Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the Studio or Apartment. This includes cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and linen change. The credit card used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Huge rooms with comfortable beds, complete amenities, and having two bathrooms for a family of 5 is a godsend. Shops and public transport also a 5-10 minute walk away.
It was quite far from the central Amsterdam as we soon realised, however it is easily accessible by public transport. It was much closer to the airport as it turns out.

The washer-dryer in the room, as well as the mini store at the lobby and the shopping center at walking distance were all very convenient. The location was great for us, only a short driving distance from Amsterdam city center and the surrounding attractions. I highly recommend for families.

Staff disponibile e accogliente. Possibilità di noleggio bici e di un piccolo market per le emergenze all'interno dell'aparthotel
Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia dell'appartamento: c'era un po' di polvere in giro.

Tiene bus al aeropuerto cerca y tranvía con conexión al metro ambos a menos de 5 minutos.hay también una zona comercial cercana con super enorme, restaurantes y tiendas . La zona es muy tranquila.

Hi Maybe placing a glass in one of the showers will help prevent water from spilling out. Also, we found that one of the green mugs is cracked, so we set it aside; additionally, having mugs with handles is recommended for the safety of guests. In addition to the above, we missed seeing the washing machine. Overall, the Appartment met our expectations from all perspectives; thank you very much!

The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The room was clean. The staff were helpful and polite.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Das Zimmer ist angenehm groß, gut isoliert, von anderen Gästen war nichts zu hören, keine Störungen von außen, kein Straßenlärm. Die Klimaanlage ermöglicht die individuelle Anpassung der Temperatur an die eigenen Wünsche. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Licht im Badezimmer ist ziemlich schlecht, man sieht sich weder im großen Spiegel noch im Vergrößerungsspiegel so, dass man sich gut schminken kann. Es fehlt auch ein großer Spiegel im Zimmer, um seine Kleidung zu kontrollieren. Ach ja: Es sollte vielleicht auch erwähnt werden, dass man sich im Bett mit nur einer großen Decke fürs Doppelbett arrangieren muss. ;) Die Möglichkeit der Kaffee-/Teezubereitung ist mit gerade einmal 2 Portionen Kaffee und 2 Schwarzteebeutel für 3 Tage sehr mager. Da hielte ich bei diesem Übernachtungspreis etwas mehr Komfort für angemessen. Das Frühstück a la carte ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: Man hat die Möglichkeit, unter verschiedenen Komponenten auszuwählen, aber nur begrenzt. Wenn man zu seinem Hauptgericht (z.B. eine der vielen Ei-Variationen) noch Brot zusätzlich bestellt, bekommt man eben Brot dazu, aber keinen Aufschnitt. Statt Brot bestellte ich als Extra einen Obstsalat, um etwas Frisches zu haben. Dieser bestand fast nur aus Scheiben verschiedener Apfelsorten und etwas Melone und war damit sehr trocken und geschmacklich einseitig. Möchte man zusätzlich Obstsalat und einen Joghurt, muss man diesen extra bezahlen, weil nur jeweils ein Extra inklusive ist. Im Vergleich zu den fast überall üblichen Frühstücksbuffets in den besseren Hotels ist das alles recht knapp bemessen. Fazit: Ob man das Frühstück so für 19,80 € dazubuchen möchte, muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Im nahegelegenen Stadtzentrum gibt es andere Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Allerdings ist die Frühstückszeit von 7 - 10 (am WE sogar 11 Uhr) sehr großzügig und man kommt für diverse Aktivitäten immer früh los. Das war für uns entscheidend.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Das Hotel ist direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle gelegen, mit der man sehr gut in die Innenstadt gelangt. In der näheren Umgebung des Hotels sind weitere Hotels und Bürogebäude, sodass die Umgebung am Wochenende relativ ruhig war. Parkplätze sind mit einem Rabattcode in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage zubuchbar, das Hotel selbst verfügt leider über keine eigenen kostenfreien Parkplätze. Unser Zimmer verfügte neben dem großen Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne über eine separate Toilette, was bei der Zimmerbelegung von vier Personen äußerst praktisch war.
Wir waren zu viert in unserem Zimmer und hatten zunächst nur Bettwäsche/Handtücher für zwei Personen. Die weiteren Decken, Kissen und Handtücher wurden uns dann auf mehrfache Nachfrage von der Rezeption zur Verfügung gestellt.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Schönes Apartment mit Schlafzimmer, sehr guten Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, so dass wir täglich frühstücken konnten aber es sind auch Mikrowelle und Backofen vorhanden. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Separate zusätzliche Toilette erlaubte, dass im Schlafzimmer nächtigende Personen nicht gestört werden mussten, da der Zugang zum Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, Toilette vom Schlafzimmer ausging.Das Personal hat uns auch in einem Notfall sehr entgegenkommend unterstützt. Tram und Parkhaus sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Cityden Stadshart. The 24/7 reception staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any request. The apartment was very spacious, with a large bedroom and bathroom that made our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and convenient for preparing meals. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping service, including fresh towels every day. Overall, a great place to stay.
There were a few areas that could be improved: The hallway had an unpleasant smell during our stay. We rented bicycles from the hotel, but they were not in good condition and appeared to be poorly maintained. The hotel does not have its own parking. Street parking is only available overnight, and the nearest daytime parking is about a 5-minute walk away and costs around €17 per day. We were also disappointed that the bedrooms doors could not be locked. The bedrooms and main room windows are fixed and cant be ipend for fresh air (this may have been specific to our room).

