Travelodge London Woolwich

Easy to reach by public transport

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would especially like to thank Rosalina. She works in the kitchen and is an incredibly kind, caring, and professional person who treats guests with genuine warmth and respect. Her friendly attitude and positive energy made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only excellent at their job but also such a genuinely good human being. Rosalina is a real asset to the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate her kindness and support. I highly recommend this hotel because of staff members like her.

Rosalina is an exceptional member of the kitchen team. She is kind, patient, and always respectful of my requests. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly enhance the experience, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. I really appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her.

Best employees specifically Sainath

It was good but we couldn’t opened the window.

arrived at woolwich travelodge without booking. i met thelovely staff ade who helped me with my booking. the roomswasvery clean worth every penny great location and friendly staff they pay attention to every detail. will def recommend and be back. thank youwonderful team!!

Lovely staff all amazing Michelle lovely person very friendly very helpful she good hard worker if u need anything she help you out great part of the team that is working at Travelodge woolwich

At arrival 15 min before checking in I was made aware that I needed to wait till 3 pm for check in, at 3pm my room was still not cleaned until 3:45 when a very helpful staff member “Tolu” managed to get the room sorted and gave me a complimentary drink for the wait. Her help was really appreciated. Thank you

The room was clean and tidy. There is a nice atmosphere generated by the staff. Sainath helped me get onto the WiFi which a lady of my ripe old age does rely on the younger generation. Later on the same evening Zameer was more than happy to help me. The bar staff were very attentive too. Overall I felt I received value for money with my stay and the service provided.

Handy location 5 min walk from tube station . Clean room . Only downside was rubbish all over car park

It's a more affordable hotel if you compare prices, but it's definitely worth recommending. Friendly welcome. Breakfast is basic but perfectly fine. Close to the metro and bus station.

Such a friendly experience, all staff helpful, nothing too much bother, particular appreciation for Ade and the woderful Zian who helped me with directions to,,, everywhere be it tube, ldr whatever. Front line staff, amazing thank you

Relaxing, pleasant and friendly. Every member of staff excellent from check in to check out. Room change for noisy fan - no problem. Michelle at breakfast, thank you. Front line staff Ade, thanks for all help and big thank you to Zian who helped me with directions everywhere while still attending needs of other guests, thank you.

Long wait to check in as people in front found someone else in their room!!! My friend had organised an early room for us to keep luggage as we had a festival to attend but reception booked me in & said I could collect keys on return that evening athough it would be after midnight. When we got back the hotel had given away my room & told me there were no other rooms available!!!! Of course I was shocked & after a lot of stress eventually they put me in a small family room. The next morning I was told I would have to leave that room & move into a double. This all took a long time & impacted on my weekend. Staff were pretty useless & new room was dirty &dingy. Have NEVER had this expensive a hotel before & I won't stay there ever again & not even worth 1 star!!!!!!!!

Travelodge London Woolwich.

Friendly and efficient check in. Tolu very welcoming and gave plenty of information. Room was clean and comfortable, decent shower and toiletries.

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. I would especially like to thank Pratiksha for her excellent service. She is extremely kind, respectful, and always willing to help everyone. She answers questions with patience and care, and her friendly attitude makes guests feel very comfortable and welcome. It is clear that she truly cares about helping people. Because of staff members like Pratiksha, I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you for the wonderful service.

The services are very poor. The rooms are not cleaned daily nor beds made or towels changed. Hotel management is almost non- Responsive to issues as the hotel is short-staffed. They don’t really care about guest comfort. We were there a whole week for our church convention. Our room was not cleaned at all nor bedsheet changed during our stay at the hotel.

