Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga Residences

This property is super super clean! We get the apartment room and it is very very spacious. From the front desk personnel to housekeeping personnel was very super nice… they are very kind and humble. The rooms are very clean organized. The best hotel so far I ever stayed, the AC also is very cold, so cozy. If I come back I will stay the same hotel again.

My son really enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday. There is a lifeguard on duty everyday from opening to closing time of the pool. This was very important to me since, I have a 8 yr old who is not that experience in swimming. We rented an.apartment and it was very spacious.

The staff at the hotel made the time in Dubai comfortable and welcoming. Everyone at front desk, breakfast, room service and house keeping was attentive and quick to provide a first class service. Thanks to them the stay was very good.

Clean, furniture is good but room finishing is old, need renew, wash room was congested when taking shower, electricity in my room shutdown suddenly, repaired after 20-30 minutes, finally I requested 1 extra bed they offer for free, but they don’t offer blanket even after I request

I have stayed and visited this Hotel for past 10 years or more but every year they are loosing more Quality as we go . And I’m A very loyal guest to any hotel that I like or feel Comfortable with . As much as I’ve tried to give my self and them a chance once a year but Unfortunately, nothing has improved so at this point I think it’s time to find a new hotel .

This place is falling apart and the staff is incredibly rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND Strongly advise against staying here based on our nightmarish experience. 1. Check-in Fiasco: Booked room was under maintenance; forced to settle for a different room on arrival (found out later they sold our room to other guests). 2. Unsafe Incident: A heavy curtain beam fell on my sister's head; instead of addressing the structural issue, the hotel blamed her instead of fixing the problem and rehousing us at 2am! 3.Rude Bad Attitude: Hotel ignored our calls after the incident, showing no concern for our safety or well-being. 4. Sleep Disruption: Hammering for maintenance at 2 am disrupted our sleep; unacceptable disregard for guests' rest. 5. Hygiene Nightmare: Shower emitted a putrid smell like rotten eggs; leaking ceiling added to the discomfort. 6. Baggage Nightmare: Hotel failed to pack two of our bags during checkout, creating chaos and nearly causing us to miss our flight. Overall Disappointment: Shockingly poor service, utter disregard for guest safety, and no accountability from the hotel staff.

It's is a nice property. The area is a little busy but it is safe if you use common sense. The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable.

We liked the size of apartment and amenities inside specially washing machine comes handy after family desert or beach trip. Kids loved the pool also Breakfast variety was good too. Only draw back was funny smell in the apartment may be due to air conditioning and one of the toilet sink get blocked. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Great apartment in an ideal location for the airport. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was a good size. Kitchen, dining table and seating area. Bath in one of the bathrooms, shower in the other. We had breakfast which had a good choice.

Our room had a heavy musty smell all week…. Finally we ask housekeeping to please disinfect the area under the sink which seemed to be the area where the smell was the heaviest but unfortunately the smell continued. Otherwise we had a great stay and staff was pleasant.

I had read reviews before booking. All were complaining about the check in. I hoped ours was not this experience. However, upon arriving and going to the guest I stated “ I am here to check in”. He asks for my passport and then immediately says he doesn’t see a booking and what is my booking number and did I come to the right hotel. It had me completely worried. Literally , 5 seconds later he says “ Oh It’s here”. You should not make guests feel this way. We then go the key and it did not work. The room felt old but it was ok and spacious. If you really need space, this is a good idea.

i liked from a hotel room i was given a 2 bedroom apartment which was a big surprise middle bathroom needed to be cleaned better -shower had mold-some parts off the unit looks aged-though the outside facade looks brand new

I did not like the hotel at all. Slow check in and there is a bad smell in the bathroom. Also the restaurant is very crowded and you have to wait for your turn. There is noise from the swimming bool in the apartment.

Its not my first time staying at Hyatt Place Al Rigga. It was nice that's why we keep on coming back. But my recent stay was not good. I was able to check in only nearly 5pm instead of 3pm. and the room was not yet cleaned when we enter. the staff are so busy maybe because there are lots of guests. I was always happy during my previous stays but the recent one I feel sad.

