Close to the port, comfortable, clean, friendly welcome

Very helpful staff.
Location was perfect for the ferry terminal. Very efficiently organised. Everything needed was covered.
Squeaky floor boards.
Lovely stylish house with excellent cavities and very comfy bed! Quiet garden room so good after long journey. Slept well. Excellent idea to have a fridge on the landing which I used and lounge area.
Mugs for tea drinkers better than small cups but a preference not a criticism .
The proprietor was awesome
Simple location 💱 Ng on the Irish Ferry
Location perfect for ferry early morning
The bed was so uncomfortable and small and the floors creaked. We didn’t sleep very well.
Proximity to ferry port.
The worst thing about this property was the filling of the water tank being very noisy, it continued until almost midnight. If I stayed again I would want a room downstairs.
Location, cozy.
The bed was a bit too firm in room 2 and the water pressure in the shower was like a trickle when I got up but it got better by the time my husband showered.
Ideally located very close to the port. We met my John at the front door and he talked us through the keys, and had a great chat. Pointed out local places to eat and drink. Very quiet, except the weather from the storm. Tea, coffee, WiFi, TV, lots of hot water, plenty of parking off road. Perfect if you need to rest up before or after a ferry. If you go to the Dock restaurant, I suggest the 8oz fillet.
We were recommended a park and then a restaurant, both of which were great 👍🏼 We wanted to stay somewhere close to the ferry home and you couldn't have stayed any closer.
It is very close to the harbour, and it was nice to be received in persoon
The house is noisy
Great location for the ferry, parking and access. Big room, warm and adequately furnished. Staff quick to sort issue with the electrics.
The property is showing signs of wear in places. Kettle tripped the electric trip switch, safety first, but a little of a nuisance.
Great location 2 mins from the ferry, so great to stay if you arrive in Ireland late in the evening or are leaving early in the morning
Close to the ferry and pub and cafe
Dated
Met at arranged check-in time. Helpful advice about finding local evening meal and ferry in the morning. PLeasant clean room.
The room was very nice, clean and inthe staff were excellent in mentioning tips for getting the ferry the next morning and also for a nice place to eat. I would recommend this place for any would crossing to Fishguard on the ferry.
Being so close to the ferry port, dock hotel, petrol station, and supermarket. Third, stay at the accommodation and again loved everything.
Leaving in the morning.
The owner, Jonathan gave me a lift to the ferry first thing in the morning, at no extra charge. So thank you for that especially as it was pouring with rain!
Nothing
The people, the location. the building.
Lighting in the room quite dark difficult to read my book.
Its location being so near the Port. Friendly reception from Jonathan .
Kettle didn’t work in room. Bath/shower towels too small. Bed not very comfortable.

Ruime kamer
Beautiful big room so we could spread out with luggage etc. Fantastic host who communicated very well and was extremely helpful as we were unavoidably delayed arriving.
It was secure and quiet
This is not a tourist hotel. It is a stop over for ferry traffic.
Slick and efficient check in, ideal location for ferry. Basic but exactly what was required and expected
Area is pretty sparce but that's a reflection on the town
Location to ferry
Nothing
Jonathan was there to greet us and explain about the facilities and eating options in the local area. He could not have been more pleasant and professional.
All our needs were catered for. St Martins is a very pleasant Guest House.
This is a spotlessly clean modern guest house literally three minutes from the ferry terminal. Free and easy parking on site. Petrol station, shop and bar nearby.
Clean. Safe. Comfortable.
Great location for the ferry
All good
Brilliant stay for a night before ferry as a family of 5 in a guest room. Clean and tidy and great host in Jonathan.
Close to ferry port. Large rooom Friendly and informative greeting. Big car park.
No carpets on wooden floors created lots of noise. Beds and pillows really hard.
Close to port
Noise of bathroom fan.
Owner was exceptional, went out of his way to be helpful, even giving us a lift to the ferry terminal as we were foot passengers.
Nothing
Clean spacious room close to ferry
Basic straightforward and exactly as expected.
Spotlessly clean and tidy, the room had everything you'd need for an overnight stay. Well located close to Rosslare Harbour and within walking distance of a supermarket, petrol station shop and a pub serving food. Good communication about access to the property.
Good approach clear directions and clean comfortable room. Beds were clean and soft for me
We had an initial problem with the shower which was quickly sorted out as we were unaware how to operate it
Location to ferry port, and loads of parking

