきました。タクシーの値段も、市内のタクシーとあまり変わらず、お得感がありました。プーケットに来る際は、ぜひまた利用したいです。

The villa is clean and quiet. The pool villa is clean and fun for kids. They even upgraded us to 3 room villa

The area is quite remote, away from shops n restaurants. The breakfast options are few and hotel staff are not very friendly and welcoming to tourists

Awesome place to stay great value, great location and awesome staff! Great facilities for a young family too, caters to all your needs! We stayed for a week and could certainly of been entertained for a good while longer... Shout out to New and First on the front desk for great customer service!

If you have children this is a great place to stay, free access to Rawai kids park which has a water park with slides , outdoor covered play park and indoor play area, there is a trampoline park too which you can pay extra for. Villas are lovely and clean with everything you need! I would stay here again!Rawai is lovely and quiet compared to Kata/Karon/Patong so if you are looking for a lovely chilled holiday this is for you!

Very nice villa, good location, very friendly and functional staff. Next to villas there is a very good restaurant The Local, fresh and tasty food, very friendly service. We had 3 bicycles to use. All the stores, massage places, ocean is about 5 min walk

we are very happy to stay here with our children here. there is a children friendly water park. the rooms are clean and comfortable, the environment is good just like a small village. Just a bit far away From city centre but the fish market nearby really worth to go

Staff were excellent. The place was spotless; we had an upgrade to a larger villa; air conditioning in every room; the pool was perfect for spending the middle of the day in; equipped with lots of things that made our stay easier, such as a washing machine... we had a very enjoyable stay and felt the accommodation was of high quality. Lots of eateries, supermarkets and other facilities within a few minutes walk.

We didn't use the communal facilities of the resort. We had a look around and they didn't appeal to us, as they were targeted to smaller children. Your views on this might alter depending on kids' ages.

This place was excellent for me and my family. It has friendly staff and great accommodation. We were greeted by a ginger cat at our door and throughout the week staying there we found three other ginger cats (no garentee there are 4, there is probably more, this is only according to the ones we saw) Great place to stay, recommended for family’s.

The reception was very friendly and helpful, and very welcoming. We got there and were instantly impressed. The pool was clean, the air conditioning works, and everything was how it should be. The beds were incredibly comfy and huge. The rooms were spacious and multiple water bottles were provided and room service came every day. Also, there are cats at the resort. We counted 5 cats. 4 orange, 1 black and white one. They are very friendly and calm. Big showers, a toilet that works and spacious as well. Cupboards are spacious as well. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you all the people who run this resort we loved our stay. 🤗 Strongly suggest this to anyone. Families, couples, anyone will enjoy this stay.

Amazing stay in villa with great service! Location is perfect . Rawai Park for children is wonderful, Jun, Tai, Pop and Mook at reception desk are always available to help us to organize our activities or drive us to surroundings. I recommend the place !

Best staff and great place with kids and family best thanks to May,New and Tai. Enjoyed so much training with kids at Rawai and the food at roof and lorjane. It was quiet nice time spent there with my son and relaxed and was near Chalong for Muay Thai

New & Nah are lovely receptionist. Our requests were attended to immediately. The space is spacious and comfortable with 3rooms for 8pax. It was also peaceful and near amenities such as supermarkets and seafood restaurant. The room was also prepared with a cot before our arrival

In here very nice your should be come with your family or you friend. The room is very clean and service verry very good. That is the good experience for me and my family. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to stay in Phuket to have fun with friends and family.

Villa was not kid friendly with pool not fenced off making it high risk for kids to drown. I also didn't like before we left that the villa wanted to count in front of us the plates, cups and cutlery incase we stole these to take home. For what we paid per night I wouldn't recommend

We are already the 2nd time stay in RaWai . The staff are very nice and polit, especially staff of the restaurant, the counter staff, Nah, New, Jub. We have a good time here . And we decided to come again in next early of Feb. We are looking forward to come again .

Had a great stay for five nights, very peaceful and staff were fantastic! The 2 bedroom villa was nice and clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, lots of space. Kids enjoyed the kids park and the pool. Special thankyou to Nah and New :)

Nothing at all

1- its not clean 2- i found a lizard inside the microwave 3- I found a big rat inside on of the rooms I directly checked out and they rejected to give refund because of the policy even if my stay was not convenient and i went to another hotel for the remaining day. No public pool, no hot water in the pool, small AC, the gate is not good. Nothing is near you, you need 1 hr to go to any destination. Never take it.

