The room was exceptionally clean. It is located right on the main highway as are most of the motels in this town so there is a bit of road noise and if you’re sensitive that you might want to wear earplugs that are in that everything is first class

Found dark black hair in our beds, we are blonde . Face cloth had make up on it

Just like the sign says, clean and quiet. Host was helpful. Plain, but with nice touches, kitchenette appliances very good, towels very good.

Could use a few more pots/utensils in the kitchenette (keep haunting the 2nd hand :)

The motel is conveniently located, and the person at the front desk kindly found us a hairdryer when we asked for one.

The rooms are small.

i have stayed there multiple times , they are a great value place. They are always helpful and the room have been upgraded over the years. Very clean and lots of hot water!!!

Was a bit cold, maybe winter blankets wd be appropriate. The numbers for rooms are virtually not visible from a vehicle arriving at night. Cd not find the room.

Location was good, motel very easy to find. Lots of parking. Enjoyed having a separate room for sleeping arrangements as well as the blackout curtains. Liked having more than one serving of coffee available to make in the morning.

Out of 4 nights, even after leaving “maid service” tag on my door, my room was cleaned ONCE. They replaced towels twice. For the price I paid, this was completely unacceptable. Food from previous customers left in fridge. No, I didn’t talk to the front desk or anything. I was in town for a funeral and I had zero energy or motivation to babysit motel management to do their job after spending long days and late nights. So, this is their review unfortunately. Also, no rugs for the cold floors, no bedside lamps. Choice of complete darkness or blinding light.

The beds were not very comfortable, a mattress pad would go a long way! The cleaning solution smell was strong when I entered...which required airing it out a bit.

Older hotel recently renovated. The exterior looks rough but the room was fine. Full size kitchen, strong wifi and ac if needed which is rare this far north.

The room had everything I needed. Had been updated and very clean. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

The bathroom and kitchen have had really great updates, the room has air conditioning, and the bed is very comfortable.

There were quite a few flying insects in our room, and a lot of pet hair. For some reason the mattress and the box spring didn't quite line up.

We arrived somewhat early after getting off the ferry in Prince Rupert and being to cheap to get a hotel there. A lovely room was made available shortly. It had a well-stocked kitchen, 2 very comfy beds and a nice bathroom (with bath tub.) Plush towels and shampoo were a bonus! A community area near the lobby had a clean laundry area ($3. wash, $2. dry) plus a selection of books (free). The lovely woman at the check in was delightful! Very friendly and helpful.(Sorry, I didn't get your name!)

there was no binder with amenities of hotel or of restaurants or anything.

The family owners were very helpful and friendly. We try to avoid 2nd story accommodations with stairs and we were not aware this was a 2nd story. The owners carried our luggage up without hesitation. They also gave us accurate advice re restaurants.

The room was a bit small.

Great stay for a couple of nights. We flew in with our small planes and weather kept us there! Thanks

Excellent value for the money. The fully equipped kitchen was nice. Premium quality for a budget motel.

A bedside light would have been nice.

I was really impressed by the standard of the rooms the y are renovated to a very good and practical standard.tjat makes it easy to clean which you feel when you open the door.it Is absolutely the cleanest place I have stayed in with my daughter and her Twin boys. The finish of the renovation is top notch Clarence Lundberg

Das erste mir zugewiesene Zimmer hatte kein zu öffnendes Fenster - dort war ein Klimagerät eingebaut. Die Ausstattung war sehr alt und heruntergekommen, tw. Sperrmüllniveau. Ich bat um ein Zimmer im 1.Stock - dort gibt es Balkon mit zu öffnender Tür - wenigstens Frischluft im Zimmer. Auch hier war die Einrichtung zu alt und unsauber. Backofen nur interessehalber mal geöffnet - indiskutabel. Ungutes Gefühl, dort zu übernachten - daraufhin lieber im Auto geschlafen und das Zimmer lediglich zur Badnutzung verwendet. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Very modern, clean, and roomy kitchenette unit. Appeared to be recently remodeled with a very modern bathroom, including subway tile. Frankly a rare find at this price point.

Very helpful staff. Allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated. Great to have a full size fridge/freezer too.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, aber recht dunkel. Die Küchenzeile und das Bad waren auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut, alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Unterkunft liegt am äußersten Rand von Smithers.

Ein alter Computertisch ersetzt kein Tisch wo man gemütlich essen kann. Das weiße Licht trägt auch nicht zur Gemütlichkeit bei. Das Bad wurde zwar neu renoviert, aber mit den Handtuchhaltern wurde sehr gespart; keine Haken, keine Stangen zum aufhängen. Es hat sehr nach Reinigungsmittel gerochen. Zimmer Service gab es nicht.

Liked that was clean comfortable and pet friendly ...but wished it had ac.
