Excellent location within walking distance of main of Rome’s attractions. Nice big room and bathroom (Caravaggio 102), effective system of accessing the property with coded keys. Andrea the owner/manager, while not on site, is very helpful on WhatsApp.

Some nights were hot because the AC wasn’t too strong, even if you adjusted the temperature lower. But overall manageable but could be tougher for hotter months.

e300 was stolen from our room on our first day. As we pressed for answers/investigation we got conflicting stories. When we got the police involved, they paid us the e300 back- which led us to believe they were responsible.

Very disappointing stay overall. €100 went missing from our bag during the stay. Turns out that this has happened to others too if you search the reviews. The accommodation also had several issues. Used towels were removed but not replaced, and when I contacted the owner, she responded that this was “not a 5-star hotel” rather than simply acknowledging the mistake. The rain shower had almost no water pressure, the drainage was very poor, and the shower door did not close properly, causing water to spill onto the floor. There was also a lot of street noise, which made it difficult to sleep. On checkout day, staff repeatedly knocked on our door about 15 minutes before the 11:00 a.m. checkout time, making us feel pressured to leave early. Stay away from this place to enjoy your vacation.

Ubicación (todo muy cerca para ir andando y paradas de bus en la misma avenida en la que se encuentra el alojamiento), amabilidad del personal y casero (súper atentos), limpieza, perfecto que tenga tazas, vasos, calentador de agua, tés y café de cortesía además de nevera. El aire acondicionado para verano y un toallero enchufable para el secado rápido de las toallas viene muy bien. Habitación grande y espaciosa.

Kendi evin gibi hissediyorsun tüm sorularını cevaplıyor çevre, güvenlik ve konaklamadaki tüm olanaklarla alakalı bilgilendiriyor. Terminiye yürüme mesafesi 20 dk kadar. Termini çevresinde kalmak istemediğim için idealdi. Gitmek isteyeceğim her yerin merkezinde kalıyor. 15 dk yürüyerek gitmek isteyeceğiniz her yere rahatça ulaşırsınız. Konaklamadan çıkınca vatikanada 20 dk colleziumada 20 dk yürüme mesafesinde bence çok ideal. Kızım ve annemle kaldığım için aile olarak gideceklere öneriyorum. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz Andrea 🌸

Struttura molto bella, pulita e confortevole, in posizione centrale e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristoranti e molte delle principali attrazioni artistiche e storiche della città. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile, fornendo indicazioni puntuali e utili che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Hotellet levde dessverre ikke opp til den høye vurderingen det har fått. Rommene fremsto som mangelfullt rengjort, særlig badet, og hotellet virket generelt slitt og lite innbydende. Dette samsvarte ikke med inntrykket bildene på nettsiden ga. Det mest alvorlige var imidlertid at vi fikk utlevert en masternøkkel som også åpnet rommet til familien vi reiste sammen med – og deres nøkkel åpnet vårt rom. Dette er en alvorlig sikkerhetssvikt og helt uakseptabelt. Det er umulig å vite hvor mange andre rom denne nøkkelen også kunne åpne, noe som gjorde at vi ikke følte oss trygge under oppholdet. Airconditionen fungerte heller ikke som den skulle. Vi kunne senke temperaturen, men den lot seg ikke justere opp igjen, og den fungerte derfor ikke optimalt.

The location was convenient and well situated for exploring Rome.

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high rating of this property. The room and bathroom were not properly cleaned. The shower was particularly unhygienic, with visible mould/fungus, dirt and grime, and there was dust and dirt in several areas of the room. The air conditioning also did not work properly during our stay, when temperatures in Rome were around 38°C, making the room very uncomfortable. Most concerning of all was the security issue. We discovered that our room key could also open my sister’s room, and her key could open ours. This made us feel that neither we nor our belongings were secure, as it raised serious concerns about whether other room keys might also provide access. Based on the cleanliness, the inadequate air conditioning and, above all, the security issue with the room keys, our experience was far below what we expected from a property with such a high rating. I would strongly recommend that future guests take these issues into consideration.

