Fantastic hotel in a wonderful location with really great staff!

The only criticism was that the light bulb had blown in our bedside lamp, it was perfect!

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and surrounding property. Very quiet and relaxing. Meals were excellent and the view was outstanding. Staff were attentive and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend.

The location is AMAZING snd very scenic. The food is exceptional and the hotel caters for all dietary requirements and the food is served hot to everyone in a large group all at the same time. Very professional staff.

There is no entertainment of any description in the evenings. It could be very quiet in the evenings if you visited as a couple. There are no leisure club facilities.

I had an issue with a very strong sewage smell in my room - it was resolved the next day but made for an unpleasant night.

Really beautiful hotel in a super location. Spotlessly clean and bright. My bedroom looked out onto the sea which was a wonderful bonus. Staff was so friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Totally recommend this wonderful hotel

My partner got the Irish breakfast wasnt much on it. He would have liked maybe a extra rasher as he didn't want white pudding or eggs

Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen: erhöht über dem Meer und ohne viel Durchgangsverkehr. Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption wo man uns alles erklärt hat. Wunderschönes Familienzimmer mit einem Doppel- und 2 vollwertigen Einzelbetten für unsere Teenager. Sehr feines Dinner und Frühstück zu angemessenen Preisen. Der nahegelegene Inchydoney beach ist ein Traum. An diesem schönen Sommertag war es wie Südseefeeling. Herrlich sauberes Wasser und viel Platz am Strand. Es hat sehr gute Badeaufsicht (wegen der Gezeiten und Strömungen ist der Strand nicht ungefährlich). Es war mit Abstand das beste Hotelerlebnis in unseren 2 Wochen Irland.

Das Gourmet Restaurant war geschlossen an diesem Abend, so haben wir einen Tisch für's Casual Dining reserviert. Wir wurden in die Bar platziert. Diese Tische waren sehr tief und unbequem zum Essen zu viert. Wir haben das erwähnt und konnten dann im geschlossenen Gourmet Restaurant essen (was viele andere Gäste auch gemacht haben).

The Breakfast was just amazing! What a great choice. I choose different options both mornings and they were absolutely delicious!

I loved everything and I hope to come back. However, if I had one quibble, it would be the price of food in the bar. The starters are overpriced. However - I had no such problem with the Adrift fine dining restaurant. It was incredible. Worth every penny! I must mention all the staff who went above and beyond at every turn.

Room. facilities and food were good. Particularly like breakfast. The hotel is a about 4kms out of Condakilty. Own transport recommended

Dieses Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung, hier passt einfach alles. Man fühlt sich trotz gehobenem Standard sehr wohl, da alles sehr leger ist. Sehr netter Empfang, die junge Dame hat sogar deutsch gesprochen. Das Essen in der Bar war auch sehr lecker. Die Terrasse mit kleiner Pizzeria ist mega schön. Wenn es ein perfektes Hotel gibt, dann ist es Dunmore House Hotel.

Stunning location and very peaceful. The views from the hotel are unmatched. Food delicious. The pizza bar is a great addition. Front of house were very pleasant and breakfast staff were exceptional, so friendly and warm. Overall, a very relaxing and comfortable stay in this wonderful hotel.

The door lock of my room would catch whenever another door on the corridor opened of closed. This led to a loud banging sound each time, and unfortunately disrupted my sleep quite a lot. The bar staff appeared under pressure and it felt like an inconvenience to order a drink.

Everything about this hotel spells care and attention to detail.

The food is great

There was nothing I could fault. The rooms were beautiful with high quality bed linen, towels and robes. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner etc and smelt divine. Room was sparkling clean (shoutout to cleaning staff - haven’t seen such attention to detail ever). The staff were laid back and so welcoming. It was like going home to home. The location was amazing. I’ve often stayed near to Dunmore House but I will never stay anywhere else but here when I return to Clonakilty. The breakfast was amazing too. Cooked to order and a wonderful selection of local produce. Breakfast room was overlooking the most stunning scenery. It was so good I booked again for 2 nights in August. A huge “go raibh míle maith agaibh” to this wonderful family run hotel.

The staff were very welcoming, the hotel has sea views, beautiful vegetable garden and flowers, the wine and food was excellent.It was very peaceful and great for a solo traveller.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was lovely, a varied menu to suit all tastes. Evening meal was delicious. The Ocean Garden was such a delightful place with a huge amount of vegetables, fruit and flowers. A little bit of heaven...

Vi kunde äta en god vegansk vegansk middag. Trevligt att sitta i en soffa och dricka ett glas vin efter middagen och titta ut över havet.

Inredningen i rummet var öppen. Inga skåp utan allt stod framme på hyllor. Gav ett stökigt intryck.

Location is stunning, all staff were super helpful and friendly, evening meal and breakfast were fantastic as was the selection of drinks at the bar. Room was very clean and comfortable but a slightly on the small side, but as we were at the front of the hotel the view of the bay was simply stunning.

An beautiful hotel, the location and views are superb, the staff very welcoming and our rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, great walk in shower with very nice toiletries and a plentiful supply of towels. The casual dining menu offers a great variety of food choices, the bar and reception seating areas are comfortable and a pleasure to relax in.

I didn't like the fixed hangers in the bedroom, too high!

The whole place was lovely and cozy. Since the weather was terrible, we were stuck inside quite a bit and the lounge made hanging out fine.

Only thing I could critique was the mattresses were not comfortable.
