We booked here for the pool advertised, but it was not in use, empty and quite obvious had not been used for a long long time, very disappointing. Aircon was old and very noisy.

Die Angaben bei booking und die Bilder entsprachen nicht der Realität. Die Zimmer waren für die Ausstattung mehr als überteuert. Bilder von der realen Poollandschaft (Teil des Preises) habe ich angehängt.

Séjour mémorable tant par la beauté des lieux que par l’accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de ses propriétaires. Rien à redire : chambres spacieuses et confortables. Le petit déjeuner inclut très copieux et délicieux. Khadija la cuisinière attentionné et disponible. Merci pour les extra non prévu au départ le badminton et la table de ping pong pour les enfants. N’hésitez pas dans votre choix c’est de loin l’endroit parfait où séjourner à Ourika.

I liked everything.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Rocher Marrakech. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made my stay really relaxing. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I especially want to thank the cleaners for their hard work. Thank you to all the staff for your kindness, professionalism, and great hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

Le problème c’est la boîte de nuit qui se trouve juste sous l’hôtel et les gens alcoolisés qui hurlent dans la rue à 3h du matin . Les claxones de taxi . Si vous chercher un endroit central c’est bien mais si vous privilégiez une qualité de sommeil évitez …..

En plein travaux la piscine est fermée , Emplacement central Mais trop bruyant car proche de bar et boites de nuits donc les bruits s’arrêtent vers 5h du matin Chambre pas vraiment propre

Soap and shampoo were not served.

Perfect location within walking distance to Medina and the convention center. Breakfast is just amazing.

L’hôtel se trouve dans un bon quartier à 15 minutes à pied du centre historique. Beaucoup de jolis restaurants dans les environs. Points négatifs; l’isolation phonique n’est pas top. La moquette est très veuille et demande à être changée. La porte entre la chambre et la salle de bain était bloquée. Le petit déjeuné est servi par un jeune qui n’est pas fait pour ce métier. La qualité n’est pas très bonne. Bref je ne recommande pas

Habitación amplia, luminosa y bien equipada. Cuarto de baño muy espacioso y dotado de los productos básicos de higiene.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil et la réactivité du personnel, une attention particulière pour le directeur qui est d'une incroyable gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute et bienveillant, la grandeur et le confort du lit était au top, tout est fait pour que vous vous y sentiez bien comme à la maison. Le petit déjeuner avec le service en chambre est parfait et l'hôtel est à proximité de tout Séjour au top...

Pas d'eau chaude à la douche, problème résolu le premier jour dans l'après-midi puis qui est revenu le lendemain...

Номер, где мы жили, ну ооочень большой. Огромный балкон - практически как еще одна комната. Очень удобная и большая кровать. В номере есть чайник, холодильник и приветственная вода, кофе и чай, которые не пополняются. Огромная ванная комната с эхо). Предоставляются гигиениеские принадлежности, крем для тела, халаты и полотенца. Спасибо большое сотрудникам отеля. На второй день нас угостили фруктами. Это было неожиданно, но очень приятно. Завтрак накрывают не в самом отеле, а в кафе рядом. Завтрак - 2 варианта на выбор. Есть яичница на масле, хлеб, кофе и еще раз хлеб) Ну кто любит мучное, наверное, понравится. Лично мне неочень - не мой вариант. Расположение очень удобное. Все в пешей доступности. Особенно если вы любите гулять, то отличный вариант. Недалеко есть супермаркет, где довольно неплохой ассортимент продуктов, вода разного объема и все, что нужно для жизни. Отель расположен недалеко от ж/д станции. На такси всего 15-20 минут. Или даже меньше. Сотрудники отеля всегда готовы помочь и идут навстречу.

На балконе тек конденсат из кондиционера на пол. Поэтому выйти особо не получалось из-за огромной лужи, которая заливала всю площадь. Был очень плохой интернет.