O quarto é grande e o hotel fica muito bem localizado, próximo às principais atrações. O ambiente também é bastante limpo. Tem um cheiro delicioso!

Tem TV mas não funciona. Vc pode seguir todas as instruções para configurar q não dá certo. Acho que os travesseiros e o colchão poderiam ser um pouco mais confortáveis.

We had a wonderful stay at Navona Luxury Guesthouse. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our visit, always friendly and available whenever we needed assistance. The location is outstanding and one of the hotel’s biggest advantages. It is within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s main tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without relying on public transportation. Our room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and fast, reliable WiFi, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Navona Luxury Guesthouse to anyone visiting Rome. We would gladly stay here again!

Everything was near and accessible. The place was very clean, and they provided us with fresh towels and all the basic necessities. The host was very kind and gave us all the information we needed about Rome and how to get around. The prices are fair and justified, matching what you get for the stay 10/10 definitely recommend

Hotel in posizione perfetta per visitare Roma in autonomia, pulitissimo, camere spaziose e fornite di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo usufruito del transfer aeroportuale assolutamente consigliato. Andrea, il proprietario, è stato assolutamente fantastico, disponibile e gentilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie !!!

La scarsa trasparenza delle informazioni sui servizi. Solo la mattina abbiamo scoperto che non servono la colazione pur essendoci foto e commenti sulla stessa, definita il fiore all occhiello. Staff inesistente e odori pesanti di fogna.

The Location was amazing, we walked to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi and the Spanish steps. It was a lot of walking but manageable 👌🏼 The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the owner Andrea was great!

The pillows were to hard for my liking - this depends on the type of pillow you are using at home (I use dawn pillows) and the air conditioning was strange, it didn’t blow cold air out and then it started to blow cold air out - maybe it was our fault but I don’t think so.

Location was perfect to go for a walk and visit the main tourist sites like Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi.

Tesisin konumu ve bulunduğu bina, şehrin ruhunu yansıtıyordu. Odanın büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Tesisin sahibinin Whatsapp üzerinden bilgilendirmeleri faydalı oldu.

Tesiste odaların temizliği kabaca yapılıyordu, ısrarlı ricalarımız neticesinde 4 gece konaklamamızda 1 kez çarşaflarımız değiştirildi, tesiste yüzyüze iletişim kurulabilecek bir personele çok nadiren rastlanabiliyordu, işletme sahibi süreçte hiç gelmedi, odamızın baktığı cadde çok gürültülüydü, karşı binadaki inşaat/restorasyon süreci nedeniyle pencereden içeri toz giriyordu. Mobilya ve elektronik eşyalar eskimiş kabul edilebilecek yenilenmesi gereken görüntüye sahipti. 4 gece konaklamamız için odamıza sadece 4 poşet çay ve 1 adet nescafe paketi bırakılmıştı, ikram su dahi yoktu, bir defa kullandığımız çay kupası bile temiziyle değiştirilmedi.

Très bonne situation géographique dans un très bel immeuble ancien. Chambre spacieuse . Hôte agréable et serviable qui nous a donné bcp d informations même si nous ne l avons pas rencontré.

La propreté laissait à désirer et le bruit des travaux dans la rue etait infernal . Il faudrait investir dans des triples vitrages et des rideaux occultants au prix de la chambre.

We stayed for 4 nights as a family with a child and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent. You can easily walk everywhere, including Vatican City, Trastevere, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. There are also bus stops nearby (although we didn’t really need them), a Carrefour Express supermarket, a bakery (Monteforte) where we had breakfast every day, as well as many restaurants and gelaterias. The check-in process was very easy and communication with Andrea was excellent. He/she was always available and very helpful, suggesting restaurants and even recommending a LEGO exhibition when they realized we were traveling with our 11-year-old son. The building itself is beautiful, a 17th-century property with a lot of character. The room was nice and, as promised, quite quiet — especially when the windows were closed, which significantly reduced the street noise.

