The access to our suite should have been highlighted as not suitable for anyone unable to climb 2 flights of stairs! One flight was a metal fire escape. Luckily it didn’t create any problem for us. Our suite was , in fact, excellent.

The service was great and the room was clean. Location also bvery good. The hotel had a parking we could use, wich was perfect.

The breakfast was quite basic, and the coffe came for a machine that obviously was in need of service.

Restaurant closed on Sunday. We had been on the road for 6 hours and we were looking forward to having dinner at the hotel after such a long journey. We have stayed at the hotel many times and this has never happened before !!!!

Une seule table de chevet (une grosse armoire de l’autre côté) et pas de lampes de chevet Petit-déjeuner à la carte pour lequel il faut donner une heure d’arrivée et à l’heure dite nous avons attendu 30 minutes entre le moment où nous sommes arrivés et le moment où nous avons été servis. Heureusement que nous avions le temps. Pas de pain en libre service. J’ai fini ma douche à l’eau froide et mon mari a pris une douche froide également. Pas d’endroit pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain Sèche-cheveux peu efficace

The room was extremely comfortable and spacious, and the arrangement with our son in the adjoining section worked really well. The bathroom and shower were large and suitable for a family room, and the whole setup was spotless, as were all the communal areas. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was good. There was also ample free parking at the back of the hotel, and a lovely little garden overlooking the river, where we enjoyed a picnic supper one evening. A bonus for my husband was the covered bicycle shelter. It was a great place to stay, a few minutes walk from all the attractions in Pembroke itself, and with easy access to other destinations in Pembroke.

There wasn't really anything not to like, and we would definitely stay here again.

Bonne literie, chambre bien isolée phoniquement et possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre. Charme de l'établissement : vieille bâtisse très bien rénovée/ entretenue, pas mal de bois, de tissus, tons doux, des sculptures d'animaux, un très beau tour de cheminée, sièges confortables dans la salle à manger etc Choix de petits-déjeuners très variés et délicieux. Nous avons également dîné, là aussi, c'était très savoureux et copieux. Hôtel bien situé, central et proche du château. Possibilité de voir l'essentiel en partant à pied.

Un peu trop d'attente avant la prise de commande mais il y avait pas mal de convives et nous avons été servis assez rapidement ensuite.

Breakfast wasn't cooked very well.

Gute Lage, großer Parkplatz gleich hinter dem Haus (mit einer schönen schwarzen Katze :) Frühstück inbegriffen und gute Auswahl, frisch zubereitet. Ruhig in der Nacht.

Obwohl wir für 3 gebucht haben, war die Ausstattung nur für zwei vorbereitet, bis auf das Bett. Erst nach der Nachfrage, haben wir drittes komplett Handtücher, Wasser, Becher & Co. bekommen.

Great location. Nice quiet,clean room with tea, coffee, hairdryer and tv, if a little on the small side. Cooked breakfast was very nice. Staff were pleasant. I think the hotel has recently been taken over so still a learning process but no real issues. Great location for getting to Tenby, St Davids and many attractions in that area. Would deffinately recommend.

Shower was too hot wasn’t able to turn it to cold. Would have been too hot for a child on lowest temperature. Kept hitting our heads on slopping roof as our room was in the attic. Might be good to put darker colour on edging - just a suggestion.

Hotel antico e caratteristico situato all’interno delle mura.

La nostra camera era collocata in un edificio non lontano da quello principale. La camera era al terzo piano senza ascensore e senza aria condizionata e le finestre non si potevano aprire…. Molto claustrofobica.

Poor quality food at restaurant prices. Ate at another place second night. Walls so thin you could hear everything so two poor night's sleep. Poor choice of drinks. Was given a room with accessible wetroom, which I did not request or like. Would not teturn.

The Coach House was very clean, our room was on the ground floor and it was very well furnished and quiet. The breakfast was very nice and the service was excellent. Will definitely stay here again

Understaffed, only 1 person checking guests in and trying to serve in the bar area at the same time. At breakfast the tea and coffee machine wasn’t working properly, took us almost 30 minutes to have a cuppa. Spoke to another guest who was due to stay for a third consecutive night but had decided to leave as the service had been so poor.

Only thing that we felt let the property down was the visible mess behind the reception desk including dirty dishes presumably from food eaten by reception staff. Not a great first impression when checking in. Also, although not property specific… We had an automated message from booking.com thanking us for our stay and asking for our opinions on the property on the morning of our stay. I suffer either anxiety and this caused much distress as I was immediately frantic that I had booked the wrong date. I contacted the hotel and was told this was the fault of booking.com My son also had the same message ahead of his booking. Not great for either of us.