Tolu was a fantastic host, she made me feel welcome from the moment in stepped in, going above and beyond. I highly commend her. Thanks Tolu

Excellent service and hospitality - PRATIKSHYA

Very nicely checked in by Tolu who was extremely helpful

I can’t speak highly enough about Zian. From day one, she stood out for all the right reasons. She was organised, informative, and made sure we had every detail we needed without us even having to ask. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Everything was amazing . Many thanks to Zion and Pratiksha for helping out and making my stay seamless

I just want to say that Zian was absolutely the best. From the moment we arrived, she gave us all the relevant information clearly and confidently, making everything so easy to understand. There was no confusion at all — she covered everything we needed to know and more. Seeing her back to back in the mornings, she always greeted us with such a beautiful, warm welcome. Her energy never changed — consistently positive, professional, and attentive. Honestly, I genuinely thought she was the manager because her attitude to work is completely top tier. She carries herself with leadership, takes initiative, and goes above and beyond without being asked. She truly stands out and is a real asset to the team.

Better than expected, clean and just what awe needed. Clean room and free parking. Tolu very helpful.

We were greeted by Tolu who was very warm and welcoming. She told us about all of the amenities and that she would be here if we needed her. The room was clean and tidy, we had a drink at the bar which was convenient and open 24/7. Close to bus routes, station and tube.

Tolu at the Woolwich Travelodge was super helpful. She gave us great advice about the best time to book breakfast. We had tried to book it online, but the system was automatically selecting all four nights of our stay when we only wanted breakfast for two days, as we planned to go out on the other days. She advised us to simply pay for breakfast each morning we wanted it, which worked much better for us. She also explained that booking a preferred room online is a good idea because it allows you to choose the exact room you want. Tolu was very helpful and kind — not just to us, but also to other guests we saw her assisting before we checked in.

Really nice experience especially thanks to Tolu. Was surprised how clean it was and the 24 hour bar was a bonus. Would definitely recommend 👍❤️

Reasonably priced, limited space, on-site parking. It's free from a certain time in the evening, but you have to be quick to pay in the morning during a 15 minute window.

Travelodge is a great place to stay nice cozy comfortable and it's in a perfect place as you step out there places to shop and eat . Zain at the front desk was great attitude was amazing and friendly

Tolu was amazing at reception during check in. She helped me with all the information I needed for the car park to ensure I don’t get a parking ticket. She should get a promotion. Thumbs up Tolu.

We are currently staying at the Woolwich branch. The staffs are helpful and always trying to make our stay comfortable. We had to change rooms due to our stay being extended and the lady at the reception was kind enough to get us into the new room without having to wait till check out time. Breakfast is good, dinner menu is limited and sometimes they don’t have all the foodstuff available.

NOT A SAFE HOTEL! AVOID! Arrived on a Friday at 5pm to check in. As soon as I entered and got served by a staff member I was stopped so that they could tell 2 people that 1 was banned. Both were intoxicated with alcohol and drugs it seemed. This argument went on for 10 minutes with 3 staff members joining the argument whilst I was trying to check in. Once they followed one out of the building in to the back end car park area the other went in a lift I finally got my key card. Went up to my room to find holes in the carpet and noise happening around. Then car alarms started to go off in the car park, once again not feeling safe. Turns out they house people in the hotel and take their priority over paying guests after making a complaint. Left within an hour, took the car and booked in elsewhere. Would avoid for safety for yourself and especially for families visiting.

I was very impressed with the new manager, Wesley, who was brought in during my stay. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his excellent customer service. He was polite, proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented. His arrival had an immediate positive impact, which contributed significantly to making my family's stay comfortable.

Comfortable room Clean and tidy easy to navigate Serene atmosphere

Tolu was very helpful in making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She recommended places in the area to eat/hang out in as I was new to area. Rooms were clean and tidy, nothing to complain about. I enjoyed my stay! Thank you!

I stayed at travelodge Woolwich for 4 nights, I must say I felt very welcomed from the second I got in by Wesley, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, smelled fresh aswell the staff were very lovely especially Saru! Thank you all

Comfortable overnight stay Tolu on reception was very polite and helpful explaining amenities available and car parking criteria etc

Wonderful experience. The room was very clean as well as the towels. The ambience was also soothing. The service was courteous and warm.

Good customer service. Very nice reception and receptionists. Temperature in the room was so conducive. Loved the drinks served. Definitely would be coming back. The choicest lodge in this side of town

It was a fantastic experience. Absolutely loved it. The room was cosy, breakfast was nice and staff are quite friendly. I would come back

Had the best experience checking in by the receptionist Zian, it’s been a few years since I have been here and she gave me the warmest welcome and let me know what’s changed. She was very professional & engaged in conversation with me which most receptionist don’t really do.