Nice location. The unit is a bit smaller in size that we expect especially the bathroom and stand shower area. The have a kids park within the villa which is great for kids

Overall cleanliness is good and the swimming pool is well kept.

The bathrooms where the one of the room that link to the bunk beds room have a foul smell. The kitchen sink also has leak. The furnitures are not very children friendly as the edges are very pointy.

Looks nice, decent sized floor-plan with 3 detached bedrooms, 3 en-suites and an extra bathroom adjacent to the kitchen. Bedrooms have TV, washing machine, cooking facilities and WiFi. Pool was good. Gardening, room cleaning service came round once a day to tidy the place up, replace sheets, towels, water bottles etc. They were all very friendly, good at their jobs and their efforts were appreciated, especially Shirley. There were maintenance issues I spotted on day one such as 3 from 5 ceiling fans were broken, I mean stone dead broken, as in refusing to spin plus a serious mosquito and bug problem as we were sited in villa C12 on the west of the park with just a wall and fence separating us from a stagnant water river or creek. These were fixed promptly, so there's a high score for the maintenance teams.

A4 sized checklist of standards expected from us, inventory of items and a 10,000 BHT demand as deposit, but not the same attention reciprocated to building maintenance, fan or bug control that we may have expected. Too many keys. This bundle is a bag filler. Our youngest son required medical help on April 18th. Vomiting and a high temperature of 40° so my wife and I went to reception and requested they call for a doctor, nurse, medic, on site preferably, and if not an ambulance as our son was totally unfit to travel in a car. We used a translate app and the desk staff pointed us to a hospital north of Rawai missing the point completely. A sensible decision was to call someone to him as he had a fever and was still literally puking everywhere. We left after reception failed to call a doctor, nurse, ambulance, or provide us a local emergency service number so we had to research travel arrangements ourselves after 23:00 for a child who was visibly very ill, unwell enough to be tested for dengue and attached to an intravenous drip on admission to hospital. Reception customer service fell short of my expectations and displayed poor communication skills, in hindsight we should have just wheeled my son there in the first instance and allowed him to throw up all over their floor as that may have got the quick medical attention he required. So you know. If you fall ill out of office hours here... Suck it up, you are on your own as there is no on site clinic! There's barely enough characters here to write what I'd like to so a full review may be published on Google.

Beautiful, self-contained villa on a family friendly property. My toddler loved the kids park. Close to lots of great restaurants.

The rooms in the villa are not connected inside— every bedroom opens out onto the pool. This can be a bit tricky with young kids, but we managed it fine. Just something to consider when booking.

We have spent wonderful familly vacation in 3bedroom pool villa and everything was amazing. I have no complaints about services provided by staff of Rawai VIP villas - cleaning,water refilling,pool cleaning,etc. My young ladies (4 and 6) really enjoyed the waterpark and indoor playinground. We also had booked breakfasts for the whole stay and it was superb - we were little bit lazy during morning,so have a breakfast few steps from your villa was amazing.

I did not find anything what I dislike about this accommodation.

한국인 후기가 많지 않아 걱정이 되기도 했는데, 혹시나 하는 일은 전혀 발생하지 않았어요. 영어로 소통하는데 문제 없었고, 룸 컨디션도 괜찮았어요. LG 통돌이 세탁기(건조 가능)를 유용하게 사용했고, 풀빌라마다 자전거도 비치돼 있어요. 생수(물 맛 좋음)와 타올, 어메니티 등이 제공되고, 룸 청소는 문앞에 표시해두면, 매일 오전마다 청소합니다. 아침식사는 뷔페식이고, 그럭저럭 먹을만 합니다. 바로 앞 골목 삼거리에 편의점이 있고, 그 인근에는 빅씨마트가 있어 편해요. 룸서비스를 주문해 보지 않았으나, 가격이 저렴한 편입니다. 그리고 도보 가능한 인근에 이태리, 스위스, 영국, 러시아 등등 각 나라별 전문식당과 라와이 수산시장이 있어요. 슈페리어 2베드룸을 예약했다가, 3베드룸으로 업그레이드됐는데, 방 들이 연결돼 있지 않은 점이 아쉽고, 일부 공사 소음이 들립니다. 평상시는 조용해서 가족들과 휴가를 즐기기에 좋았습니다. 키즈파크는 5세 미만 아이가 사용하기 좋고, 간혹 풀빌라를 다니는 고양이가 마당에서 낮잠을 즐기기도 하니, 너무 놀라지 마세요. 여기도 마찬가지로 러시아 계열이나 중국인들이 대부분이었어요. 푸켓에서 풀빌라는 신혼여행 이후 두 번째인데 가격대비 개인 수영장 사이즈 등 가성비가 좋아 다음에 기회된다면, 또 가고 싶어요.

