Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Resort Galle! The location is beautiful, with a relaxing beachfront atmosphere and great views. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall resort has a very peaceful vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food and service were impressive. It’s a great place to unwind, enjoy the beach, and escape from the busy routine. Definitely a place I’d recommend for a relaxing getaway in Galle.

Welcome drink was "Mango cordial" which should not suit for this caliber hotel. I initialy thought it was mango, aprently mango cordial.Very dissapointng. Very bad first impression. Some of the plugs (Specialy kettle) not working. Reception took bit longer time to sort things. But they were nice and friendly.

Our stay at Radisson Blu Resort on 30 August 2026 was fantastic from the moment we arrived until check-out the following day. The reception staff were incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, and the stunning sea view made our stay even more special. The breakfast offered a wonderful range of food, and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed it. A special mention to the barista, who prepared the Sri Lankan tea perfectly — it was absolutely delicious! The pool area was exceptionally well maintained, and we would also like to thank Wasanthi, who was so kind and accommodating in arranging our drink vouchers a little earlier than 11:00 am, the usual time the pool bar opens. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated. Overall, the hospitality at Radisson Blu Resort was exceptional. Every member of staff contributed to making our short stay memorable and enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful views and outstanding service. Thank you to the entire Radisson Blu team for making our stay so wonderful! ❤️

The breakfast not a very lavish spread but it was lovely . Lots of Sri Lankan delicacies and lovely ambience .

An initial misunderstanding was managed calmly and professionally by the Front Office team and manager. The hotel enjoys a wonderful location and the rooms are comfortable with beautiful views that can be enjoyed from your balcony. Requests are handled quickly and efficiently by friendly staff. The breakfast selection was comprehensive and delicious and the pool a delight.

Not necessarily a dislike but feedback for the owners. There are obvious areas around the hotel that require capital expenditure including exterior painting, fabrics and furnishings. It seems the staff - housekeeping and engineering are doing all they can with what they have but there is only so much that can be accomplished without constant investment.

Pool is great so is the hotel just cleaning needs more focus because some things are worn off

The hotel was right on the Galle main road before going to Galle town. This was convenient as it was a little quiet from any outside noises.

A slice of Sri Lankan luxury right by the beach, with delicious food, a great swimming pool and very attentive, kind staff. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our family holiday in Sri Lanka and very much enjoyed our time here. We were lucky to have booked a stay over the weekend so were treated to a fabulous display of traditional drumming and dancing in the evening. The meals provided by the hotel were also delicious, with a great selection of Sri Lankan, Indian, Chinese and Western cuisine. The stewards were all great, particularly Nuwan, Dilshan and Navodya. Similarly, we are very appreciative of the hospitality provided by the front desk staff. After I stubbed my toe in the pool by accident, they ensured that I got excellent first aid and checked in afterwards to ensure that I was well. This was excellent service! Finally, when was time to leave, Hasitha ensured that my bill was accurate - which included adding some extra discounts for food that had been missed when we had the meals. This was our second stay at the Radisson in Galle, and it was even better than the first time. We will definitely be back.

The music at the poolside and in the Yazu restaurant was a bit too loud - apparently something that happens at the weekend. However, the sound proofing in the rooms was excellent so we were not bothered by this too much.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel near the beach! 🌊 The complimentary room upgrade was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. The buffet was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of delicious food. The location, service, and overall experience were wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! ⭐️

Disappointing and Definitely Not a 5-Star Experience Disappointing and Definitely Not a 5-Star Experience One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially considering the price. This hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers and, honestly, I have no idea how it qualifies as a 5-star hotel. The building is old and poorly maintained, with very dated rooms and an outdated design. The electricity kept cutting out, the air conditioning was extremely noisy, and the towels were in an unacceptable condition — definitely not what you would expect from a 5-star property. For the price we paid, this was a complete waste of money and far below our expectations.

An absolutely stunning stay at Radisson Blu Resort Galle! The staff were exceptional, the location is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. A special thank you to Punsura for the excellent check-in and for following up with us every day to make sure everything was perfect. Ajith, the pool attendant, was also wonderful and attentive throughout our stay. And a very special thank you to Magee at the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange a change to our reservation and assist us with a partial refund. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were truly apprecited. The setting is fantastic—you can even hear the ocean from the restaurant, which makes dining there especially relaxing. Overall, a memorable stay with outstanding service, beautiful rooms, great food, and a spectacular location. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful dining experience at your restaurant. Although the restaurant was very busy, the service was outstanding. We would especially like to recognize Mr. Uditha, the Restaurant Manager. He welcomed us warmly, arranged a table for us despite the busy period, and managed the restaurant with great professionalism. We noticed that he personally spoke with every guest to ensure they were satisfied, which shows his dedication to excellent customer service. We would also like to commend Mr. Thilina, who served our table. He was professional, friendly, attentive, and very kind throughout our meal. His excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We are very happy with our visit and would highly recommend both Mr. Uditha and Mr. Thilina for their outstanding professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional guest service. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

We had a fantastic experience at the Bay Bar. The bartender Krishan provided excellent service, was very friendly and professional, and made sure we were well looked after throughout our visit. Great drinks, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended!

Galle is a lovely location. The hotel had a spectacular view and a good buffet selection. Hasitha was especially helpful and solved all our queries during our stay.

Not far from Galle Fort, a main attraction around the area. The hotel is right on the beach, however, I would not swim there. Ocean rough and the water not clear and very choppy. We were there during a weather event - a big storm, so could not even use the rooftop bar on the second night, as it was raining and very windy. On a good day, it is lovely to have a drink there. Buffet breakfasts and dinners were varied and plentiful, catering even for people who have issues with spicy food, gluten intolerance and allergies. There is a Japanese restaurant on the grounds of the hotel, where you can have ala carte menu, if you do not fancy another buffet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had, that wifi did not work for me, but others did not have a problem.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. We were travelling as a family and really appreciated the warm hospitality and the effort the team made to make our stay special. Everything was well organised, and we truly enjoyed every moment. A special thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Radisson Blu Galle to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay in Galle.

The booking itself has false promises, said "Guaranteed upgrade" and also sends an email to ask what prefference if upgrade we'd like only to reach the hotel and to be told imedietly that it's impossible even when showed the email that it is ,then kept waiting for too long to check in even without information or updates about the same, went to the pool and NO-ONE gave a hint of attention, walked over to ask about towels and the attendant asked my wife to FOLOW HIM yo get towels instead of bringing them to us, no one attended us for orders untill we had to go over and ask again, honestly very very dissapointed

The reception staff were polite atleast, the house keeping staff really nice also hotel rooms were nice, facilities in general were good including the location
