Parece que la cuenta de booking de este establecimiento fue hackeada. Recibimos varios mensajes vía WhatsApp que nos pedían confirmar nuestro alojamiento dando de nuevo nuestra tarjeta de crédito. Ignora esos mensajes y contacta directamente a Isabel.

Las escaleras de entrada y subida son muy incómodas, el apartamento por dentro está muy bien. Una pena que la comunicación con el personal sea un poco desastre, no nos mandaban los datos para entrar, no contestaban mensajes... Tuve que llamar a varios teléfonos hasta que logré contactar y ya si me enviaron todo y pudimos acceder a la vivienda.

L’accès au 11ᵉ étage est assez difficile. De plus, la chambre n’était pas aussi propre qu’espéré, surtout pour un tarif de 145 € la nuit.

La piscina no puede llenarse por completo con agua caliente, por lo que la temperatura del agua queda fría y no hace del todo cómodo alargar sentados en el agua. La puerta del parking queda abierta continuamente y sube el calor de las cámaras del restaurante que están en el mismo parking y con la puerta de cocina abierta también.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026There was a view for an open air cinema, with nice binoculars you can have a free movie nights with planes landing in the background, quite a nice view.
I rented a "Penthouse Apartment with Terrace" which actually translates to: small studio with balcony. This is the rooftop apartment with guests expected height up to 160cm (judging by the bathroom size and setup - location of the toilet unables guys to pee standing). When it comes to the balcony called "terrace" - looks stylish but well known fact is that the black colour attracts the sunlight more, good for winter, a no go for summer. If for some reasons guests would still be cold - no problem! The AC units (from this and other apartments) are located right next to you to provide some extra heat. You have a lot of luggage? Great! The staircase is narrow and quite steep, getting even smaller at the end - but all good because there's a sign to "mind the head". The apartment was finished in higher standard but it doesn't compensate how uncomfortable it is. This could be called a "penthouse with a terrace" if you wouldn't split the space for two different flats - perfect example of greedenes.

We had an issue with a broken sofa bed upon arrival. At first the owner was reluctant to sort the problem for us. We had 4 people so needed the sofa bed to sleep. She claimed it must have been us that broken it by sitting on the edge of the sofa. However it was completely broken upon entering the apartment, the mattress was just placed over to hide the bend base. After sending staff to try and sort it, which they couldn’t, we were then moved into the apartment next door. After this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the efforts from the two staff members who tried to fix the problem.

The steps up to apartment are steep very steep . Think we were room 7 and it was a climb ! But we are both over 65 so if young probably not a problem!

Ho dato 1 perché 0 non si poteva. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente perché un posto del genere gestito in quel modo è inaccettabile. La camera, ma in realtà tutta la struttura, erano sporche, ma veramente tanto. In camera abbiamo trovato formiche e lenti a contatto (né io né la mia ragazza le portiamo!) e una volta fatto presente alla proprietaria (tramite messaggio whatsapp) lei ha visualizzato e non ha MAI risposto! Oltre alla sporcizia, ogni giorno in camera quando tornavamo c’era puzza di fumo di sigaretta, di conseguenza , visto che non ci sono mobili per mettere i vestiti all’interno, questa cosa ci ha impuzzolentito tutta la roba. Direi inaccettabile. Il bagno era in condizioni pessime, il soffione della doccia rimaneva su per grazia divina e il lavandino si tappava subito. Anche questo inaccettabile. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di andare in questo posto! ESPERIENZA PESSIMA.

Its very modern its compact but has everything you need for a holiday Its very close to everything you need but tucked out the way from the noise so perfect location! The air con was lovely and very needed in the heatwave kept the room nice and cool, the roof terrace is gorgeous its big and has 5 seats. People moaning about the stairs but the stairs are what I expected if you do your research properly you will be fully aware of no lift, not many buildings in lisbon have lifts due to the historic buildings, I was top floor and still have no complaints on the stairs very helpful host thank you
If you are 6ft plus male you will have to sit to toilet as its roof top the roofts and low and slanted just be aware,Just a couple of things I would add to make it 10000% perfect is to add a full length mirror on the back of the bathroom door and also add a sun umbrella on the terrace as it provides no shade all day and become too hot

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026Die Lage war klasse. Fast alles war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Vor dem Apartment gibt es einen schönen kleinen „Park“ mit Brunnen und morgens einem kleinen Markt. Auch ein gutes Brunch Kaffee war gleich die Straße gegenüber.
Unter den Apartments ist ein Restaurant welches Abends auch Musik abspielt, die deutlich im Zimmer zu hören ist. Besonders der Bass. Auch jeden Schritt der im Gang außen oder in der Wohnung darüber stattfindet, kann man lautstark verfolgen. Ich bin, was sowas angeht, nicht empfindlich, war aber in der Lautstärke schon störend. Vielleicht variiert das aber auch von Apartment zu Apartment.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Superficie parfaite pour couple avec un enfant. Emplacement au top, tout reste a proximité! La terrasse est un vrai avantage. Le studio etait propre et l'arrivée autonome facile a comprendre.

We had bad experience with this apartment. We were 3 adults with babies, just landed in lisbon pretty late at night. We had booked two bedroom suites through booking.com apartement with should have complete equipment: stovetop, microwave, etc. In reality as we checked in, there was no stovetop. Microwave was broken, didn't have light on at all. I contacted the apartement, she insisted we were at wrong, that we had choose the wrong apartement number. Like how could we know which apartement number which equipments within?? I chose Two bedroom Suites apartement, not apartement no. X?? We have escalated the complaint to booking.com support and we had to ask the contact person of apartement for almost before check out time from 1st day. We asked refund, she refused. It was very unpleasant experience.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Clean and well located. Interesting and charming aesthetic both inside and on the terrace.
Appliances were cool-looking but a bit unpractical. Water pressure was quite low all around and water temperature was slow to change and unstable. Outside bath doesn’t have enough hot water pressure to keep it hot, so it defaults to a mini cold pool. Expected a bit more value for the money payed.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026The room got so dark and the bed was so comfortable and the property so quiet. I had some of my great sleeps there.
The only AC is in the living room and once you close the drapes the room gets a little hot.