This was a great place to stay. Our family of four adults and two children got a lot of use out of the pool, the accommodation was clean and the location was great close to lots of restaurants and the ocean. My only disappointment was the kids park which is aimed primarily at 3 to 5 year olds. I thought there was mention of a trampoline park, but there wasn’t one. Also, the big pool didn’t seem to be open.

Pretty much everything. The staff, the layout of the accommodation. It just worked. The fact that the rooms are cared for with daily cleaning (the timing of which is convenient for you) is the cherry on top of the cake. A good quality washing machine if a good touch.

The area in the bedroom that we used to store our suitcases hadn't been cleaned in some time. Easy to miss though as it is high up. Can be forgiven.

The property is in a gated little area right near rawai beach. The rooms and living space was very spacious and clean. There was a washing machine which really is a bonus when travelling with little kids. The kids loved the kids club and played in there for hours.

Not a bad thing but we did put no room service on the outside of our property yet had room service every day. I mean I don’t mind but it was overlooked . The main issue was the post Orion of the rooms they are not connected to the living space which is fine for adults however the kids room opens up to go straight outside to the pool which is 1.4m deep all the way, not really kid friendly heights. Having a three year old we were constantly on alert and checking the kids door was locked every night incase they woke up and walked out to the pool area.

Love the pool villa very much. The kids even wanted to extend our stay there. If we could we would have wanted to! We love the cleanliness and the quiet ambience. We wanted to have a relaxing trip and we got it here. Will definitely come here if we ever go to Phuket again.

It's not really a dislike but there was no halal food options at the villa. It would be great if they can include some halal or muslim friendly options, like the roti, in the menu, especially for breakfast.

Great location with restaurants and beach very close

Beware - they will only serve buffet breakfast if there are enough people staying there. Otherwise you have to chose from a menu which isn’t worth the extra money you have to pay for a buffet. Kids club was closed 5 out of 14 days we were there for renovations. We were out next to a villa that was being renovated which made a lot of noise till late. Not great when you have a 1 year old. Staff are also very limited in English which is rare in these parts of Thailand

Amazing villa, amazing staff always helpful. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was great. The kids park is very nice for small children. The outdoor area is rebuilding so it was closed but still lots of fun. Very safe resort and again the staff was incredible. We had a problem with the pool water and the engineer came again and again until the problem was solved. The breakfast is very nice very diverse from Asian to continental and American buffet and awesome staff at the restaurant.

Not friendly and not available when call reception

The privacy and security. Strong recommended for families who has kids, it has water park which they can spend full day playing and eating 😀 the food quality and value is much better in Rawai than other area in Phuket ( my view ).

The swimming pool is open No security , family must take care about their kids especially if they are not good in swimming.

The room is so dark, the facilities are so old, the kid park is so small. The hairdryer in the room had fire came out…. So many mosquitos and flies around..

The location

People were really nice, Villa was amazing, location was very good. Cleaners were very methodical, and came daily. The Kids club was a great added bonus to keep the kids busy, and the food in the cafe at Kids club was good too.

We had a security issue on one of our final nights, where a man hopped over the back fence (Villa C9) and was clearly looking to steal things - my wife scared him off when she opened the curtains. We reported it to the management, who jumped right on it, and got the police involved - so they did all they could, which was not a criticism of the staff at all....but the experience did make us feel a little uneasy that it happened in the first place, and our kids were pretty scared the following nights. Hopefully, they'll take note of our report, and replace the fence at the rear, leading to the garage roof where the person got in (the security camera was rotated to try and help) The whole complex is covered in security, with a guard on duty 24/7, and gates etc, but the rear area is where security is lacking - so be aware!! Another mention are the bicycles - there's bikes provided to use, but be aware that the brakes are utterly shocking, and nearly led to multiple impacts with things due to their poor operation!!

everything! room service was terrible, staff terrible, villa too old and everything is s falling apart, although we paid for late check-out till 5 pm, the staff we’re trying to kick us out from 3:30 pm, coming into the villa without permission, yelling at us, checking after us like if we were thieves, and very rude
