موقع الفندق حيوي جدا وحرفيا كل الخدمات حولك لم يعجبني الشارع اللي أمام الفندق مزدحم كل الأوقات ماعدا الصباح الباكر

تم حجز غرفة شخصين لمدة يومين 168 يورو ، ويوجد لدي طفلين عمر سنه ونصف وعمر 6 سنوات ولم اجد خيار اضافة الاطفال الا بحجز سويت اخر وصعبه يكونو في غرفة وانا في غرفة وتوقعت انهم يأخذون مبلغ رمزي عليهم وللاسف دفعت مبلغ 220 يورو على الطفلين اكثر من قيمة حجزي وعلى نفس الغرفه لكن اكبر بشيء بسيط ولا يوجد سرير للاطفال ، ولكن بشكل عام الفندق ممتاز والموظفين ممتازين

Located far from metro (1h walk), and bus services are too unreliable. Expensive: would expect that there is no black stuff on the wall in the shower for so high price; shower was not fixed well on the wall

موقع الفندق جميل جداً ، جميع الخدمات على بعد خطوات حولك ومنطقة حيوية نهارا وليلا ، موظفي الفندق في قمة الروعة واللطف وخدومين بشكل لايوصف جميعا بدون استثناء وبالأخص الأخ جيم لم يقصر معي قبل سكني وعملي ترقية لأحد الغرف التي طلبتها بدون مقابل وكان في قمة اللطف طوال إقامتي الفندق رابع مرة اسكن فيه

الانترنت احيانا يقطع مما عطل بعض الأعمال لدي ولكن العاملين يحاولون قدر المستطاع بحل المشكلة

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!! The location is great and lots of places to eat at 1am. However, it might be too busy for some travelers. The sweet is spacious. Overall it’s good but a bit old and not worth paying more than $100

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and after reading the reviews about the noise being an issue, I was worried it would wake my child up, but we were on the 2nd floor and it was no issue, we slept perfectly. Thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome!

Lovely and spacious room in aparthotel in charming historical building. Wonderful staff. Very short walk to the shore. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Nice views of the VERY lively area. Would absolutely recommend, and I look forward to my next stay.

The hotel did not serve breakfast, the rooms were much smaller than the description. The windows were not double-glazed and there was a terrible noise that did not allow us to sleep comfortably. The rooms were not very clean. In the description of the hotel, the suite and equipped kitchen are mentioned, which was not the case at all, and there are very poor facilities in this hotel!

Friendly staff and great place. Minibar was priced fairly that you saved a trip to shop for a drink. Awesome place indeed.

Nevv hotel always feels like home, The staff were exceptional especially "Cem" he was always helpful and he communicates well in english. The beds were comfortable, the hotel recently renovated the bed mattresses and the curtains etc. most of the rooms are spacious and nice. try to book the rooms with the classic design on the 1st& 2nd floors as they are way better compared to the new modern designed rooms on the 3rd floor.

The street noise gets loud on weekends I suggest that the hotel provides ear plugs. Some towels were new and some were worn out. This is a non-smoking hotel, but unfortunately some guests can get away with it and remain undetected, smell of smoke can travel in the AC ducts and my nose was the smoke detector!

Location is close to so many local shops and restaurants in Ortakoy. and the Ortakoy Mousqe and view point is within walking distance. Staff were very nice. Cem and Nadir were very helpful and attentive. in general its comfortable and clean.

As a tourist who came to visit Istanbul for a few days, I regret to say that my experience at this hotel has been quite disappointing. The noise cancellation here is extremely inadequate, making it nearly impossible to get any proper sleep due to the constant street noise. Throughout the night, I found it challenging to rest at all. It's important to be aware that choosing to stay at this hotel might result in a sleepless night or, at best, minimal sleep closer to 6am. Furthermore, the hotel's room amenities don't match what's advertised in the booking description. There's no kitchen available in the rooms, and even basic items like plates are absent. To my surprise, even a cup of tea or coffee comes with an additional charge. I feel compelled to share that this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've encountered. It's my sincere recommendation to avoid booking this hotel, as I wouldn't want anyone else to have to endure the same unsatisfactory stay.

- Hotel location was excellent very close to many attractions and there is bus station just 2 mins walk. - The area of the hotel is in Ortakoy which in 13 min from bebek and Taksim by bus. - We stayed in room 102 was spacious and bed was comfortable. - the housekeeping staff was nice, friendly and always wearing a smile. - Easy access to many areas.

- Noise level is high. The street is very lively at night - There is a night across the street, the music and beats can be heard from the hotel room. - Noise is not manageable for light sleepers. - On our last night they took the towels for cleaning and returned them on the next day. So we stayed without towels for a whole day. - Some simple requests the staff found it hard to meet like we had to ask for 1 fork and 1 knife. But they send it after we requested many times.

Room was spacious, well decorated and functional, bed was comfortable. We had the attic room, that has an added character, with internal stairs, private balcony and an overall cosy feeling.

The hotel is on a busy street that becomes clogged by cars at night, and it's extremely noisy well after midnight. Sleeping anytime before midnight has been a challenge, despite the closed door on the balcony. Also the hotel has WiFi, but the attic room has no signal, other than at the door that goes to the main corridor and the first few steps of the internal staircase.

The rooms are very spacious and we greatly appreciated the small kitchen and the Nespresso machine. The hotel is easy to find and the neighborhood is very lively with many restaurants and cafés nearby. Staff is very nice and helpful. There's also a currency exchange office right across, which is very useful!

The street where the hotel is located can get very busy with a lot of traffic, especially late in the afternoon and the evening. But it didn't bother us much.

Hotel is right in the middle of Ortakoy town therefore it is very very noisy at nights until early morning times.

The location is excellent just across the street 5 minute walk to the Bosphorus. Concierge was excellent, very friendly, Osman answered all our questions,room was very nice,beds comfortable,view very nice The hotel actually exceeded our expectation We would give it 5 stars!

Konum mükemmel, personel ilgili ancak gece üçe kadar kapı önündeki trafik çok gürültülü.

Perfect location. Easy access to all restaurants and coffee shops. Starbucks is 2 minutes walking distance. Staff is very very friendly. Mr. Jean is very helpful and nice person. Room was so wide and with comfortable sofa as well available. Sure we will stay again in future.

Noisy rooms as my neighbor was keep moving in and out throughout the night. Plus street side rooms are not sound proof, hence could not sleep due to ambulance and honkings the entire night.

Great location and nice view from the ceiling window on top floor. Kind and helpful staff. The room had good design and modern lighting. There was well stocked mini bar, nespresso machine and electric kettle. Nearby there is a great place for food and drink called Beltas rest Cafe.