Great location for the ferry and plenty of parking.
There are not many places to eat within walking distance. The local pub had a two hour wait for a table. Not the accommodations fault, but best to book or be prepared to drive again.
The owner was very kind and helpful, and also offered to drive me to the terminal of the ferries on the day of my departure, which was really nice of him. The room was clean, nice, quiet, had a lovely feel, and had all you may need, including kettle with coffee, tea and milk etc. a hair dryer, a TV I could watch comfortably from my bed -the bed was super comfy-, the bathroom was good too... At one point I realised I didn´t have a charger for my mobile and the owner again immediately found one I could use. Also the room was bigger than I needed! But I was lucky to get it, I think it was the last available room.
Nice place, conveniently located for the ferry
The lighting in the bathroom was poor and could have used a couple of shelves to put toiletries on
Very close to catching the boat
The bed was awful in room 2 the floorboards was very creaky all over only thing that was good was the shower
Great value. Ideal location for the ferry. The lady of the house very kindly dropped us off at the ferry port at the crack of dawn. Couldn't have been more helpful.
Easy check in. Perfect location for early ferry.
Beautiful view. Welcoming property. Lovey sitting area in center on first floor perfect foe unwinding.
There is no breakfast. It’s accommodation only. The location is perfect for catching the early-morning ferry.
At this place, there is no reception desk and the front door is locked at all times. To get in, you open a key box on the outside wall. You do this by opening a combination lock. The combination is sent to you by email on the day of your stay. It would have helped if I had been sent the right number! After I’d struggled for a few minutes, someone came out and correctly guessed what the number should be.
We were delighted to be welcomed by our very helpful host. The accommodation was located on a quiet street but was within walking distance of a shop, a pharmacy and a well appointed restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious evening meal. We were also a 4 minute drive from the Ferry port which was excellent as we had an early morning ferry.
There was nothing to dislike
Very close to the ferry/harbour and spacious rooms with decent beds. Very accommodating to our needs as a cot bed was added to our room which was helpful.
Stayed here before early morning ferry to Spain. It is well located. We were met by Jonathon on arrival and luckily had time to visit the beach and have a walk around. Nice to have a fridge just outside our room with a lovely sitting area. Room was large and bathroom was new. A 15 minute walk down to the ferry.
We arrived by train and had large suitcases and there is a very steep hill to the town from the train and ferry. We were ok with this and knew about it.
Location
Only one towel provided which we luckily spotted In evening and not in morning!! No glasses for water pillows awful small room!
Excellent location for catching or arrival by ferry. Plenty of safe parking. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot. No breakfast available but tea, coffee, water and biscuits available in room. I would stay at St Martin's again.
Closeness to the ferry as we were leaving early the next morning, size of the room, quiet, manager was very helpful
2 lights didn’t work in the twin room
Jonathon was a real saviour, picking us up at train station and taking us to the ferry the next day. His recommendation of the fish shop down the road was spot on!
Great location within Rosslare, especially if you're departuring from the Ferry Port. Jonathan was great and very acommodating, the place was tidy, clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the shower worked great.
The flooring is old and creaks, so we were scared it would wake up other guests when we walked around the room.
Location was perfect for getting the early morning ferry
Noisey floorboards
Spacious room. Wonderful friendly welcome from Jonathon Leader
It was very clean and ideally located. The staff were very helpful with local advice.
There was no fridge in the room.
We were met at the door but a very helpful person who gave us advice on where to eat (excellent pizza restaurant) and what time to leave for the ferry next morning. The whole thing was pretty seemless.
Great location; quiet and very close to the ferry: we were cycling. Jonathan allowed us to store our bikes inside under the stairs.
More and newer pillows.
Lovely building. V friendly staff. 3 mins drive from ferry and a 3 min walk to the Dock Hotel with very good food.
I loved it all
Good location, clean and comfortable. Host was helpful with information.

Jonathon was very welcoming. He gave us information about local dining places. Explained the ferry procedures and ensured we made it on time!

Room was good size, bed was comfortable, clean, tidy, plenty of parking on site, location is excellent
Didn't dislike anything but maybe just provide cereals and juice, tea and coffee already supplied. But there is a Cafe at the end of the road if your in need of a bigger breakfast.
Limpieza y comodidad.
-Comfortable beds. - good location - easy to get to beach and ferry
-quite warm in the room. - couldn't find how to contact the owner when I wanted to ask a question.
Nice overnight hotel for ferry travellers.
Super comfortable and easy to reach after/before you take off on a ferry. Great fish and chips down the road too.
I pavimenti in legno e l'arredamento ti fanno percepire subito l'atmosfera Irlandese .
