Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Ruime en comfortabele kamers in een rustige omgeving dichtbij Amsterdam-Zuid. Goed bereikbaar met de tram. Zeer stille kamers. Uitstekende bedden en douche.
Alles beviel ons. Dit was ons tweede verblijf dit jaar en ook de volgende keer zullen we dit aparthotel kiezen.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026הדירה מרווחת מאוד. עיצוב הפנים יפה מאוד. הדירה היתה נקיה. במטבח היו כלים טובים פרקטיים ויפים. המיקום בדיוק מחוץ למרכז העיר. בגג יש חלון שמכניס אור יום נעים לדירה.
בבניין 4 דירות A,B בקומה 1 C,D בקומה 2 אנו היינו בדירה D בקומה השניה. יש לטפס כ 50 מדרגות תלולות כדי להגיע לדירה.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026To be away from the tourist area but in easy striking distance is paramount to us. Being a quieter area going to local shops and restaurants with locals always gives a better perspective. Being able to escape from the necessary world of crowds at Dam, Centraal station, 9 straatjes and the like, is very satisfying.
I guess a bigger more varied menu at Lucias...but it was fine for one meal. There were some good options close by. Nice stay will definitely be back when back in this neck of the woods.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Odamız büyük ve rahattı mutfakta her türlü imkan mevcuttu. Yataklar rahattı. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardı severdi.Toplu ulaşıma çok rahat ulaşılıyordu.
Camın hemen önünde bisiklet parkı olmasını sevmedim. Birde konum merkeze biraz uzak geldi bize metro ardından tranvaya binmek gerekiyor.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Excellent solution for having an apartment within a property with all the amenities, including a restaurant and bar. The staff was extremely helpful on more than one occasion. In an emergency situation, they were even quick to find a solution. What more can I say? I don't know if the holiday would have been as enjoyable if we hadn't stayed here. Highly recommended!

El sofá cama no estaba hecho, tuvimos que sacar nosotros la cama del propio sofá y efectivamente estaba la sábana pero llena de polvo, como si hubiera estado tiempo sin usar. Por otro lado, el sofá cama es muy incómodo, se notan los muelles. Las camas están bien pero el sofá cama es especialmente incómodo. No es válido para dormir confortablemente.

Only bad thing I can say is we booked the sauna and when we got there it hadn’t been turned on, so we wasted a bit of our hour waiting for it to heat up

llegamos y nuestra habitacion no estaba limpia del todo. La ducha estaba sucia y perdia agua. La luz principal titilaba permanentemente. Bajamos a reclamar y nos cambiaron automaticamente de habitacion, eso estuvo muy bien de su parte.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Per i miei standard, il posizionamento dei letti era molto preciso, seppur funzionale. Inizialmente abbiamo riscontrato qualche difficoltà nell'impostare il condizionamento della stanza, poi ci siamo chiariti con la reception.
Purtroppo si è presentata una perdita continua dal sofitto, un gocciolamento di acqua poi essere risultato dipendente da un'infiltrazione dal tetto. Abbiamo avvisato la reception che poi ci ha organizzato un cambio di camera per la sera. Ha creato un po' di disagi questa situazione, ma il problema è stato ben gestito dalla struttura.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Great location, right next to tram lines 5 and 25, with easy access to the city centre. Gym was alright, but some of the weights had been broken. Kitchen was kind of equipped.
Very overpriced for what it offers. The €150 deposit was not mentioned beforehand, the Murphy bed was disappointing, and the breakfast was extremely limited. We could choose between only two drinks and one main meal, and the portions were more suitable for children than adults. There was also some daily “fresh” bakery. Anything beyond that had to be paid for separately at the full price.. We even had to book a breakfast time, yet the dining area was still full and we were sometimes asked to wait. Also the lights in the bathroom were not lighting so well.

The sofa bed mattress was not that comfortable. Whenever you move, you can feel the springs underneath. Good be way better. Not cleaning the room everyday or at least twice if you are staying a week long is something annoying especially if you are with kids.

Eravamo in tre e ci siamo fermati per cinque notti, quindi sei giorni in cui la nostra stanza non è mai stata pulita. Essendo un aparthotel dovrebbe avere gli stessi servizi, così pensavamo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è troppo alto ma forse in linea con le strutture di Amsterdam.

A roupa de cama era pequena para os colchões o que fez com que as camas estivessem sempre de ser feitas novamente, visto que se desfaziam constantemente. A localização, apesar de ter tram logo ao lado do hotel, é longe do centro e numa zona mais residencial e isolada.

Sengene var skuffende. De var lagt ind i et rum, så den der lå inderst skulle kravle hen over den der lå yderst. Der var en låge, der ikke kunne køres hen foran sengene, så man kunne ikke bruge spejlet bag lågen. Ali i alt en tåbelig indretning. Køkkenet var meget højt. Servicet på øverste hylder kunne ikke nåes.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Ottima la posizione, comodissima per i trasporti pubblici. Aparthotel silenzioso e staff molto gentile. Il prezzo è veramente competitivo per essere ad Amsterdam
La pulizia potrebbe essere molto più accurata. La colazione è solamente “a la carte” e non illimitata a buffet. La linea tram che serve la zona non ti porta direttamente in centro ma solo fino alla zona dei musei, poi devi cambiare.