L'hôtel est bien localisé, pas loin du centre et dans un quartier calme et élégant. La chambre était très spacieuse, avec un beau balcon. Le lit était très grand et très confortable.

Bien que la salle de bain soit très spacieuse, il n'y a pas de douche, mais une baignoire, sans aucune protection (on bagne toute la salle si on veut se doucher). La TV ne marchait pas. Le wifi fonctionnait par intermittence. Le petit-déjeuner aurait pu être meilleur.

Top hotel, super bien situé, personnel agréable, rien a redire !

Les chambres sont très agréables, propres et spacieuses.

Le problème, c’est que l’hôtel est en travaux, et le petit déjeuner est prévus dans le bar à chicha qui ouvre le matin pour nous prévoir le petit déjeuner dans une ambiance très sombre. Parfois pas de café, parfois pas de beurre ou de confiture. Sinon les produits et préparations sont très correctes et copieuses. Le toit terrasse est très délabré et à refaire.

Trop cher pour ce que c'est. Pas de reception, pas assez de prise a coté du lit, toilette séparé du bain. Climatiseur bruyant (impossible de dormir avec). Tapis tarnis. Lavabo bouché... Hukka lounge au rdc causant des odeurs de charbon et chicha en plus du bruit de la musique. Petit dejeuner servi tards a partir de 8 30 au hukka lounge, pas tres top.

Le personnel êtes à l’écoute au petit soin toujours disponible à toute heure expérience impeccable

Staff were friendly and very helpful especially when the door handle fell off! Breakfast was great, especially the vegan option. Overall really enjoyed the stay.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant. Check in was smooth, the front desk had my paperwork ready as soon as I walked in. The location was amazing, very walkable and close to many of the great things Marrakesh has to offer. It was extremely quiet in the hotel. It was almost as if we were the only ones there.

This hotel had a lot of potential. Great location, photos looked great. Unfortunately, too many things went wrong, which impacted our stay negatively. Location: The hotel is in the same building as 2 clubs that play loud music until at least 4 in the morning. The bass was audible from our room all night. Depending on your interest, you may enjoy this. Room: On arrival, we were placed in a single double bed and the staff immediately moved us to another room, as we wanted separate beds. The rooms and bathroom are very large. Layout of the room is unusual, the toilet is located in a closet behind the hotel room door, separated from the sink, shower and bathtub. However, when we entered the new room, there were stains on the carpeted floors, one of the curtains was partially torn, so it did noy close fully. The door handle to the bathroom toilet broke off and the glass door to the shower appeared to be barely hanging on to the wall and it also did not close fully, allowing water to spread through the bathroom. The TVs are also very difficult to operate, which was frustrating. They needed to come to our room multiple times to operate or reset the device through which they stream live television. A chair leg also broke which we discovered at the end of the stay while we were packing. It was very cold in Marrakesh during our stay and the heating unit did not do a good job of heating the room. We had it set to 30 C on high and it still remained cold during the night. Airport transport: The front desk walked outside and gathered a taxi for our 6am flight, it was not included in our stay. Brunch: It is located in the shisha lounge downstairs. It was cold in Marrakesh during our visit, and we did not visit the pool. Overall, I would not consider this a 4 star hotel and would be unlikely to stay here again. There was construction ongoing during the stay, which may have been a factor in how the hotel functioned.

Osoblje je super

Hotel bi trebalo "osvjeziti". Dorucak ako boravis vise dana je svaki dan isti. Tajodjer, vrijeme dorucka, tek je od 08:30, trebalo bi biti moguce ici i ranije na dorucak.

Location is in a good area

Very bad service, this is the first hotel I ever stay in that did not have a bed sheet prepared on the bed when I entered the room I had to call reception and ask them for a bed sheet. It took them 30 minutes to inform me that a 4 stars hotel ran out of bed sheets and I had to just use an extra blanket as a bed sheet! This is highly unacceptable and made my stay very uncomfortable not to mention that the room was not cleaned properly and the sheets were dirty! Never staying at this hotel again.