However, cleanliness is an area that definitely needs improvement. Some of these issues have already been mentioned in other reviews, so it is surprising that they have not been addressed. For example, the curtains were stained, the walls were dirty, and there was mold in the bathroom as well as spider webs on the ceiling. While the bed sheets and towels were clean and of good quality, the covers were old wool blankets without covers, which was not ideal. Housekeeping during the stay was minimal — mainly limited to emptying the trash and making the beds. Overall, a very well-located and charming place with a helpful host, but better attention to cleanliness would make the experience significantly better and would meet the expectations of a “luxury” guesthouse.

Wir sind angekommen, haben unser Gepäck abgestellt und sind zunächst in die Stadt gegangen. Als wir später zurückkamen und uns das Zimmer genauer angeschaut haben, waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Hätten wir das Zimmer nicht bereits im Voraus bezahlt, hätten wir die Unterkunft sofort gewechselt. Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft offensichtlich nicht richtig vorbereitet und sehr schmutzig. Ich habe Fotos gemacht und diese an die Kontaktperson geschickt. Die Reaktion darauf war enttäuschend: Es wurde lediglich behauptet, dass so etwas noch nie vorgekommen sei – eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht. Später kam eine Dame, die offenbar für die Reinigung zuständig ist, und hat nachgebessert. Trotzdem war das Zimmer weiterhin nicht sauber. Positiv hervorzuheben ist lediglich, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber waren. Alles andere war jedoch in einem schlechten Zustand: alte Wolldecken ohne Bezüge, schmutzige Kissen mit Haaren – insgesamt sehr unhygienisch und unangenehm. Zusätzlich haben wir von anderen Gästen im Haus erfahren, dass es wohl größere und deutlich bessere Apartments in anderen Etagen gibt. Diese wurden uns jedoch nicht angeboten. Wir können diese Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

Andrea a tulajdonos nagyon segítőkész volt, mindig elérhető volt, azonnal reagált, az utazás előtt a kérdésekre. A szállás a legjobb helyen volt, mindenhez közel, sétával mindent elértünk, ami fontos helyszín volt. A 64-es, 40-es busz szinte a ház előtt állt meg. A szállás tiszta, jól felszerelt és kényelmes volt. Az erkély csodálatos volt. A fő út ellenére a zárt ajtókon belül csendes volt a szoba. Az utca végén még a Vittorio-t is látni lehetett. Nagyon szívesen ajánlom a szállást mindenkinek. A ház aljában egy remek étterem volt házi tésztákkal. A piac 5 perc sétára volt, a Vatikán 20 perc séta. A Termini busszal 25 perc volt. Nekünk mindenben megfelelt a szállás. Még a csomagokat is megőrizték a check out után. Köszönjük szépen!

Rengøringen var dårlig. Generelt slidt. Fugerne i brusekabinen var mugne. Hår i brusekabinen og i sengen/sengetæpperne. Receptionen stank af parfume, lige til at få ondt i hovedet af og lugten trak ind på værelset. Kloakdæksel nede på vejen larmede ekstremt meget, så man vågnede hver gang biler kørte over.

Soggiorno perfetto: pulizia impeccabile e ospitalità d'oro Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell'annuncio: pulitissimo, ordinato e dotato di tutti i servizi promessi, senza brutte sorprese. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta per visitare Roma; ci ha permesso di muoverci con estrema facilità e raggiungere i principali punti di interesse in pochissimo tempo. Un ringraziamento speciale va al proprietario, Andrea, che è stato un valore aggiunto incredibile. Oltre a essere super gentile, ci ha guidati nella scelta di ristoranti e locali autentici dove mangiare benissimo, evitandoci le solite trappole per turisti. Ci ha anche fornito un utilissimo vademecum con consigli pratici per visitare la città in totale sicurezza. Se cercate un posto affidabile e un'accoglienza calorosa a Roma, questa è la scelta giusta. Consigliatissimo!

Er was 1 koffie voor 5 dagen voorzien, de vuile tassen bleven gedurende 5 dagen staan, er werd niet gepoetst enkel het bed werd opgemaakt. We vroegen zelf om verse handdoeken. Het was eigenlijk niet zo netjes.
