Location and staff was excellent. I enjoyed my stay and it served my needs.

I didn’t know that my room would not have a window as in the picture when booking was a different room. A little noisy since the room is on a second floor above the restaurant/bar.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet. It is very close to the metro for getting to Sabiha Airport. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the waterfront is close by too. Everything was excellent. Thank you.

Great location, and nice, professional and polite staff. The breakfast was quite good.

During the check-in process I was told that guests were not allowed to bring food or alcoholic drinks to their rooms from the outside and that I could only use room service if I wanted anything. The window in my room did not open and that made me feel a bit claustrophobic. On the first night at 12:30 am hotel workers or contractors were moving heavy metal furniture and dragging them on the fife escape from the elevator to the floor above mine. It woke me up, a guest in the adjacent room also woke up, we both went to see what was going on. These workers apologized but continued for another 10 minutes or so.

They made a copy of my passport without warning, that's the only thing that upset me. And a little noise from the nearby restaurants

The toilet was not clean, there were brown stains left inside the toilet bowl from the previous user. The walls are also very thin. In addition to the noise from the bar downstairs, I could clearly hear people walking through the corridor, going to their rooms, and using their toilet during midnight. It was difficult to sleep.

Es war verboten von draussen essen oder getränk mit zu nehmen. Ich bin in der meinung das das dem otel nichts angehen soll

Я пришла с дочкой, чтобы отдохнуть и забронировала этот отель, но когда мы добрались мы поняли, что этот отель не такой как на фото.Да,комната похожая, но не указали то что происходит во входе и внутри «отеля».Лучше назвать это мейхане отель или бар (паб) чем нормальный отель.Моей дочке 17 лет и нам очень некомфортно в этой атмосфере.Вниз спускаться невозможно.По вечерам собираются в основном мужики и выпивают алкоголь. B комнате даже нет чайника.Всю ночь было очень шумно,не могли даже заснуть.

Die Abdichtung der Dusche und des WC sind sanierungsbedürftig. auf Dauer gibts Nasse Füße.

Oli yllätys, että huoneessa ei ollut ikkunaa. Tarkistin varauksen, ja siellä todellakin luki, että huone oli ikkunaton, mutta en ollut huomannut sitä (se oli hyvin piilotettu). Toisaalta huoneessa oli hiljaista, koska katu oli erittäin meluisa. Aamiainen oli tarjolla klo 09.00 alkaen, joten varhaisen lähtöni vuoksi se oli minulle epäkätevää.

Zimmer, Ausstattung, Personal und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Lage nah zur Metro und zur Fährstation.

Es war sehr laut, da mitten im Zentrum von Kadiköy.

Proximity to public transportation.

We were given a room on the fifth floor, but the elevator was broken. We were told that it would be fixed the day after our arrival, so we decided to stay. Then the next day we were told that it wouldn’t be repaired for another 5 days. We left 2 days early to find a better place to stay in.

Super lokalizacja hotelu w centrum Kadikoy, wielkość pokoju, czystość, codzienne sprzatanie. Świetnie działajaca klimatyzacja, dodatkowe wyposażenie. Bardzo wygodne łózka. Personel tez uprzejmy, podczas pobytu wystapil problem z windą, ale po kilku dniach udało się naprawić, wychodzenie na 5 pietro, jest uciążliwe, więc bylo nam bardzo miło, ze winda zostala naprawiona. Pomimo lokalizacji w samym centrum, licznych pubow i restauracji dookoła nie sluchac w pokoju halasu z ulicy. Śniadania wliczone w cene, mimo, ze powtarzalne, kazdego dnia serwowane bylo to samo, są jednak sporym udogodnieniem.

Brak możliwości otworzenia okna w pokoju i przewietrzenia, nadrabiala to swietnie działajaca klimatyzacja, jednak brak swieżego powietrza może byc uciażliwy.

