Cold , disinterested staff. Too small..not like the photos. I think it was a scam. It was so small that the shower had no curtain or partition and it was almost over the toilet. Everytime we had a shower we had to completely wipe down the toilet. We asked for different pillow. They never came. The room smelt mouldy. There was no water for several hours..we had to keep sending messages to get any updates. I recommend not staying here. It was terrible.

The host was very helpful and was checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. The location is central and all major attractions are in a walkable distance.

Clean/ facilities are perfect/ 2 toilets/ separate bathroom/ near to the famous places/ near to the restaurants and supermarkets/ you can walking for visiting somewhere and shipping. It was in the ground floor - not any stairs- good for old people. They cleaned the house every 2 days.

I couldn’t understand why they changed the house to another one. I booked house number 16 but they changed it to number 24 but there wasn’t any problem because both houses are the same and far for 8 minutes walking. I needed to have an invoice they gave me it after 26 days. Bedrooms are a little bit small but ok.

The room and towels were quite clean. Walking distance to many attractions

1. FAKE photos. They don't have any real photo in the booking. 2. The manager of the hotel asked us to cancel booking and she will decrease the cost of apartment. 3. They don't have a shower. You should take a shower in the toilet.

Hotel is located walking distance from everywhere. It has kitchen facilities, especially the fridge which is very useful during hot days.

Room was very small. Much smaller than in pictures. In fact: pictures posted at booking are missleading because it is a mix from all apartments in hotel. Kitchen facilities very fine but due to size of the room it was hard to use anything except fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Bathroom does not have separate shower so when you have shower it is wet everywhere. Don't count on terrace. It is on the roof and very hard to get (steep stairs).

The apartment was very clean and the host was very accommodating.

The air conditioner was broken and nobody came to fix it.

This was a small family run accommodation. Up the cobblestone path. Only 15 minutes walk away from Aarsta Bazaar, Hagia Sofia, and the blue mosque and a few more historic sites. It was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. I liked the fact that there were darkening curtains on the window. Even though the bathroom wasn’t very big but the shower was very good. Our stay was short but if it was longer we would have been comfortable. Their daughter spoke English and was very helpful in guiding us what places to visit first. There were plenty of local restaurants and small grocery stores around as well.

If I had known that the actual dimensions of the closed areas of this room were so small, we would never have taken it. 2. It was not stated that the entrance to the apartment was below ground level. Thus, from the window in the bedroom, which is under the ceiling, you can see the feet of passers-by. If I had known that part of the room and its entrance were actually below ground level, we would not have taken it. 4. Twice, in the heat, upon returning to the room in the evenings, we discovered that there was no light. In fairness, it should be noted that there was no light in the neighboring houses within a radius of several dozen meters. But this did not make it any cooler for us, who were in the basement. Once there was no light until 2-3 am, the second time - until about 6 am. The air conditioners did not work, it was very hot. If we had known about such problems with the power supply in this area, we would not have taken this room 3. As a result of the low location - high humidity, a musty smell. 4. Inconvenient entrance spiral staircase 5. poor ventilation in the bathroom; 6. furniture requires repair or replacement 7. unsatisfactory cleanliness, mold in the bathroom

The apartment was great. Very clean, new furniture, 2 air conditioners, a small balcony and kitchen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom one on the first floor. Great place to stay for 2-4 people in the center of historic Istanbul. The host was super friendly and helped us find things to do during our stay.

TV could have been bigger, but we weren't in Istanbul to watch TV! :)

Excellent apartment 🏠, the Rooms are clean and comfortable, Perfect location 📍close to small ayasofiya and near to sultan ahmed area within 5 to 10 minute walk, the service is very good and the manger is helpful and supportive. With 9 people tourists it was very good experince.

The room was a little small and there wasn’t a lot of space to move (but it was ok because as we were touristing we weren’t in the room for much time other than to sleep) We had to pay part of the stay with cash and we hadn’t expected this

The people were amazing, they gave us loads of tips on what to visit, the room was cleaned multiple times and we had a washing machine in our room/studio

The hotel was in a great Location close to all amenities it was very comfortable stay, it was ten minutes walking to all main attractions to see the hotel was very nice, very clean and had alot of space, most important the bathroom was clean and was equipped with all toiletries you need. I never been looked after so well our taxi driver got lost we arrived near midnight and the owner waited for us ten out ten the owner is the most helpful, welcoming and friendly host i ever encountered i will be booking this hotel again if i am in istanbul i would 100% recommend this hotel. We booked the Duplex Apartment for group of 7

The host have super fast response and take care. Room size is fine for 5 to 6 with backpack (if you bring big luggage you might do hard work a bit cuz size of free area to open bag and many hills to carry your bag). BTW place is close to landmark and easy going to room with private transport more than public transport.

The location was excellent.

The WiFi was really poor. You needed to restart your wifi button on and off often to get the service.

The room is smaller than I thought. Though I love the old lady as she is so sweet and very helpful. I love my stay so far. It is very near to shops, restaurants, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Accessible to all.

totally disappointed. what we know from the description here is very very different from reality. we are arranged to stay in economic room instead of standard double room. here it says size of each of this two room is more than 30 m2. but in fact, size of each room is smaller than 18 m2, 30 m2 may be the total area of 2 rooms . shocked when found that a "30m2 room" is so small. feel like being cheated by the description and the photos. these 2 rooms and the office are at the same floor. sound proof is really really bad. we can hear clearly what people said outside the room. we do not feel safe to talk privately in the room. room is not cleaned daily. we stay 5 nights in the room but only cleaned one time, again, not daily as told here. air circulation of the small toilet is not good. bad smell come from the toilet since the later half of our stay. small bottle of shampoo etc. not refilled or replaced even after cleaning. we ask for a double bed. with the double bed, hotel only provide 2 single blanket with cover. we asked for a double blanket with cover for 2 people, hotel told us to have a double blanket without cover if we insist on it definitely, we would like to change hotel if not paid before room size, facilities, service really not consistent with what descriped and not worth for the money

hotel not really willing to help the guests with their problem during the stay. in fact, we find that there are solution available, but they just say no. really very disappointed