Room was a good size, loved the coffee machine, nice large bed. Really liked the fact there was a fridge, hair dryer, decent tea/coffee facilities, bottled water, breakfast was good as well.

Very clean small hotel with friendly staff. Room quite small and quirky. Good breakfast but evening menu disappointing. Not surprising given this is a small 22 room hotel. Lots of free parking and a lovely garden with superb views onto a lake full of swans and algae.

Dissatisfied with my booking and staff this time. Due to some management changes, the hotel was stinking. When we complaint about the smell, the staff changed our room and sent us to another room. That room also had windows opening on the side of the hotel which had garbage outside. When we complaint again, they switched us to another room which was a bit tidy but had flies. We were so dissatisfied, that we asked for a refund.

Nettes Hotel in Nähe zum Pembroke Castle. Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in sehr ruhiger Lage. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sogar ein Frühstück 1 Stunde früher war kein Problem. Empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Perfect location to explore Pembroke Castle and the surrounds. Friendly, attentive owners / staff and more of a chalet feel than a room which was great. Great value for money. They kept my cap safe which I left in the restaurant by mistake. Thank you! 😊

Could do with a bell on reception/the bar. Dinner in the restaurant was fine. Very bright lights to the exterior of the room after dark which penetrated the blind and curtain.

Room was recently decorated and very clean, a fan had been provided as there was no air conditioning.

Dinner menu wasn't any good for me as I have a fish and shellfish allergy.

The Coach House Hotel is an exceptional place to stay. It is easily accessible in town with parking in the rear. It is very clean and well appointed. Our fish and chip dinner was delicious and the waitress friendly, helpful and efficient. The owners are friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a comfortable easy walk along the riverfront to the Pembroke Castle.

Es ist alles alt und ungepflegt. Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit einem alten dreckigen Wollteppich. Zimmer viel zu klein für den Preis. Es gab nur 1 Badetuch und 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen.

The off street parking and close proximity to the castle

The food wasn't that good and very over priced. The starter was £10 and when it finally arrived it was burnt and not very nice. My wife asked what was the soup of the day and was told there wasn't a soup of the day although it was on the menu. The so-called a la carte menu was a basic pub menu but had la carte prices. I had a rib eye steak. I asked for medium rare but it arrived at the table.rare The plate consisted of three slices of mushrooms, half a tomato. Lots of peas and frozen chips. I left half of it. My wife had the lamb cofter which she left. I asked if I could have a steak knife and they give me a normal knife. The table had a bowl full of plastic sachets with tomato sauce and brown sauce . Not really the height of sophistication. The new owners told me they had only bought it a week ago. My advice to them would be don't buy a car if you can't drive it.

There was a pleasant welcome and a relaxing atmosphere created by the owner, his wife and the rest of the hotel staff. The room was lovely, really clean and had a great shower with the luxury of a choice of directions of the water. We think that because of the age of the building, the room stayed at quite a pleasant temperature in spite of the heatwave. The garden with a small pergola provided some welcome shade and a view of the Mill Pond. The food was good, well cooked to individual order. There is a good parking space and easy walks to the Museum, the Castle and round the Mill Pond with shady seats and wildlife including swans. Buses pass the door and the Railway Station is within walking distance for anyone who prefers not to drive to and park elsewhere. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Very poor meal service. We have stayed here many times and have returned because of the good service. However this time we found the service very poor. We had booked well in advance for dinner but after waiting 20 mins we had not been offered drinks or a menu and felt completely ignored so we left. Breakfast service was not as good as it should have been. Our stay was disappointing and we are unlikely to stay here again as a result, which is a shame after so many previous good stays.

A perfect location for visiting this pretty little town. The spacious carpark is a real advantage here! The room was good and the bed comfortable.. The shower was great. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The food was very good but you were only given one slice of toast on your plate with breakfast. There wasn't a toast rack or side plates. Dinner was very good. The hotel was situated within a short walking distance of the ponds and town centre. Short drive to local must see places. Barman was chatty and friendly.

The welcome could have been better. We were met by a rather miserable dry woman who looked as if she didn't want to be there. No smile, no, "Hope you enjoy your stay" !!! We have stayed in many hotels over the years and this was the worse welcome we've had! The restaurant wasn't open for lunch and the bar only opened in the evening.

We are local and have eaten here many times. However this will be the last time. The staff were tardy and not exactly proactive. The food we ordered was not what we got. 2 of us ordered the lamb kofta, which was shop brought, no hummus or pomegranate as stated on the menu. I ordered seabass and King Prawns, I received overcooked seabass & no king prawns. My poor Dad had seriously overcooked whitebait. Small portions for the money. The waitress mumbled a sorry and that was the end of that! Very disappointed 😞 and £100 lighter! 😔