Ellie, Sainnath and Zain really helpful and supportive. Very good hospitality and nice approaches.. really like their services

Warm welcome by Sainath and Ellie at the reception. Love the hospitality and service provided by them and the establishment!

Tolu is my best person in Travelodge woolwich, she's always smiling and ready to help, Her customer service is topnotch and I am sure she would go very far in life with her positive attitude towards her work.

My experience at this Travelodge was exceptional from the comfortability of the rooms to the amazing staff they really go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. Spoke with Natalia who had a fantastic attitude and answered all my enquiries

Very welcomed atmosphere, easily accessible stores and shops , very approachable and hospitable customer service person " Tolu " very helpful and detailed, rooms were clean and tidy , she help providing a spare heater to quickly heat up the room as it was very cold on entering , quick spacious need time for the heating to go round ,every thing was fine , the breakfast was wonderful, proper English breakfast and was on point, it was great value for money.

I had a lovely time staying at London Woolwich travelodge, I was greeted and checked in by the new manager Wesley who was very accommodating very clean room the place smelled great and the team were very friendly

I had a great stay at Travelodge. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. What really made the experience stand out was the excellent service from Wesley. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about guests. Thanks to Wesley’s great service.

The worst experience. First room dirty with vomit in the bathroom moved to another room with defective ac heating. Provided with small plug in heaters but hard to manage heat levels Public areas dirty. Hot drinks machine in cafe not working so couldn't get hot drinks. toilets out of order in cafe area. Some staff rude and off hand. Very poor management practice evident The worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

The staff at Travelodge Woolwich are great. Very courteous and engaging and go the extra mile. Thanks to them all. This is an affordable oasis and very pleasant to stay at.

The initial booking date was erroneous change by family member without without proper information to the lodgers on getting to travel lodge Woolwich, the front desk officer named Tolu was very supportive, gave out information and directives of getting it resolved.

Be careful if you arrive by car and use the car park. A few days later, you may receive a message from a private number asking you to click a link and pay a parking fine. In the last few weeks, this was the only time I used my car and a paid car park—at the Travelodge in Woolwich. I provided my car registration number at reception, and they are the only ones who had my phone number and knew I used the car park. How are scammers allowed access to guests’ personal details? Shame on Travelodge Woolwich.

Unfortunately someone vomitted in the hallway on Christmas Day. It was still there when I left on the 27th December. I didn’t report it as cleaners had obviously seen it and chose not to clean it and I’m not spending my Christmas complaining about staff, they should just clean it up ffs. Other than that the room was fine, just could do with a carpet clean.

I arrived two hours early at the reception I met a beautiful receptionist who couldn't do enough for me her name was pratiksha I asked her could I put my bags in the room she kindly said yes that made my weekend an in the morning she asked me did I want a breakfast which I normally don't as I'm a small eater I found her very friendly and that is nice when you go away for a weekend thank you for the lovely stay each and everyone off you

Had a wonderful experience here at Woolwich Travelodge. Staff were very helpful in particular Zian & Nereida who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant gave us suggestions for food and entertainment. The rooms were comfortable & good sized beds clean and not noisy. Parking was easy to use and the location being close to the stations and bus stops really helps you get about definitely good value for money

Ronan was professional and very helpful. Not only was he patient with me he assisted on what was a long day. Good atmosphere, great customer service and communication Thank you

The staff at the Woolwich Travelodge could not have been more helpful or friendlier, especially Sainath who always had the cheeriest smile. Woolwich was a great base to stay when watching friends in the Hyrox at the Excel Stadium and for the immersive experiences. So easy to get about using the trains too.

As a female solo traveller I always feel safer when the staff at a hotel are friendly and reassuring, and I couldn’t have asked for better at Travelodge Woolwich. Tolu who checked me in was lovely and made me feel at ease and taken care of immediately, and all the staff I encountered were professional and friendly. The star of the show though was Michelle, whose cheery demeanour at breakfast absolutely made my day. My ONLY gripe with this Travelodge (and it’s a minor one) is that the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh/refurb. With a bit of an update this would easily get 5 stars.

