Blue Hanoi Hotel

I came back and stayed at this hotel one more night. Room was very clean, breakfast was deliciuos, freindly and helpful staff. Expecially, the lady owner, she took care of guests well. Location is easy access to many local restaurants and business centers.  Highly recommand for all!

I had a very pleasant stay at Blue Hanoi Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious Vietnamese-style dishes, fresh fruit, eggs, and noodles. Everything was freshly prepared, and I really enjoyed experiencing authentic local flavours in the morning. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, with many cafés, restaurants, and local shops nearby. Overall, Blue Hanoi Hotel is a great choice for comfortable rooms, warm service, and a tasty Vietnamese breakfast. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers visiting Hanoi.

Mình ko thích KS là KS làm ăn hơi Láo cá. Booking đã thu tiền VAT của mình nhưng KS cố tình thu thêm, và dặn là để không thu thêm thì hủy Booking đó đi.

C était une chambre tout à fait ok.

Quand je suis arrivée la personne à la réception ne parlait pas du tout l anglais. Et ils ne voulait pas prendre ma carte pour payer l'hôtel. Heureusement que qq un d autre est arrivé et j ai pu payer par carte. Comme il n y avait pas de fenêtre et que la clim n avait pas être enclenchée avant que j arrive, il y avait une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre.

Very very clean! Simple but comfortable like at home! Friendly staff, breakfast was so fresh and delicious 😍

A bit far away from old quarters and visitors spot, but not a problem to reach or out by GRAB taxi.

Pleasantly surprised and appreciative of the attention to detail they placed in the cleanliness of the accommodation. Lovely selection of home-cooked breakfast daily. Wonderfully accommodating as one of our travellers was unwell and they prepared snacks for us. Even though there was only 1 lift, there were no issues with waiting.

Everything was good, there was nothing we didn't like.

Ein sehr ruhiges und schönes hotel von einer sehr netten familie geführt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Vom frühstücksraum hat man einrn schönen blick auf die stadt. Die klimaallage funktioniert gut und Preislich ist es auch unschlagbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The rooms were a reasonable size and very clean, the bed was super comfortable. The location was good, you can walk to the lake in about twenty minutes. Then we got a Grab back which was about $2-3 AUD. The room was well insulated and quiet.

Perhaps breakfast could have a little more variety and choice

Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was different but a good amount to start the day.

Excellent city hotel in a great location. 25 min walk from the old quarter or a short grab ride. Breakfast was well thought through with a bit of everything you need for a busy day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned daily. Shampoo and conditioner were provided along with body wash.

L'accueil du réceptionniste est top! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon (3 plats au choix). La chambre est confortable et avec une baignoire! Très appréciable après 3 semaines sur les routes! Environnement calme aussi très appréciable !

L'emplacement est à 30mn (à pied) du vieux quartier. Si vous n'êtes pas gros marcheurs avec grab c'est 10mn

This hotel is an oasis of calm in the city! Our room, without balcony, at the back/side of the hotel and this was probably the quietest hotel in our 5 weeks in Vietnam. Well equipped comfortable rooms, plenty of hot water, tea coffee, fridge, shampoo and conditioner. The staff are such friendly, helpful nice people. Breakfast is interesting, you can have eggs or traditional, fruit, yoghurt, juice, coffee all served at the table, great service from the breakfast team! Location out of the old town suited us, a bit less manic, but cheap grabs available to explore the city.

The Blue Hanoi Hotel is situated in the French Quarter which is central and yet less hectic than the Old Quarter. I loved the staff, the room was very spacious and the hotel was very clean. I also felt safe.

Location is great. Right on the road and very easily reachable by car. The room is spacious and clean with large washrooms. All facilities are available. Walking distance from old quarter. Best part is the room is very well maintained with clean sheets and towels. Would definitely recommend this. Really good value for budget.

Comfortable, no frills hotel that served us perfectly during our stopover in Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Soundproofing was good as we were technically facing the street but on the 7th floor it was nice and quiet. The neighborhood seems a typical Hanoi area and we enjoyed enjoyed pho, a vegetarian restaurant (1 of 3 in the area), KFC and a clothing shop all within steps of the hotel. Getting to the tourist area was a long walk or a quick and easy taxi ride.

Traveling with a teenage son means that the 9 am cutoff for breakfast on weekdays is a bit early.

The staff at Blue Hanoi made the stay excellent. They were incredibly friendly and had wonderful recommendations for the area. The room was also incredibly clean and quiet, and very comfortable for my 5 night stay.

The room is quiet and exceptionally clean. The bedding and towels are white and clean. The bed is soft. The wi-fi is strong. The breakfast is different every day and it's homemade. The food is fresh and healthy. The reception is helpful and very polite. They speak English.

A very clean, quiet, comfortable hotel with comfortable bed, pillow, quilt. Very delicious breakfast with lot of contents. it is easy to go out sightseeing and shopping.

Too expensive for the room, hotel is very small, not much to offer and uncomfortable in all hallways, I felt suffocating. Very busy area with local atmosphere experience.

Staff is super friendly, helpful and polite. Nice breakfast with great varieties, there will be staff serving you so dont be surprised if you see no food on the counter. Free water bottles every day. The room is also cleaned and tidied up every day. Nice location with a lot of food and clothing stores nearby.

The hotel is located on a busy street so can be noisy at times but not too significant.

The beds were comfy, the bathroom was decent size. The shower/tub was nice. The staff was so kind and accommodating.

The tub in the bathroom was a bit high so it was a tiny bit tricky getting out of the tub. You had to get out slowly and hold on to something to avoid slipping. The room was nice but with 2 suitcases it felt a bit crowded.

The hotel met my main criteria and that is the cleanliness of the room. The employees are also willing and very accommodating.

The hotel is not right in the center of the old part, but a grab will easily solve that.

Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

The bed and bedroom were large and the bathroom new and fresh. The staff are super friendly and the breakfast cooked to order with a choice of Western or Asian food. The AC worked without the key card being inserted so the room was nice and cool when we returned after a day out in the heat and humidity of the city. The building has 8 floors with guest rooms and a roof top (enclosed) restaurant for breakfast.

We had a fantastic experience and plan to stay here again next time we are in Hanoi. The room was very spacious and clean. We love this area of the city -- it's interesting, lively, and close to everything, but not too cramped, noisy, or full of tourists. The hotel's breakfast was varied and substantial, and above all, the family that runs the place is so very kind and accommodating. Can't wait to return.

They were so nice! We got in late and they greeted us. Im so glad they asked if we needed transportation. Smooth transition from airport to hotel! Staff was super helpful. They also helped us set up transportation to another destination! Breakfast was delicious with a great view! I would definitely stay here again when we come back!! 5 stars!! Great place with a great staff. It’s clean and nicely located and quiet. Rooms are very very nice and it feels like a luxury accommodation. And the breakfast is amazing. I normally don’t take hotel breakfast if offered but this is one I really love.

I'd certainly stay here again when in Hanoi. The hotel itself is clean, nicely furnished, quiet and with very friendly and helpful staff. The neighbourhood is fine, near lots of cafes on Viet Vuong, and good pho places up and down the street. The Old Town is a 20-30 minute walk, which suited me perfectly, as being right in the thick of the Old Town means too much noise, high costs and all that goes with it. Would highly recommend this place.
