Convenient for the ferry Comfy bed

We arrived after reception was closed, however communication was made via booking.com to confirm our arrival time and give us instructions how to enter the Hotel meaning we didn't have to rush or stress.

The best thing I liked was the member of staff who greeted us was wonderful, friendly ,helpful and made us feel very much at home.

Great location for the ferry. We didn't expect it to be great, but it was. Super comfortable and clean, friendly and helpful staff, great night sleep. 5 minute walk for a great meal too. Very impressed.

TV was faulty kept changing channels and would start up randomly from time to time had to switch off at the mains in the end. No real facilities very basic and at £140 a night with no breakfast very over priced. In essence an over priced Travelodge.

Location to ferry port & a few minutes walk to the pub for eating out. Free parking too. Room & bathroom were spacious.

We were put on second floor in roof top of house. Only one set of towels in our room. Not enough shelf space in the shower/bathroom to put your personal things. And the bed was very uncomfortable for me personally.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe des Fährhafens, eine Tankstelle war in der Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr angenehm bei der Unterstützung die früh gebuchte Fähre auch wirklich früh zu erreichen (Kaffee war fertig etc.)

Comfortable place and nice basic breakfast.

We were foot passengers for the ferry and it was a struggle to get up to from the train with luggage. A courtesy car or information about taxi beforehand would be helpful. Also, there are three floors and no lift, so again it was a bit of a struggle for two older people. Maybe request a ground floor room if this would be an issue.

No lifts have go up stairs. No bar or restaurant only breakfast room which is ok stopover wait ferry.. No staff at premise overnight they leave once check in..

Felt more like a little hotel than b and b . So so Close to the ferry but very quiet . Greeted by sue who was super friendly and helpful Hot drinks available downstairs as well as in room . Bed so comfy . Would recommend for any stay not just those travelling in ferry

It could not be more convenient for the ferry. The staff were very helpful and there was somewhere secure to leave out bicycles overnight. The room was comfortable and clean.

Nothing to really dislike, just a bit pricey, but then you are paying for the convenience of being close to the ferry port (vital if you are cycling and have an early ferry booked).

Wir haben im Hotel zu 3 (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) vor der Reise mit der Fähre übernachtet. Die Lage dafür war sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten gut. Das Bad war recht neu und Sauber. Morgens kann man sich einen Kaffee oder einen Tee machen und auch mitnehmen.

Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig und durch die Lage an der Strasse kann es etwas laut sein. Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Lage gebucht und uns war es auch bewusst, dass es direkt an der Strasse liegt.

Proximity to port, a supermarket, ATM, optional breakfast, small lounge, self service 24hr water and drinks in addition to a clean room. Easy late access if you plan it in advance.

Nothing really - comment only- Breakfast - no menu offered. A full Irish arrived - if you’d want veggie or a lighter choice suggest asking and mention it when paying on checkin. The self service drinks were a tad inhospitable for less mobile guests - maybe if asked the waiting staff would get the drink for you.

Always a friendly greeting upon arrival. Comfy room.

Shower control a bit confusing at first - 2 levels.

Muy correcto, cama cómoda, baño muy bien, instalaciones suficientes y ubicación perfecta junto al puerto de pasajeros. Restaurantes, supermercados y gasolineras muy cercanas. Perfecto para alojarte cuando llegas o sales de Irlanda en barco.

Great location 2 minutes from the port. The receptionist was really charming. Very big room with nice bathroom . We ate at The Dock a short walk away. Lovely meal. Great hotel but expensive we thought. You are paying for that amazing location.

Perfect location for the ferry. Bedroom was good size, comfortable bed, very clean, tea and coffee facilities, lovely bathroom. Free coffee in evenings and morning is a real bonus. Staff were excellent. A great place to stay before catching the ferry.

Parking. It’s limited, however, when we got there late couldn’t find a space but the lady on reception was amazing and came out and found us a space. Excellent customer care.

The location is excellent with large tidy room with good amenities.

The bed was a little too soft for my liking. Also, mentioned in a previous review that for me personally, it would be great if the breakfast started 1/2 earlier.

Close to the Ferry, just 2 minute drive. Its a B&B next to the port, what can you expect. The staff was friendly and the bed were good. The whole building is a bit dated and could use some modernisation. But overall our stay was good and we had a solid night of sleep.

Al lado del puerto, perfecto para coger o dejar el ferry. Las instalaciones muy comodas, habitaciones grandes y muy limpias, baños nuevos…y el desayuno estupendo. Maravilloso.

We liked the layout of the hotel. The room was furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. The coffee and tea in the lounge was a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to complain about.

The lady on reception was wonderful. Our rooms were next door as requested. Free coffee in the morning before we left was great.

Ottima soluzione per prendere il traghetto verso il Galles. Il porto si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti. L’host è stato molto disponibile. Camere ampie, pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort. Non abbiamo provato la colazione.

Bright open spacious entrance more hotel like than some of your B.Bs. Girl in reception was so helpful and cheerful. Room and onsuite were spotless.

Only small issue is with the room was stuffy and with the skylight window traffic sounded loud. Only an issue in this extreme warm weather we have. Would a portable air con be a taught ??.

Great location for getting the ferry. Although the accommodation doesn’t do evening meals they willingly gave recommendations for places to eat nearby.

It was too warm in the room, but this isn’t necessarily their fault as it was a very warm day, but a fan in the room would have been nice.

We were greeted by a lovely receptionist. There was complimentary tea and coffee for adults and hot chocolate and biscuits for the kids. Location is perfect for the ferry or a trip to rosslare. Good value for money.

Loved the coffee machine for delicious complimentary coffees. Also bottles of spa water from the fridge. Well located for ferry port (15 mins walk up gentle slope) and some good eating places (Cullertons and the Garden Cafe both great). Beach next to the ferry port was beautiful.

Partner found the bed too soft. Me and my son were happy with it though.

Korte bedden. We waren met 3 volwassenen en een kind van bijna 16. Het stapelbed was super kort, alleen geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Ik met 1.67 m lag ook met mijn voeten over de bedrand. Voor de rest was alles goed. Douche was lekker ruim.

Very handy for the ferry. Friendly staff and clean. Plenty of parking.

Check-in time spot on, receptionist was so lovely, very helpful. Loved the fact there was complimentary tea/coffee and waters available in the dining room aswell as services in your room. Bright, airy and fresh and spotless clean.

There was nothing not to like! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely ho back 👍

Location was absolutely superb - a few minutes to Rossalre Europort. Room and ensuite spotless. Beds comfy enough. Largish room. Lovely staff at reception.

Might be an idea to have sockets near the beds for charging. Blackout curtains would also be ideal. There was no lift but the girl on reception kindly helped me with my bags. No food available.

Warm welcome, as others have said it's more like a hotel in how well it's run. Special shout out to the lady on the desk, a pet.