Location was perfect, rooms were okay sized. It was alright generally, however sometimes rooms are missed for top ups. Staff were helpful especially Tolu and another lady who worked morning shifts and tended to breakfast who made sure the stay was enjoyable

Hospitality is top notched.Every staff here is amazing specially lady in the bar and guy who served the food and food was too good.

I removed breakfast from my booking in error and Travelodge will not refund me! Not staying again!!!

Exemplary customer service care by staff in eithr September/October.allowd to pay cash for early check-in day before

Had very nice stay the reception team was fabulous and the room so clean and tidy will recommend my friends and family the food was good

I had a great time at Travelodge in Woolwich, the receptionist Tolu was so kind, warm and receptive, always smiling and ready to help and answer all questions and queries promptly, pays so much attention to detail, she definitely deserves an award or reward. Thank you Tolu and keep up the good work.

It was pretty easy. Location was not hard to reach and the rooms are okay. From the airport i took a cab straight to this hotel and there really wasn't any form of difficulty commuting

Amazing service from the receptionist Tolu. She did her best to fill me in on all the rules & regulations of the hotel and also was patient with answering questions and extremely informative. I believe she should be promoted in order to further the growth of your company. Thank you!

Zian and Sainath made our stay welcoming and catered to our every need, we will definitely come again. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Today I was trying to find a hotel in London, and I went to many places — Premier and London City Hotel — but only at Travelodge I met the girls ZiAn and LaWaNya These girls were absolutely amazing — they helped me to book a room, and they were so kind and polite. I haven’t seen such good customer service in any other hotel. I highly recommend this hotel — it’s very clean, tidy, and the attitude towards guests is excellent. They really help you with booking. Even though the price was much higher than I expected, thanks to the girls who helped me book — who showed true professionalism and empathy, and were so friendly and pleasant — I was very happy. I sincerely recommend this hotel and want to thank these two girls, ZiAn and LaWaNya.

Thank you to the staff at the travelodge Woolwich! The room and facilities were very comfortable would recommend for anyone staying at the Excel or any conferences nearby.

Lovely, good sized room, comfortable bed, Stayed with my friends spontaneously and enjoyed our stay, lots of shops and restaurants around.

I had a very good experience in Travelodge the team was so good helpful and tried their best to give customer service name of the team member was Nereida and Pratiksha

Hotel was nice and staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and quiet and air con was nice as it was quite warm in the room when we arrived and the window doesn’t open. The only issue was the guests across the hall who kept going in and out of the room late at night and the door banging was disturbing, but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel. We went to a seminar at the Woolwich works and this hotel was really well placed for both that and the tube, both being a 10 min walk away. There’s also a really nice pub just outside the tube called the dial arch, which had a lovely atmosphere and really nice food. Reasonably priced for London. The only thing I’d complain about was breakfast. The food that was out was cold and looked like it had been sat there for a while. Some items weren’t replenished - but I think someone was in training, because as we left I noticed a member of staff talking to the lady overseeing the buffet and telling her to re-stick items.

Second time staying at Woolwich, whole experience both times has been great. Werth is extremely friendly and helpful, a credit to the company.

Lovely experience had a great time. Werth on reception was very welcoming and helpful. This is our second stay here after a exceptional stay in August

