Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Beim Problem bezüglich Eintritt, war Maria schnell zur Stelle. Shuttleservice war hervorragend (Personen waren sehr pünktlich bezüglich abholen/bringen zum Flughafen). Frühstück war pünktlich. Bettwäsche- und Badetücherwechsel in der Mitte der Woche. Studio und Badezimmer war sehr sauber.
Hellhörigkeit von unten und von oben (weitere Studios) und im Treppenhaus. Studio eher begrenzt von der Grösse her. Wohncouch ist zersessen und der Esstisch war instabil. Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Trinidade, wo man ankommt, wenn man mit der U vom Flughafen reinfährt. Das Apartement war sehr klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Supermarkt in zwei Gehminuten. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out.
Nur ein Nachtkästchen hat gefehlt. Ist leider zu eng dafür.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Una estancia estupenda en pleno centro de Oporto Nuestra experiencia en Trindade by Guestify ha sido muy positiva. El apartamento está muy bien situado, en una zona céntrica pero tranquila, perfecta para recorrer Oporto a pie y con la estación de metro de Trindade muy cerca. Además, hay supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes a pocos minutos. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio, cuidado y bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo durante la estancia. Las camas son cómodas, el apartamento resulta agradable. Pero queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Alina, de Guestify. Es una persona resolutiva, cercana y tremendamente eficaz. Desde el primer momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros, respondió rápidamente a nuestras dudas y demostró una gran habilidad para buscar soluciones y facilitar las cosas. Ese tipo de atención marca realmente la diferencia cuando estás de viaje y hace que la experiencia sea todavía mejor. También nos gustó especialmente el sistema del desayuno. Cada mañana lo dejan preparado en bolsas individuales, cuidadosamente presentadas y con todo organizado para cada huésped. Nos pareció un sistema muy práctico y cómodo, pero además está hecho con mimo: la presentación es bonita y cuidada y hace que algo tan sencillo como recoger el desayuno resulte especial. Un detalle muy agradable y un sistema que funciona francamente bien.

My apartment had an outdoor area where we ate breakfast. A/c worked perfect. The entire partement had perfect temperature. Best shower we had on this trip.

No segundo dia tivemos uma avaria no ar condicionado, informamos e disseram que iriam reparar. Uma vez que estava muito quente, dormir foi muito difícil, pois se abríamos as janelas ficava claro e com ruído. Até regressamos não foi feito a reparação, nem um pedido de desculpas por não terem conseguido reparar o ar condicionado. Só tenho a lamentar esta falha.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Klein appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een short-stay of vakantie. De ligging is perfect om Porto en omgeving te verkennen. Je kunt te voet verschillende kanten uit en de bushalte en metrostation zijn om de hoek.
Een paar kleine zeur-puntjes. De douchekop zat wat los waardoor deze lekte en een deurklink die wat moeilijk deed. Bij melding hiervan werd dit gelijk opgepakt. Het is wel wat gehorig door alle houten vloeren en trappen in het gebouw.

el depto no esta mal, pero el aire acondicionado estaba malo y solo había un ventilador que no ayudada demasiado considerando que habían mas de 33 grados de calor. Escalera angosta y bien parada, sin ascensor. Si buscas un hotel, esta no es la opción. Ho hay servicio de limpieza diaria. No volvería

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026El apartamento es tal cual las fotos ,tienes todo muy cerca caminando ,como la estación de tren de Sao Bento,punto neurálgico de la ciudad,bajo hay cafeterías y bares para desayunar y cenar todo un acierto si quieres cenar cerca del apartamento.
Que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y dado que todo eran ventanales que le daban el sol todo el día,pues era como un invernadero,teníamos que dejar las ventanas abiertas al irnos porque sino al volver por la noche no podíamos dormir del calor. La respuesta que nos dieron era que lo estaban mirando con la compañía pero tenía pinta que era una excusa y tuvimos todos los días las ventanas abiertas ya que pillamos una ola de calor en oporto a finales de mayo. PD: menos mal que era una ola de calor y no de frio porque no me gustó nada que no nos dieran una solución al problema.

The apartments are in an excellent location, close to the main Metro interchange, close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shopping. I would definitely stay here again if we're fortunate to visit Porto again. Highly recommended.
The mattress on the bed was very hard. They need to put a mattress topper on the beds for the comfort of the guests.

The charges for water and coffee available was disappointing. Most others the starter water is free. Its the first time I have had to empty my own rubbish bin. This would have been easier if they had given directions to the street bins.

Bed settee was leather and quite uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and didn’t actually make the rooms any cooler.

En el filtro de la reserva aparecía que tenía parking. Después de la reserva nos enteramos de que el parking era en otro lugar y bajo coste extra (unos 20€ al día). Además, había menaje de cocina que no servía en la placa de inducción. La terraza que aparece en las fotos no la pudimos utilizar por haber demasiados bichos.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026I can’t evaluate the originally booked apartment, as due to technical reasons we were given a different one. However, the alternative was very comfortable and well-equipped, and its location was excellent. All the main sights of Porto were within walking distance. There was also great communication with Maria throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend it!

El ruido que hacia el piso al caminar, tambien se oía , los de arriba. Para 3 adultos se nos hizo muy pequeño.

Guestify (Alina) responded to our emails quickly and reassuringly, too. Well appointed. The room could accommodate three people
Well... it seems churlish to complain, but there was no manual explaining how to use the microwave oven, which had a few tricky features, though we could figure it out generally after some trial and error.