Výborná lokalita. Čistota ubytovania a veľmi reprezentatívna reštaurácia.

Bolo by dobré, ak by čas od času zmenili menu na raňajky nech nie sú stále rovnaké. Tiež by mohli v hoteli investovať do menších opráv v izbách.

Kadıköy iskeleye 300 metre, Fenerbahçe stadına yürüme mesafesinde ve çarşının tam içinde. Odalar geniş, temiz ve çalışanlar yardımsever. Her Fenerbahçe maçında bu otelde kalıyorum.

sehr zentral war das Hotel. Personal war auch hilfsbereit je nach die anfrage . Sehr sauberes Zimmer . Wir waren sehr zufrieden. İmmer wieder gerne gehen wir hin.Dankeschön für alles.

Внимательный персонал, заселили быстро. Номер вполне чистый.

Очень тёмный номер. За окном была лестница. Не было одеяла, в номере было холодно. Завтрак скудный. Цена очень завышена. в номере не было питьевой воды.

Розташування зручне.

Вентиляція не виконувала свої функції, вікно не відкривалось, тому було дуже душно. Немає нормальної штори і вночі світло від ліхтаря світить прямо в обличчя. Розетка біля ліжка не працювала.

It is a perfect room for the price. By far the cleanest room I ever stayed at in Istanbul. Great location some really good bars and food very close by. Really good public transport connection. Clean towels in the bathroom. The staff has cleaned the room and brought fresh towels multiple times throughout my stay.

A few minor things: - The entrance to the hotel through a restaurant. Which at night was pretty busy. Felt weird entering with a big backpack - My keycard would deactivate nearly every day, so I had to go to reception to get it working again

Çalışanlar harika, çok kibar ve misafirperverler. Otelin konumu harika.

Asansör yok, odada priz yok, oda çok çok küçük.

Room was clean and nice. Beds were separated but they put them togeter in no time. the stret was busy with young people going -in-and out from near establishments. Orange in the breakfast was surprisingly good. We enjy staying there so much next time instead of Arnavut Koy we will stay in Kadikoy, thanks to Kuzen hotel made us hange our mind.

The reception desk area gave us the wrong impression; nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. Special thanks to Miss Nimet Hanim; she was wonderful.

Scelto perché nel centro di Kadikoy, dove soggiorna mio figlio studente in Erasmus. Rapporto qualità prezzo, per il periodo dell'anno, non soddisfacente.

Non prevista la colazione. Camera non proprio impeccabile.

تعامل المديرة سيء موقع الفندق مزعج للغاية الموظفين يدخلون الغرفة بدون اذن عدم وجود راحة في الفندق موافق الفندق جدًا ضيقة ولا يوجد مصعد للزوار وافادوا انه للموظفين فقط البيانات غير دقيقة، استاجرنا غرفة 20م مربع، واستلمنا غرفة صغيرة جدًا بسبب هذا كله تم التفاوض مع المديرة بطريقة جدًا راقية لاسترداد باقي المبلغ ولكن كان اسلوبها جدًا سيء ونطالب بقيمة ليلتين لم نقيمها بالفندق بسبب عدم وجود لافتة بالغرفة ودخول موظفة بدون اذن وبالتالي تم اختراق الخصوصية

Everything was amazing. All the staff were cheerful. Nimet who is responsible for all the arragements is also has perfect hospitality. Room had a daily cleaning. Location was great.

Ubicado en una ubicación excelente en el centro y kadikoy y la lado del metro, la habitación grande y cama cómoda. solo hicimos una noche para ver kadikoy y estar cerca del metro para ir al aeropuerto, ni desayunamos

El único problema q tuvimos es q la habitación era muy fría y era 2 de enero, la calefacción era de esos de aire acondicionado y como iba con tarjeta o estabas dentro de la habitación o se apagaba y no calentó la habitación el día q estuve

De locatie was top en de medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk.