Visited this hotel with my family including my wheelchair bound sister, I had contacted the hotel before the stay to check availability, accessibility, which was all perfect when I spoke to a staff member on the phone. We arrived to check in at 3pm as advised in emails etc, we wasn’t able to check into our room until 4.15 because the room wasn’t clean? There wasn’t enough staff on shift for my sister (In a wheelchair) to stay as need 4 on shift so this was being “apparently.” Sorted via text message. I had to sign to say if a fire occurred I would be happy to get her out myself. Because the fire escape is actually up 9 steep steps. (Despite the building having step free access) When arriving finally in our room it was ROTTEN,dirty water still in the shower, black mould on the shower seat, dust hairs, dirty left over jar of food on the window ledge. Curtains did not pull, there was NO EMERGENCY CORD in the call button, drain was blocked meaning after a shower water did not drain. Manager next day (Claudia) told me this was none of this was true despite having photos, told me the issue was these rooms were actually offline and shouldn’t have been used because they are NOT SAFE for visitors. When speaking to the manager in reception re our stay and the issues. another staff member (who refused to give her name because of her safeguarding (her words)) barged past my wheelchair bound sister with 3 large multi packs of toilet rolls, smacking my sister hard on her arm, the wheelchair user said “ouch you’ve just hit Me” staff member said yes you was in my way very aggressively, myself and sister asked her to apologise and she got very aggressive saying it wasn’t her fault she was in the way refusing to apologise. The manager spoke in another language to the staff member and then said leave it and she walked away and sat in the office. The manager also walked away from our conversation and they both sat in the office talking to each other in their own language a maintance travel lodge worker witnessed the whole thing. My sister was very distraught, humiliated at this point whilst waiting for the rest of our party to come to check out we waited at reception, our mother arrived and asked the situation as my sister (wheeelchair user) was shaking. My mum asked to speak to the manager who said the girl is only 16 and still learning her people skills and then the girl came out and said I can’t give you my name for my own safeguarding she was still very aggressive at this point the manager then shut themselves both in the office together. Only coming back out as another customer pushed the buzzer. I have contacted customer services and yet to be spoken to properly only offered a free breakfast and told again these issues did NOT HAPPEN

I had a very lovely experience, the receptionist Tolu was amazing, she was always happy to help and she made my wife and i feel like we were at home. Thank you Tolu.

The location was key for our rendezvous with a family event. and one of us doesn't walk terribly far, easily. The room was clean and quiet and allowed us comfort and good nights rest.

Please don’t stay here anyone but if your in a wheelchair especially there rude it not safe it’s not clean waited for 50 minutes to hour for out room to be clean then go in and room and there dust black mold old pickle jars that were half eaten curtains that didn’t work a block drain so when you have a shower totally unsafe for the next person to use as you had to use a bath sheet/bedsheet to dry up water 💦 I have complained and was called a liar by mangers also was push by a member of staff who would not say her name and it was a safe guarding issue I could go on and on I have made a complain at the time and also online and I’ve not heard anything for 24 hours

Everyone at the reception was absolutely delightful! Gave us the best customer service and warm smile made us feel welcome from the start. They provided us with all the details about car parking and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, relaxing in our comfortable room and appreciating the 24-hour drink service - a lovely added perk! Overall, our stay was truly pleasant, thanks to Ema's brilliant service.

Room smelled stuffy, when asked for something had to run down myself and carry them up to room, reason being no housekeeping available.

Best hotel ever very respectful staff and they have great customer skills they were welcoming and friendly every staff in there showed gratitude and respect when entering they had been so respectful and always making sure that i was okay with my hotel the team are excellent at what they are doing and they can help you throughout your stay

Used for a expo at the excel, really easy to get to and from. Staff friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious

Actually very helpful and lovely staff. Probably the best Travelodge ive stayed at. Nereida and Pratiksha were wonderful hosts.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. Ema's warm check-in made us feel welcome, and her clear directions to our room and the hotel's facilities were greatly appreciated. The dinner was excellent, with a great selection of food, drinks, and music. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable and exceeded my expectations.

In 3 years I have had the chance to stay in the hotel twice for periods longer than month , before and after the changes there ( some reconstruction) I always feel confident to stay there because although it’s a budget hotel it offers me everything I need for my stay .

The staff at Travelodge Woolwich go above and beyond. A friendly set up, with amenities on the doorstep. Thank you to Worth and Melissa who have been incredible throughout the stay, so welcoming and helpful. We travel a lot with work and would definitely stay here again!

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean but dated and lacking amenities carpets are overdue a change in bedrooms. The food was basic but tasty. If relying on road transport then this location is not great due to the lack of bridges connecting it with the city side of the river. DLR Rail links are good and right beside the hotel.