Mate. The rooms weren’t sound proofed. You could hear neighbours like they were talking actually to you. And then of course, everyone like a bit of slap and tickles, but you don’t want to hear it!

El baño olia mal y algo que suele ser complimentario en los hoteles como una pasta de dientes lo cobran a 3.50, sale mas a cuenta cogerla en el supermercado. Tampoco esta muy claro que haya que dejar deposito almenos yo iba buscando un lugar donde no hiciese falta y en este no salia nada hasta una vez ya lo habia reservado, creo que esto debe estar muy claro antes de hacer la reserva.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026God beliggenhet med nærhet til trikk og buss til sentrum og flyplass, samt kort vei å gå til dagligvarebutikk og kjøpesenter. Layout på leiligheten var bra med to dusjer og to toalett. Svært god mat i restauranten (kjøpte middag der en kveld). Godt ventilasjonssystem med mulighet til å få ønsket temperatur. Fint med døgnåpen resepsjon og heis (bodde i 3 etasje). Rent sengetøy og håndklær.
Renholdet sto ikke til forventningene. Det hadde rent ting ned på veggene flere steder. Det dryppet noe fra kjøkkenvifta ned på platetoppen selv om den ikke ble brukt. Spisestuestolene har stoff i stolryggen og var flekkete, og 1-2 av dem var nokså slitt og flasset av fra setekanten i kunstig skinn. Det var flere steder det burde vært vasket bedre, som fliser over kjøkkenbenk, kant på kjøleskap og skapdører, søppelsortering, og i sprekken som er midt på spisebordet samt ymse veggflater.

The breakfast is very basic, without too many things to pick and eat from. Also, we came with many bags, but no one offered any help to carry them. Seemed strange.

Departe de mijloace de transport și de centru. Nu s-au schimbat niciodată prosoapele și nu s-a făcut curățenie în cameră niciodată. S-a oprit garanție la sosire (150 Euro) care a fost returnată după trei zile. Micul dejun nejustificat de scump .

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026We loved everything about our stay. Arriving during a heat wave and having air con in a beautifully furnished apartment was such a delight! Our two bed apartment with 2 bathrooms was very deluxe and very spacious. Light filled, lovely linen, large beds all helped to make the stay so good. The kitchen could have had a few extra things in it eg chop board, toaster but other than that everything was great. When I requested a chop board at reception one was provided by the friendly & helpful staff. Very close to public transport and a major shopping centre. Staying here has been a definite highlight of our holiday. Although it was 30 to 40 min by public transport to Central Amsterdam it was much cheaper than inner city accom and very good value for money. 20 min from the airport. Highly recommend Cityden. You can't go wrong with a stay here.
Nor having the kitchen more fully equipped.

1) There were no towels in the room - that’s a pretty big hotel expectation miss. When I walked down to ask for some (dripping wet from the shower), I was first told to look ‘inside the couch’ (our room had no couch)! No ‘sorry’, no ‘let me get you some towels’. That added insult to injury… 2) When we returned to the hotel around 11.30pm, the doors to the elevator opened to find it full of puke. Someone had thrown up all over the elevator floor and door. When we reported this at reception, again, a reply that was lacking. No ‘sorry’. No ‘let me clean this up right away’. Just a peek and a shoulder shrug. We had to use the disgusting elevator to get to our room.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Goed hotel, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding (hoewel de prijzen per dag kunnen verschillen en je dus wel moet opletten), goede basic kamer (ik had de studio), zeer prettig en behulpzaam personeel.
Als je voor Amsterdam komt, is het wel wat uit de route, hoewel er een goede tramverbinding is.

Good gym room. Ideal location for our travel purposes. Public transport and a shopping centre within easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Nothing, staff was very arrogant. They charged additional euro 59 for my kid but given same room with double bed only. I have to wait till mid night for check in. There were insects on the floor.
The senior manager was sitting there and enjoying drink. When I approached him , he said he is not working now. It was really worst hotel I booked.