Il y avait juste 2 assiettes, 2 couverts. Pas suffisant pour un séjour de 8 jours. Lit pas pratique contre le mur car drap souvent défait .

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La struttura è in una posizione privilegiata per raggiungere il centro di Amsterdam in poco tempo e comodamente con tram e metro (il tram è praticamente sotto l’hotel). In generale camere grandi e spaziose, bagno e cucina molto belli. Personale sempre gentile.
Non ho apprezzato alcuni dettagli che potrebbero essere migliorati: la lavanderia ha davvero un cattivo odore. Ho chiesto un phon aggiuntivo ma non me lo hanno dato. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza il primo giorno perché il Divano letto aveva il materasso completamente sfondato, ci hanno cambiato stanza con un upgrade devo dire stanza molto bella e divano comodo però l’aria condizionata non arrivava nelle stanze ma solo nella sala. Alla terrazza si può accedere solo se mangi al ristorante (quindi non è una terrazza dell’hotel ma del ristorante).

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The location was reasonably convenient, and the bathroom itself appeared clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, these were overshadowed by several major problems with the room.
The kitchen was extremely small, with barely enough space to keep even basic utensils. The bathroom and kitchen doors were directly opposite each other, creating a genuine risk of someone being hit when either door was opened suddenly. The bathroom drainage was also badly clogged, causing water to spread across the bathroom and towards the kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were not well maintained. The biggest issue was the bed. It appeared to be made from 3–4 separate small mattresses placed together, with the mattresses moving in different directions during the night. It was extremely uncomfortable and made sleeping very difficult. Compared with our other stay in Amsterdam, Cityden Zuidas was by far the worst accommodation experience of our trip.

Todo el equipo ha sido super amable, especialmente Ana que nos hizo una gestión/cambio, preocupándose por mi discapacidad. Estela también muy simpática. Hay todo tipo de utensilios de cocina. El tranvía está a menos de 5 minutos andando. Hay parking del hotel, aunque también se puede aparcar en la calle, de pago, pero es muy barato y el sábado y domingo es gratis. Hay sauna y gym pero no nos dio tiempo a usarlo. Tiene una terraza arriba muy chula, y juegos de mesa. Vamos... Que si volvemos, repetiríamos apartamento....
Todo muy bien.

Le parking (payant) réservé à l'hôtel permet d'avoir l'esprit tranquille pour circuler en tram/velo à Amsterdam. Le confort et l'équipement ++ de la chambre qui permet de cuisiner et de prendre ses petits déjeuner avant/après une journée de visite. La lumière tamisée dans la SDB/WC qui permet de ne réveiller personne pendant la nuit.Vraiment agréable!
Des détails: impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre: on aurait aimé être prévenus. Autres détails: Des fourmis dans la chambre, sûrement dues à la toiture végétalisée devant notre fenêtre (A120). Le produit à lessive de la laverie avait une odeur très désagréable.

Not close to a supermarket (15-20 min walk) - made sourcing breakfast/lunch food etc more difficult. Lots of noise throughout day and night from people and cars/buses arriving and departing from area outside front of hotel (which our room overlooked). A group of men drinking and talking loudly congregated across the road and stayed until around midnight - two nights in a row :-(

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026El apartamento tiene todo lo imprescindible para una estancia ligera. Muy bien comunicado con el tranvía, barrio muy tranquilo, silencioso y seguro. Tiene un supermercado muy cerca. el personal del hotel muy eficiente.
Nuestra estancia fue de una semana, 4 personas. Nos cambiaron las toallas y basura en dos ocasiones que lo pedimos. Me hubiese gustado que pasaran a limpiar la habitación al menos una vez, o dejar instrumentos de limpieza para hacerlo uno. Esto es un hotel y no de los más baratos.

There’s nothing in the neighborhood so you can’t just walk around and expect restaurants or supermarkets.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026We had a great stay in Cityden Zuidas. À petite but well equipped and clean apartment with access to gym and laundry facilities. The staff were so generous and atttentive to the needs of our whole family. And there was a great rooftop restaurant to enjoy for breakfast and a drink at the end of the day. It’s also on a tram line that goes directly into town so perfect if you want to stay outside of town but have access to the centre with ease.

Very good breakfast served at the rooftop restaurant. Great location, close to the metro and surrounded by student residences. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city centre.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Staff was very nice every time we interacted, my son got mini waffles multiple times. Hotels and office buildings surround it, the street is quiet. There is a food court and supermarkets a few minutes walk away at the next tram stop. We used the tram every time to get to/from the hotel. You can transfer to train at the southern station. We got a really good deal since our booking was rather last minute, price wise it's really good.
Breakfast is rather pricy and it's not continental so we did not end up eating breakfast at the hotel. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable so we ended up just putting the mattress on the floor for a much better sleep after the first night. We run the AC on max all the time but it still was not cold enough for us. We couldn't get the window to stay open for fresh air.