So far from any hotel stay I made it was the worst experience. I waited more than 3 hours to check in not to mention I decided to delay coming for 2 hours if not then 5 hours I will be waiting.first They keep asking me to wait as my reservation is not showing in the system after a while they say no available room regardless I made a confirmed reservation prior.no one knows how to fix the booking,everyone just talk while moving on to other guest who are also complaining (swear on this one) same issues. While one of my friends with me had enough and spoke, they mocked her and I was so embarrassed as she was my guest.it was a birthday celebration and it’s so embarrassing and terrible, we wait with our things in a lobby for hours with no assurance which time we can check in as they keep saying in 20 mins until is came hours. Finally we got a room at 8pm and the room smells like hell when they said there was a maintenance so obviously someone just checkout. Honestly not sure about sanitation in these times of covid anymore in this hotel. I always stay in hotels as I’m from the province and I’d like to relax but I guess at that point in Hyatt wasnt good as the ratings it’s a bad as dealing with guest bad staff relations, worst system, worst cleanliness, terrible room and housekeeping as the changing rule of bedding as they say is 3 days , no kettle and takes forever to request anything . Staff outside is so rude, no one even help just to open door while I carry all 3 luggages

The check in was smooth and all the staff were amazing and very helpful! Our stay was very good except I got a comment about the amenities in the apartment..the fridge/stove/washer/dishwasher were all old and didn't work properly! Also on our 4th night or so, the water tank in the washroom starting leaking heavily at 3 am in the morning and it woke us up..when someone came to check it, apparently they knew it had an old problem but just ignored it so this time they came closed the pipe and came following morning to fix it(took maybe 2 hrs!) Which is annoying when you dont expect such problems on your vacation

Hotel is located central to downtown Dubai. Hotel parking is bit confusing to get to, Just park in front of the hotel when checking in and ask for help with parking.

The property was very clean in and out cheap gor two room appartment, not too far from airport. I spend $22 on limousines taxe from Terminal 2 to the airport due to evening trafic, and just $6 going to termina 3 on sunday morning. Staff fro t desk are professionaly friendly. I reccomend the peace and tranqility of this propriety.

It is good. The room is nice and clean. Other staff are nice. but maybe because they are busy, we are not accommodated on our request. We requested in-room slippers but we did not receive.

This rate was for hyatt place Jumeirah because when we reached the hyatt place al riqqa the room was not available so they arranged for us a room in different hotel related to same group but it was perfect experience

Very comfortable and lavish hotel and a very reasonable rate.

Old rooms but very comfortable beds. I ordered extra towels three times but never showed up we were there for 3 nights never saw housekeeping. Forgot laptop charger and tried calling the hotel many times before they finally told me that they don’t have it not sure if they even checked. Besides that, we enjoyed the mosque’s music 🙂🙂

We liked the room and the pool area. The location was OK but not great.

Old property that make sick my wife. She got an allergy reaction with Severe difficulties for breathing. We have to cancel our booking and seek another place.

Everything was great except the check in . We were advised that the booking was cancelled due to problem with the credit card .. this caused a minor delay else the stay was pleasant .. the tea is close to the station and night life of the area ..

From check in to check out. We felt very unprofessional. The staff did not have a clue. We found the property is attractive but needs lot of customer service training. We called for bell boy no one showed up. Carpets are worn out. Hand shower was not even getting into the holder as they had glued it and not even holding onto the holder.

We had a 2 night stopover and it was good value for the price. I requested an iron early on arrival to our room ( there was an ironing board but no iron). The iron was delivered over 24hours later after I left a note on the ironing board for room service the next morning. The room did not get serviced until 5;30pm when we returned from our day out and went to reception to let them know that the room had not been done. The breakfast were good and we had an early morning flight on the 3rd day and Aboo Baker was very generous and allowed us to enter the restaurant for breakfast at 6am although breakfast did not open until 6:30am. He was very attentive.Overall good but the service was not up to the Hyatt standard.

Everything is perfect but it would be nice to add ventilation in the bathroom and dish detergent in the kitchen, other then those, everything is perfect.

Love the neatly decorated 2 bedroom apt they provided. However I did wish they had more cups, and plates to use. But the overall stay was wonderful.

The hotel is clean and the room had a good size , but their service is slow and they don’t have hair dry blowers neither beauty salon, and not restaurant for dinner just for breakfast.

First night was tough, as the room smelled intensely of cigarettes (probably through ventilation) and they had no other available room to move me at, so I hardly slept at all. There were also a few mishaps (half the shower rail came off). However, the staff were fast to accommodate me as best as they could and moved me to another room the next day. The hotel is a bit further off central Dubai but it’s a good opportunity to see a bit of the “real” city the tours don’t take you at. The rooms don’t have a hairdryer which was a real surprise for a Hyatt. The cleanliness was ace, the bed linen were always fresh and spotless.

Fantastic hotel and apartments a few minutes walk to Al Rigga Metro station and close to Dxb Airport. Only let down was the pool was freezing cold.

