Ich habe ein Zimmer erwischt, das dunkel tagsüber dunkel war. Das fand ich ein bisschen schade. Aber bei einem alten Haus geht es manchmal nicht anders.

I booked the hotel last minute not checking too much about it. Such a lovely place, an old building transformed in a hotel with tall ceilings, tiling inside and a nice staircase. It was comfortable, room a bit small but very cozy. The hotel is in the centre, walking distance to everything and it also has a pool. I didn't try it. The restaurant downstairs is very good and breakfast had everything for a good start of the day. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Everything was good, I will surely come back.

Great location, excellent customer service, delicious and with the great variety breakfast, well maintained facility with private pool.

The only negative feedback would be tha during our stay the elevator wasn't working for one whole day, while we're living in the 5th floor.

Emplacement idéal pour du tourisme, petit déjeuner excellent avec du choix et bons produits. La jeune femme responsable du petit déjeuner lors de notre séjour était particulièrement aimable, sympathique et très efficace.

La propreté, l’emplacement, le côté cosy de l hôtel, le petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, climatisation, il y a un petit bassin (pas essayé), bar et restaurant

Rue très bruyante, chambre au-dessus du restaurant, demander une chambre qui donne de l autre côté, heureusement que lorsque qu on ferme la fenêtre on entend quasiment rien

A beautiful hotel in terms of design and cleanliness. At check-in, the reception staff ask what time you would like to have breakfast — seemingly just a normal procedure. However, during breakfast, while we were away from the room, €300 in cash disappeared from my wallet, which I had left on the table in the room in the morning rush. When we returned from breakfast, I started packing and noticed that €300 was missing from my wallet. I immediately reported it to reception, and the hotel manager was informed. They checked whether anyone had entered the room using an electronic key, but the system did not show any entries. However, the money was never found. I am absolutely certain that the €300 was in my wallet. This was very disappointing and unfortunately affected our impression of the hotel. So please be vigilant and do not leave cash, valuables, or personal belongings unattended in your room.

We stayed multiple times at this hotel because we like the location and the comfort of the rooms. The staff is very helpful and polite. We will return to Hotel Florescente in the future!

위치가 아베니다 다 리베르다드에서 조금 안으로 들어간 곳에 위치해 있어 매우 좋았다. 아침 일찍 새벽에 체크아웃 후 공항으로 이동했는데 20분이 채 안 걸릴 정도로 공항과의 접근성도 좋다. 로비는 새로 레노베이션을 한 듯 예쁘게 꾸며져 있었고 엘리베이터도 최신형으로 바꾼지 얼마 안 된 듯 호텔의 건물 연식 대비 매우 최신식이었다.

호텔 예약 시 객실 사진을 봤을 때 이미 객실 일부는 레노베이션되어 보였고 일부는 노후된 상태 그대로로 보이긴 했다. 그런데 배정된 객실이 하필 레노베이션 되지 않은 객실인지 1960년대 스타일의 가구와 카페트, 벽지로 이루어져 있었다. 방의 형태 또한 길쭉한 세로형으로 폭이 매우 좁아서 트렁크를 끌고 방 안 쪽에 들어가려면 트렁크가 너무 클 경우 침대 때문에 방 안 쪽에 끌고 들어갈 수 없을 정도였다. 그에 비해 욕실은 마찬가지로 레노베이션은 되어있지는 않았지만 매우 널찍해서 편하긴 했다.

Amazing stay - great location, bedroom was beyond comfortable and tile work in the bathroom was like a museum. Staff are super friendly, always smiling and very helpful.

La vasca con la doccia, scomoda, molto scivolosa e con i vetri piccoli: ogni volta si bagnava il pavimento. I turni per la colazione, molto rigidi e da indicare la sera prima.

El alojamiento era ideal todo estupendo, habitaciones amplia y con vistas, en pleno centro.

It was beautifully decorated, lovely and clean with comfortable beds. The location was ace for what we wanted - easy to get to the metro, plus loads of lovely restaurants nearby (including the hotel’s own, which was brilliant too!). The staff were absolutely amazing, so lovely and friendly. We really enjoyed the pool and outside bar area, it was ace to be able to relax there after a busy day sightseeing. Last but not least, the breakfast was fabulous!!! Buffet style, with everything you could think of…mini pasteis anyone? :) Plus the best coffee ever. We’ll definitely be back, thank you so much.

