Reviewed Jun 7, 2026We had a wonderful stay at the Queensbury Hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit. The facilities were excellent, and everything was well maintained. We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The included Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to the day. Thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others visiting Nuwara Eliya.

The room was not ready at check-in, and also we had booked a deluxe room, but instead of a proper bed, they had pushed together two single mattresses, and we had to ask four times before finally getting a heater. Very poor service and absolutely not worth the money.