It was such a spacious apartment with two ensuites which was nice. It would be nice if the microwave oven and washing machine came with instructions...I managed to download the manual for the washer online but just had to guess for the microwave.

my stay here was not what i expected. To begin with I did not feel welcomed during my check in experience the gentleman working the desk was rude and unprofessional and it took me twenty minutes to check in. I then asked the front desk to deliver my luggage to my room, 40 minutes later i still was waiting on the delivery of my luggage. I had to call downstairs, yet no answer so i decided to go downstairs myself. I got to the lobby and it was slow no reason as to why my call should’ve gone unanswered. I took my luggage upstairs myself and the front desk said nothing but “sorry” for the inconvenience. Breakfast that was paid for was a joke, same items for breakfast every day that i was there. If i had known this was the case i would’ve booked the room without breakfast and gone out for breakfast. The room that was given to me was dirty filthy, stains all over the bed, walls, furniture. Also the furniture was dusty as if housekeeping never dusts them off. Overall, unhappy with my stay first and last time that i will be staying at this Hyatt.

The hotel is located in the older part of Deira in Al Rigga but the facilities and especially the employees were outstanding, From the check in personnel to the housekeeping staff just about everyone I encountered throughout the hotel provided outstanding customer service and seemed to really enjoy their work. The breakfast was very good with multiple selections. There was also a night club / bar located inside the hotel that was full of entertainment and lively. Overall my stay was pleasant and would recommend this hotel.

I booked an apartment suite which was extremely spacious, clean and with good amenities. The pool area was lovely but the pool water was way too hot to be enjoyable on a 42*C day...it felt as warm as bathwater and not at all refreshing. Other than that, I had a great stay, all staff were incredibly helpful and polite...best I've seen for a long time. Especially restaurant staff, amazing!! Buffet breakfast had a fabulous variety and was delicious.

The quality of the property meets my expectations. However, the staff were not listening to clients from my experience. I had communicated to different staffs from the very first night of my arrival about the two bookings up till 24th of July. However, I was embarrassed to see a man knocking on my door late at night on 23rd to inform me that I have overstayed and wanted to know the time I was planning to leave the room. I was lost for words, told the person that I needed a call from the front desk. My request for a receptionist or another staff to call me and my several telephone calls to the front desk were ignored as empty promises of someone calling me were displayed. No one called me to address this issue. This was a disappointment. Staff do not communicate with each other. This was also evident when my room was changed after the first night,3 hours after the initial time, only to be taken to a room that has not been cleaned and several calls has to be made for the allocation of another room. Another issue experienced was not been given the booked apartment on my arrival at the Hotel, the excuse was they were having maintenance issues which do not sound plausible as the Hotel appeared to have been over booked. Was given a room with kitchenette. The delay of more than 2 hours to check in after a long flight and not getting the room booked wasn’t a pleasant experience though a goodwill gesture of £20 given after insisting to speak to a senior staff member.

Clean hotel big rooms with all facilities enjoy my stay in this hotel

People is really very nice, we felt very comfortable. Rooms are big, clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast is awesome, Food at the restaurant is good and they have a well equipped gym. Last but not least, the swimming pool is very nice!!!

This time I was very disappointed, AC was not working properly, after complain no one listen to me, BTW staff at reception are very cooperative but room service was not good, Hotel condition is also pathetic, in every area repair job was going on. Heavy traffic at breakfast, even waiting Ine and I have to wait for almost 15 minutes.

Hot water line was under repair in one of the bath rooms in the two bed room apartment we rented. They knew this. When we asked to check, the maintenance people said, the hot water line is not working and they will repair after we check out. They did not even feel bad to say that......very disappointed

We booked the hotel apartment 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. It was exceptional. The rooms were overly spacious and clean. We loved the kitchen and the fact that we were able to do laundry for our week long stay. My only issue and this is my personal preference is that the water in the shower didn't get hot enough. Room service tried to adjust it and it did get hotter but didn't last long. My kids were OK with the water temp but i would have liked it to be hotter. again that's my personal preference.

Very nice hotel

Once we arrived at the hotel check in was where my problem started, my original booking that was made for 2 room's was then made clear to me that one room had been cancelled. On further discussion I was then told the hotel decided to try taking money from my account so they could confirm that I was going to have the second room so because my card was declined Hyatt place decided to cancel my second room. My booking was clearly made with paying at the hotel so i was extremely annoyed with the hotel who decided to try taking money from my account without my authority. Eventually a second room was honoured but with a higher price, in all my 10 year's plus travelling to Dubai I have never expected this type of behaviour. I hope somebody at hotels.com will have some answers regarding this matter.

Property is nice and convenient Staff are highly professional and helpful

Entertainment in the hotel bar was disappointing music too loud after 9.30pm with the same band playing each night. I love music but not at this volume. Overall accommodation was good with a good breakfast.

We were upgraded to an apartment which was fantastic. With the best shower we've ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful, polite and personable. Swimming pool was lovely, only prob was u had to catch the sun before 2 pm as it went behind next doors hi-rise and left the pool area in the shade. Great place to stay!