We arrived at 1 a.m., and the staff were working as usual and welcomed us warmly. They kindly upgraded our second apartment to a luxury one, which meant we could stay on the same floor as our friends. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool was a great bonus too! On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and enjoy lunch before heading to the airport. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The service was top notch! Personal was very helpful. I sprained my ankle and they helped me in any way possible to make me recover faster.

Great location; 100 metres from nearest metro, for access to airport or Santa Apolonia station. Numerous restaurants within a few metres. Spacious, comfortable room, with the bonus for a central hotel of a small pool.

Everything, it is one of my favorite places to stay! the restaurant serves excellent food and you get a discount as guest, free welcome dinks, very clean and nicely decorated, good beds, good breakfast, perfect location in the citycentre close by the metro, a small Pool to relax..... so we will definitly come back again; obrigada e ate proxima!

Just returned from our first trip to Lisbon and we stayed at the beautiful Hotel Florescente. We had such a lovely stay! Our room was stunning and always kept spotlessly clean, and the staff were so warm, welcoming and kind. The pool was also lovely after a wonderful time exploring! Sadly, on our last day after checking out, our flight home was cancelled. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and went above and beyond to support us, which really made a difficult situation much easier. I would highly recommend Hotel Florescente to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and central place to stay in Lisbon. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return!

The location is amazing, the team are lovely, breakfast is good and the rooms are well appointed.

The bathroom/toilet downstairs that services the dining room was very dark and smelled a little more than I'd expect

The location was perfect. As a solo, female traveller I felt very safe getting to the hotel and everything was in walking distance. The hotel was immaculate and the room was so comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic and reception 24hrs.

The pool area wasn’t anything special but I was there to see the sights so it didn’t matter. Taxis can’t pull up outside but the taxi rank is just 1 minute walk away. So no complaints at all, it was perfect.

El encanto que tiene el hotel, la decoración, las habitaciones maravillosas coquetas y cuidadas al detalle. El desayuno tipo buffet, es muy variado, comida caliente, muy bien elaborada. El personal, muy atento, educado, profesional y sobre todo muy simpáticos. Mención especial a Paulo, jefe de recepción, un 10 como profesional, atendió todas nuestras necesidas. Gracias.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour accèder dans le centre ville à pied. Les chambres sont propres et suffisamment spacieuses, la literie très confortable. Les horaires du petit déjeuner sont idéales. Il est servit sous forme de buffet sucré salé.

Les chambres allant sur le côté rue sont très bruyantes notamment la nuit lorsque les restaurateurs rangent leur terrasse et que les éboueurs passent en pleine nuit !

The location is amazing - so easy arriving by train, bus or metro and it's on a central street with easy access to everything and close to the old tram line too. The rooms are a little dated, but with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. The breakfast had lots of choice and whilst we didn't love everything we tried, we all found something we liked every day to get off to a good start, with sweet, savoury and fruits. The pool was a good addition, but the water was very cold so we didn't all use it (and we were there in August!).

The air conditioning units are quite noisy outside and the windows don't block out the noise at all (we had two rooms and the one that was at at the front of the hotel - room 301 -, i thought the window was open as I could hear every word being said in the street and was surprised it was closed!). It was missing a full-length mirror in the bedroom. The bath was very slippy. The shower when cleaned was left with the nozzle on full, pointing at the wall so when you turned it on the shower ended up flooding the whole area.

Fantastic breakfast with fresh ingredients every day. The range of foods were brilliant and the atmosphere was great! We had a very quiet room at tgd back of the building. The lovely staff were so helpful and friendly. They were 5 star! The brilliant location was an amazing bonus! This hotel is in a vibrant, historical part of Lisbon, easy to get to places by foot or tram. The range of little restaurants and bars were wonderful in this area and we loved the little cobbled streets! Beautiful hotel and area!

We paid for a superior room but it was very small and there was very little space to get around the bed so you occasionally banged your shoulder on the television. The decor was tired and the air conditioning unit was at one end so it was very breathless at night. The beds were short (I’m 6’3 and so my feet we’re hanging off the end). The room did not look like the photos. We booked well in advance so it would have been lovely to have had a pretty room. Having said this, the room was immaculately clean, the shower was great and it was quiet. I would just phone and check which room you have been allocated before arrival.

Staff and breakfast was good especially Maria at the desk that made my stay enjoyable.

My room had obviously not been updated compared with my friends room. Very old and tired room and there was a smell.

The room was excellent, more like a mini suite. Would have loved a mirror in the dressing room, and a rubber mat in the bath as it was very slippery, and would have loved toiletries in the bathroom.