Er was vooral ’s nachts veel geluid hoorbaar vanuit het restaurant, met name tijdens het opruimen. Daarnaast zorgde ook het geluid van de centrale airco voor irritatie. De kamer was bovendien te warm en had geen raam, waardoor het niet mogelijk was om de kamer te luchten.

Kuzen Hotel was fenomenal! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely comming back!

Gentilezza dello staff, la pulizia della struttura e profumo delle lenzuola ed asciugamani. Bagno e stanza nuovissimi. Bottiglie d'acqua in camera e pantofole. Le signore delle pulizie e la proprietaria sono state gentilissime e sorridenti.

Purtroppo la stanza non aveva finestra e non c'erano le prese vicino al letto.

Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Always a smile. We stayed here twice. We had other options but chose Kuzen Otel. Good location, near metro and ferry. Our only complaint was the stairs. Staff offered to handle our luggage.

Oda temiz ve genişti. Çalışanlar da oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Tek negatif yanı aslında pozitif yanı da olan merkezi konumundan dolayı gürültülü bir sokakta bulunması. Pencereler yalıtımlı ama sese hassas kişiler için sıkıntı olabilir. Otelin restoran ve pub bölümü de var. Pub’ı kullandık ve beğendik. Mükemmele yakın bir fiyat perf konaklamaydı.

Van tevoren hadden wij specifiek gevraagd om 2 kamers op de 1e verdieping. Dit is in juli door het hotel bevestigd. We kregen echter 1 kamer op de 3e en 1 kamer op 4e verdieping. Toen we aangaven dat traplopen geen optie was, werd er bot gezegd dat we konden annuleren en ergens anders heen moesten. De 3e collega kwam erbij en zij zei dat we gebruik mochten maken van de lift. Helaas bleek de lift steeds buiten gebruik. Door onze klachten werd het personeel steeds onvriendelijker, ze groetten ons niet, ze keken ons niet meer aan. 2 dagen hadden we geen wc papier op de kamer. Doucheput zat verstopt, hebben ze niets aan gedaan. De ramen in de kamers konden niet open, ook de nooduitgang in niet te openen van binnen. Het ontbijt liet 20 minuten op zicht wachten, theeglazen waren niet gewassen er zat nog lippenstift op en er zat suiker in van de vorige gast. Dit was zeer teleurstellend. Niet alleen vanwege de gebrekkige service en slechte communicatie, maar vooral door het gebrek aan respect en empathie van het personeel. Heel jammer, want dit hotel was vroeger een van onze favorieten.

De ligging

Het ontbijt was pas vanaf 9 uur en werd om 9.30 gebracht. Ik wilde om 10.30 uur op het vliegveld (Aziatisch gedeelte) zijn. De metro heeft er bijna een uur voor nodig. Dus dat was krap.

Für die Umgebung entsprechend gut. Personal ist höflich und zuvorkommend. Man darf von den Zimmer nicht viel erwarten dann sind sie naja/ok.

Yeri konumu cok iyi hemen carsinin icinde. Calisan Beyfendi bize cok yardimci oldu güler yüzlüydü. Odamizda cok rahat ettik herkese tavsiye ederim.

Konum, çalışanlar ve ortam gayet güzel.

Klima sıkıntısı vardı

One of their reception employees did everything she could to improve our stay & I wanna thank her for that.

The hotel has changed a lot since our 1st stay there. They have built walls to block access to the terrace & removed the carpets from the stairs. They've also expanded to the next building but the rooms are lousy. We were there for 2 nights only but it was one of the most disappointing accommodations I've ever experienced. The paint is peeling off the walls, the courtains are dirty wrinkled and burned by cigarettes even though smoking is not allowed in the rooms, the corners are full of mold, we had no water whatsoever on the 2nd night which means we could not shower, wash hands, brush our teeth and even worse we were not even able to use or flush the toilet from 9-10 in the evening until 7-8 in the morning the next day.
