Innanzitutto il personale, poco accogliente (e dopo tanti soggiorni a Firenze è la prima volta che mi capita) e poco attento al cliente, un po’ asettico e indifferente e poi la colazione, poco variegata, sia a livello di cibo che a livello di bevande. Se la colazione è servita dalle 8 alle 10 ci si aspetta che si venga serviti subito e invece dopo essere andate una prima volta alle 8 in cui non c’era nessuno, né a servire nè alla reception, una seconda in cui ancora non c’era nessuno (non mi sembra opportuno che sia il cliente a dover andare alla reception per chiedere di aver servita la colazione), finalmente alla terza volta dopo 5 min è arrivata la ragazza della reception a portarci due cornetti, un pezzo di torta, due pesche, due yogurt e pane e marmellata. Non viene servito nemmeno un caffè fatto sul momento, ma del caffè americano da un bricco che stava lì dal pomeriggio precedente. Capisco che il costo della colazione è di 5 euro e non mi aspetto una colazione da re, ma in una residenza d’epoca così curata ed elegante è un peccato scadere in un servizio così importante come la colazione. Inoltre il sito ufficiale deve essere aggiornato perché lì è riportato che la colazione è a buffet e che vi è un bar H24, quando invece su booking è riportato il contrario. la bellezza delle stanze deve essere eguagliata da altrettanta cura nei servizi.

El ascensor no siempre funciona y al estar en segundo piso se dificulta llegar a las habitaciones para personas mayores.

The smell of the place is really beautiful. Before leaving we went to the perfume shop downstairs and bought the same one. Air-con functions super good! Especially important as we were traveling in July when it was 38 degrees. Good location, walking distance to almost everything and easy to take a break during the day when need.

Helt underbart litet hotell, högt upp i en fantastiskt vacker byggnad. Mitt i centrala Florens med närhet till allt. Jättetrevligt mottagande på plats och möjlighet till parkeringsservice. Vårt rum var magiskt!

Frukosten var helt ok men inte toppen. Typiskt söt italiensk frukost.

Beautiful and elegant property in a fantastic location. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We especially enjoyed the charming historic style of the building.

Brilliant location, just a short wander to the Duomo and the Uffizi gallery. Lovely room, good aircon.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Some days, beautiful selection of cake, pastries, fruit, yoghurts. Other days, it felt like they had run out and what pastries they had were a bit stale.

Hermoso hotel pequeño. Muy bien decorado y la ubicación es excelente. La gente muy amable. Las habitaciones son amplias.

Nada en particular, la verdad fue una estancia muy buena en general.

Clean, but I paid for a room that was supposed to be in a bigger room with breakfast, but our friends got more for less. Bigger room and add on breakfast for no cost. I would not book online anymore. The facilities and staff were excellent.

Small, personable hotel in character building on great location. Whole place is super clean and organised. Great outdoor terrace for a coffee or a sundowner. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Palazzo Roselli Cecconi is wonderful. It has become my home in Florence- management is kind, professional and cares deeply about the property and has always cared about my wellbeing.

There is everything to like.

Amang staff, a very warm welcome... 24/7 coffee and watwr availablr. The staff is super helpful. First day he explained it sooo well so we exactly knew what to do. Ask to serve breakfast early today as we had an early train ... they organized it earlier for us in our room.

Ein Palazzo wie man sich Florenz vorstellt… wunderschön. Für mich als Duftliebhaberin ein besonderes Erlebnis , da das Geschäft in der unteren Etage erlesene Düfte angeboten hat.

Ontbijt was dramatisch: het is niet in buffetvorm; als koppel kregen we in totaal 1 croissant en 1 koffiekoek. Toen ik vroeg om een extra croissant, werd me nogal bot geantwoord dat het niet mogelijk is omdat ze allemaal al geteld waren voor andere gasten.

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Très peu de chambres et un service très attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur de jolies tables rondes revêtues de nappes blanches. Ascenceur d’époque, haut plafonds et superbes lustres. Une très belle parfumerie au rez de chaussée, embaume tout le bâtiment de vrais parfums.

Le personnel est souriant et attentionné. L’hôtel situé dans cette sublime bâtisse a énormément de charme. Calme et raffiné!

因为我们有两件重的行李给我们安排带楼梯的房间，入住时候有前台先生帮忙拿下去，感谢！退房的时候自己帮行李很吃力，如果再退房时间主动帮忙拿行李就更完美了

We LOVED the location, the staff were amazing! The room was always clean, property impeccable. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel!

Odamız çok genişti ve şehirin tam ortasındaydı. Bebek ile çok rahat kaldık. Odamız gayet genişti, bebeğimiz ile çok rahat ettik. Otelin altında Floransada ünlü bir parfümcü var. Otel çok güzel kokuyordu ve parfümcü hemen aşağıda olduğu için odalara rahatsız edici insanın nefes almasını zorlaştıran bir parfüm kokusu gelmiyordu.