When we checked in, we received a Warm welcome from Canon the receptionist,he is so friendly, helpful with professional manners, so he made everything easy and pleasant when we stay,we will be back in October to meet Canon who was very professional. Great location, the building outside is beautiful better than many Traveloge hotels in other cities. The room inside is ok but the views front of the room when you open the window, full of rubbish and some mice moving around there so it wasn’t nice ,that’s the things I don’t like but Canon from reception said can change the room for us ,but we said ok because we only stay for 1 night .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Travelodge London Woolwich, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff Emma and Tulsi went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommended!

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our family during our day trip to London! Ema, our team member, was absolutely fantastic - her warm smile and helpful nature made us feel right at home. Her insider knowledge of the local area was impressive, and she provided us with fantastic recommendations for places to visit. The room was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped with all the essentials. We truly appreciated Ema's exceptional service and the hotel's attention to detail."

Ema at the reception was absolutely delightful! Her exceptional customer service skills and warm smile made us feel welcome from the start. She was super helpful in providing us with all the details about car parking and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, relaxing in our comfortable room and appreciating the 24-hour drink service - a lovely added perk! Overall, our stay was truly pleasant, thanks to Ema's brilliant service and the hotel's thoughtful touches.

Dirty room, with a bad smell, carpet with colors of blood or shi”t I can't say bad. I paid for 3 days of internet and I only had half a day and I had problems they said they don't refund and the receptionist said I had to call the unbelievable internet company that the customer has to call to solve problems that are from the hotel the hotel hired the garbage of the service and the customer in addition to paying because the internet is not free still has to solve problems for the hotel and in short I paid and did not use it, only the night receptionist was very friendly the afternoon I went to ask to solve my problem was arrogant and me She gave the service that was hers for me to do unbelievable

No housekeeping even when you hang the sign out so you don't get the bins emptied, tea items replenished or turndown service of any kind. Called reception which is an external number as no phones in the room and advised they only clean rooms on stays of 7 nights or more. Ridiculous as I was staying for 3nights with an infant. Was told to empty the bins myself and take out my own trash. Stayed here for proximity but I'll rather try the Premier inn down the road and drive the additional distance. It's a rip off considering how much they charge per night for such a sham service and basic room.

Disappointed Scruffy car park and non lighted to save money. Our van was targeted drilled but not accessed Would look elsewhere It’s a shame staff nice breakfast travelodge style Shame on the owners but staff doing there best Clean up the car parl and free WiFi

My room was spacious, the beddings was clean and crisp, the pillow was soft as well. Most importantly Miss Tolu was an amazing receptionist she answered all my questions and communicated efficiently.

The staff Zian and werth and Ellie were helpful and very professional Melissa the chef her bubbly personality and food is outstanding and always willing to help out with any questions and they are all great assets to the travelodge team it’s been a pleasure to stay here and highly recommend this hotel to stay at friendly and very hospitable they make their guests feel very welcome and comfortable thanks for a great stay and thanks for accommodating my dog he enjoyed being made a fuss of J Waller and bugle the dog

I must say, I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this hotel. At first glance, Woolwich town centre felt a touch unsettling — to put it mildly. I rarely venture far from home, and when I do, it’s never in a budget hotel. But this time, proximity was key, and everywhere else was fully booked. Enter Woolwich Travelodge. The rooms are admittedly basic compared to my usual haunts during my travels, yet they contained every essential I could ask for. While you do need to request a hairdryer and iron at reception, both were readily available. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the pillows just right. Beyond the bed, what truly stole my heart was the effortless commute to the train station, boasting multiple convenient lines. The staff were uniformly delightful, but Nadine? Nadine was nothing short of superb. A flawless ten out of ten for customer service — she checked me in, served me at the bar, and I even had the pleasure of sampling her cooking at breakfast. She managed to juggle it all with ease, professionalism, and a genuinely warm presence. Friendly without being overbearing, efficient yet thoughtful, she made me feel looked after in a way that’s rare even in higher-end hotels. Her energy elevated the entire experience — it felt less like a budget stay and more like a hidden gem, thanks to her. Thanks for having me Woolwich TL.
