Istanbul Life Hotel

We really enjoyed being on this side of Istanbul. The hotel is SO well situated so getting to the ferry is like 5 min away and the Havaist bus stop is also right there. My mom wasn’t well and the sweet lady doing the breakfast made her a Turkish remedy that was soooo good. Thank you for having us stay xx

Perfect location - quiet street that is five minutes away from lively area and the subway & ferry terminal. 2 bottles of water provided daily along side tea & coffee in the room. The custodial staff quickly flipped my room and found my wallet and returned it to me just after I finished breakfast!

There was some confusion - I booked a room with separate beds, when I arrived I was told this room was not available and I was offered 2 individual rooms - as my friend wasn’t staying that night I happily took the shared bed (room 503) and the following day I’d be moved to the separate beds room (201) When I returned from dinner the gentleman working the desk told me I could keep my room and get the extra bedroom tomorrow for my friend as well to apologize for the inconvenience. The following morning when my friend arrived a new gentleman was working the desk and he said I would not be able to keep 503, and would have to switch to the room I originally booked. We had invited another friend to share the extra room (3 people total now), but the gentleman insisted I was never offered to keep room 503 and have room 201. I ended up just paying extra for room 503 The breakfast ends a bit early (10 am) and is in a hot basement The rooms electricity only works when the keycard is in, this means not air conditioning while away, and I believe the fridge did not stay cool when outside of the room.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were amazing—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the port, in a nice, safe, and quiet area. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and it was easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit.

Nice hotel close to the metro, the ferry harbour and the centre of kadiköy. Staff was really friendly and helped where ever they could.

A good, simple hotel in a very convenient location: just outside the strict tourist centre, but only a few minutes from it, so the area around it felt cheaper and more local. The air conditioning worked well, the internet was available and worked reasonably well, the staff were extremely kind, and the flowers in front of the entrance were a nice touch. The breakfast was modest, but local and distinctive, and I actually enjoyed it.

The room was tight and the bathroom was small, with a small shower. The shower drain was a little clogged. It was also a pity that breakfast could not be eaten outside, although we were told this may be possible from next year.

Location is great, so close to all public transportation, Kadıköy city center and Bosphorus. Rooms were clean, staff was polite, breakfast was good.

Micul dejun OK, variat si bine pregatit. Locatia conform detaliilor din oferta. Zona sigura, aproape de toate tipurile de mijloace de transport in comun. Personalul de la receptie si cel de intretinere, discret si bine intentionat...totul a functionat foarte bine.

A nice small hotel which we chose largely for it excellent location just a short walk or tram rise to Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazare. Also great transport for the airport. Very friendly staff, smallish room but OK for a few days. The hotel has been refurbished and seems new. Excellent breakfast.

Great service, great room, great location. Super clean, friendly staff, and unlike many hotels in Istanbul, they have a lift. For once, I could walk barefoot in the bathroom because it was that clean. Amazing value overall.

Everything was great - nothing to complain about. It’s simply a well-run hotel that does things right. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

午前中に着いたので、荷物を預かって頂いた。 チェックインの時間になってホテルへ行くと、突然向かいのホテルに泊まって欲しいと言われた。理由を聞いたが、伝えてもらえなかった。不本意であった❗️

En revanche, passablement de bruit venant de la chambre au-dessus surtout quand ça commence à 7h du matin… l’environnement (proche du port) est moche et pas plaisant.

Das Zimmer dürfte sogar für Liliputnaer noch zu klein sein. Null Komfort und Platz etwas abzulegen oder am Laptop zu arbeiten. Dafür ist der Preis unangemessen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber 500 Meter vom Fußgängerereich eitfernt. Noch ok.

Everything was amazing. The only thing is the wifi, if you don't connect your devices during the day, then at night for some reason can't connect. But once you connect your device in the morning, at night you'll have connection.

Das Hotel liegt super Lage von Hafen und Metro Kadiköy Fußweg 2 min,sehr nette Personal die Zimmer sind bico bello sauber das Frühstück war sehr lecker 😋werde meine nächste Aufenthalt wieder dort buchen .:)

Die Lage ist exzellent. Alle wichtigen Verkehrsknotenpunkte sind fußläufig < 5 min erreichbar. Auch der offizielle Transport von und zu den beiden Flughäfen ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Dennoch ist es durch die Lage in einer Seitenstraße ruhig. Das Personal ist wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. War bereits oft in Istanbul. Bisher meine beste Unterkunft.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Хорошей местоположения,до метро 5-7 минут пешком, рядом большой базар, обменник, набережная. Очень удобная кровать. Очень чисто ( отличная уборка). Великолепное постельное белье.

Нет средств для ухода за обувью, приходишь с улицы и не чем ее почистить.

Besonderste gut hat uns die Sauberkeit und die extrem gute Lage gefallen. Die Anbindung zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt.

I really loved the location of this hotel. It was right next to all the shops and cafes I loved in this neighborhood. This was my final stay in Istanbul and it really did exceed expectations. The rooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. My favorite was the large bathtub and heated bathroom floors. It was amazing. The concierge was very helpful & always greeted me at the door. Overall I would recommend staying here, the staff is kind and efficient, the location is very good, and the amenities were all sufficient for solo travelers or groups.

The only "complaint" I have is thay the rooms do not have a phone so you do need whatsapp to contact them if you need anything brought up. But this wasn't a major issue, just something to be aware of.

Несмотря на то, что комнаты в отеле маленькие, но есть все необходимое для проживания. Чистота на высшем уровне. Номер быль чистым, постели и полотенца белоснежные, неплохие завтраки. Очень удобное месторасположение, близко к автобусной остановке, к пристани. Недалеко станция метро Кадыкой.

Если не обращать внимания на маленькие размеры номеров и слабый wi-fi, остальное все хорошо. Чистота номеров и месторасположение для нас было главным.

Perhaps more variety of salad veggies and egg choices for breakfast spread. Perhaps an additional chair to the room would be good.

From the first minute I entered the hotel, and then the room, I felt so good. Everything was so clean and so fresh, so comfortable, like a fresh breath of air. The staff was so friendly and helpful My room was very nice. It was a bit small if you travelled with more people, but really, for me, it was more than enough. I had everything I needed. From toothbrush to really good air conditioner, the bed was so comfortable, the environment so cosy, I had everyday new tea, water and coffee, my room was very well cleaned when I needed it. The breakfast was so nice (I ve seen people complaining about it, but really, what do you need more for breakfast? Especially in a country with so many offers, if you want to eat menemen or something else, just cross the street and pay very little money so you can have it). But we had fresh vegetables, sweets, coffee, tea, warm food which was every day different: eggs, special pastry, meat, you name it. Very nice reception where you can rest a bit during a rainy day. Plus, the location is great. I knew the location before, and it was such a surprise to have a nice hotel like this just near bosphorus, in the best neighbourhood (from my opinion), Kadıköy. You have marmaray, subway, all of the buses, boat, everything just at 5 minutes from your hotel. It was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at, really. It's definitely worth the money.

Замечательный и дружелюбный персонал, хороший завтрак, отличное месторасположение. Тихое место в переулке. Любой транспорт в двух шагах от отеля.

Слабоватый уровень сигнала wifi. Вроде и на каждом этаже свой роутер. Но лучше подключаться к другому этажу. Оттуда сигнал может быть сильнее.
