Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Very spacious and clean. I did not read the T&Cs so was unaware of a separate breakage deposit required but the owner understood this. Just for anyone wanting to book. Make sure to read terms.
A slight smell of a cat living there although after airing the apartment it seemed fine.

Check in was smooth and easy, security was friendly and helpful, parking was undercover and next to elevator. flat was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Two full bathrooms and an extra loo and lots of hot water. Fully airconditioned and even had a coffee machine.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025Heather was amazing to deal with, this place is definitely lush! Everything you need is there! The view does not get the credit in the pics, the gas braai is phenoms! Shower water pressure-just epic! Just to note when travelling with a tall toddler, counters and edges all over the prestine place-like all homes, you are just in a new space, so plenty of bumps and bruises acquired. The balcony is also not busy toddler friendly, so really not a negative as we all have to be vigiliant with the little ones but just to note that
The outside chair and tables are very high, so taking my short mom that was a struggle, not a something we didnt like, wouldnt be our first choice of balcony furniture.

Not serviced everyday as part of the rate. The other units in the same complex are fully serviced everyday at no extra cost. The furniture is very basic and dated. The lounge area is not comfortable for a family with one couch. The patio area as well is not furnished for comfort and is very basic.

One huge problem - it had lots of cockroaches and when i took this up with the hosting agent, she was upset and asked us to count the cockroaches, we even sent her pics

Reviewed Feb 4, 2024Everything about this place is just awesome. The location, size, and modern clean look make you want to not go anywhere as all you need for a great breakaway is there. An added bonus is a small shopping village just 2 min away where you can get everything you need. Heather was also such a pleasure to communicate with her, and her arrival instruction was very precise.

Reviewed May 11, 2023Modern, tastefully furnished, great kitchen, great bathrooms, comfortable king bed, great view, huge TV, good internet, generator to cover all periods of load-shedding, comfy sofa, well-equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, including umbrellas and towels. Security was very good, shops across the road, swimming beach and boardwalk directly in front with private entrance/exit, undercover parking. Good comms with property agent.
The safe was not functional. The pool was cold (lot of shade) which is probably a good thing in the height of summer!

Reviewed Oct 28, 2022Everything you could ask for from a beach front apartment. Spacious place will amazing views and direct access to the beach. Apartment is in a secure block with 24hr security. Heather was amazing, with quick communication and very helpful. Highly recommend this place.