Çok otantik bir asansörü var. Çoğu insan beğeni dye düşünüyorum. Antika olmasından sebep kapısına açıp girmek zor ve bebek arabası sığmıyor, bebek arabasını aşağıda bırakmak gerekiyor.

Wenn man mit dem Auto ankommt, bietet das Hotel eine Kooperation mit einer naheliegenden Garage an, die das Auto abholen und bringen, wenn man es braucht (1km entfernt). Leider müssen die Fahrer unser Auto deutlich mehr gefahren haben als den Weg zur Garage und zurück zum Hotel, da unsere Reichweite über 100km geschrumpft ist. Würde daher empfehlen sich eigenständig um eine Parkmöglichkeit zu kümmern.

The location was perfect. The staff was amazing - extremely helpful and friendly.

The only slight negative was the rooftop sitting area did not have any cover, so the sun was pretty brutal. But, it was a wonderful place to sit with coffee or glass of wine.

Very beautifully decorated hotel in a convenient location. The 500 year old building has kept its charm and the rooms and the hotel common areas were clean and tastefully renovated. The friendly staff were very professional and helpful with our first visit to Florence.

The mattress on the bed was very firm and uncomfortable for us and the terrace could do with a sprucing up. Other than that the hotel and staff were wonderful.

Séjour merveilleux à Florence dans un véritable palais plein de charme. Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied, ainsi que l’atmosphère élégante et raffinée du lieu. L’extérieur comme l’intérieur sont magnifiques, avec une décoration chic et chaleureuse qui respecte parfaitement l’esprit du palais. La chambre était très belle, spacieuse et parfaitement calme grâce à sa vue sur la cour intérieure. Le personnel, discret mais toujours disponible, a été particulièrement agréable tout au long du séjour. L’arrivée dans le palais est déjà une expérience : on franchit une grande porte majestueuse avant de découvrir une superbe cour intérieure ornée de peintures murales. L’hôtel se situe à l’étage et l’on y accède grâce à un magnifique petit ascenseur ancien qui ajoute encore plus de charme à l’endroit. La prise en charge de notre véhicule à notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ a été un vrai plus. Un lieu authentique, romantique et plein de caractère, qui a largement contribué à rendre notre week-end à Florence inoubliable.

Le seul point plus décevant concernait le petit-déjeuner. L’idée du plateau proposant un petit-déjeuner sucré complet était pourtant très séduisante, avec fruits frais, jus de fruits, confitures, pain et gâteaux. Malheureusement, la qualité des produits n’était pas vraiment à la hauteur du standing du lieu. Le croissant, notamment, ne semblait pas du jour et l’ensemble manquait un peu de raffinement. De plus, les serviettes de table étaient en papier et non en tissu, un détail certes, mais qui contraste avec l’élégance et le niveau de prestation attendu dans ce type d’établissement. Compte tenu du prix de la chambre et du niveau général de l’hôtel, on peut légitimement s’attendre à une expérience petit-déjeuner plus soignée et qualitative. Autre point à améliorer : l’équipement de la salle de bain, qui semblait assez minimaliste pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Seuls deux petits flacons de gel douche et de shampoing étaient mis à disposition, sans autres produits ou attentions particulières auxquels on pourrait légitimement s’attendre dans un hôtel de ce standing. L’absence de chaussons et de peignoirs a également été un peu surprenante et contraste avec le raffinement général du lieu.

The location was the best, area quiet and easy access to all main attractions. The ambiance of the hotel was exceptional. Nine rooms in total which lead to a personal experience. The decor was pleasant on the eye and the attention to detail was tasteful. The breakfast (sweet) was very pleasant which varied each day. The staff were friendly and extremely attentive

Mosquitos unfortunately

Great location in the middle of everything. Excellent old Florence building, with courtyard w/ frescoes, statues and fountain. The terrace off of the breakfast room was relaxing in the afternoons and a nice place to start our days. Coffee/tea available around the clock. The property offers a personal feel. I’d definitely stay here again.

Half shower door caused the bathroom floor to get wet.

Vores værelse (3-personers værelset) lå ned ad en indvendig trappe og det føltes lidt afsides og indeklemt i bygningen ud mod en baggård. Det var ellers et stort og pænt værelse med et flot badeværelse, men det føltes lidt afkoblet. Vi vil en anden gang vælge et af de regulære værelser oppe på hotellets gange (for vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage)

Staff told me the morning off the booking that the baby got wont fit in the room I’ve booked despite my cot request being approved. Which was an inconvenience, I was happy to upgrade the room but it was fully booked, staff didn’t help to provide any solution.
