Decent Cooperative Staff but could hardly understand English.

Bellman was lovely and friendly

Beds way too hard. Shower was a nozzle on wall, flooded bathroom when used. No hot water was just warmer than cold. Bath felt like would collapse under me and I am not that heavy. No details on breakfast, was told when we asked to call room service. Minimal information in the room about services if any. Had to pay full night accomodation to get a few hours extra till our flight, had to ask for WiFi password and they wouldn’t give us plugged into our phone themselves. Minimal English from reception which was hard to communicate Cheap and worked for the one night we stayed Was very clean.

The room was very clean and big, the bed were comfortable.

No shower over bath and the bath was leaking.

Everything about the advertising for the property was false. It was extremely noisy 24/7, uncomfortable, a weird layout, the bathroom flooded when showering, no hot water at all, no mini bar as stated, no bath as stated, no pool as stated, bed felt dirty, aircon and bathroom mouldy

Very helpful staff very kind if any problems. Breakfast was a few different tasty vietnamese meals to your room, simple but good. Room just as photos described.

The location is very good. It is near to the airport about 10mins reach. It is also near to many food places and it is along the main road. The staffs (Nguyen & Huyen (the receptionist), Nguyen (the bellboy) were so nice, friendly and helpful. I felt so comfortable and they are always smiling and approachable. They can also speak and understand english well. You can ask anything or any help like ask to call the taxi or location for good food. They also provide massage in the hotel which is great as no hassle to travel out to find place for relaxing and massage. My masseuse (Phuong) was friendly and nice. He tried to converse with me even though his english is not good. The place is also clean and comfortable like sitting in the movie theather while watching something on the two big tv screen.

No negative. Just maybe the gap between main door's bottom to the floor is quite big space. I mean if you on the light inside the room, it can be seen from outside.

Friendly staff, spacious room

We used this room as a base for a 12 hour stopover in Ho Chi Minh. The service was great. Location was a 10 minute taxi to airport which was what we wanted. Room was clean, small issue was bathroom floor getting flooded when using shower (rm 209)

hotel is close to the airport and easy to find. The rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. The 24 hour staff is really convenient and spa is amazing. We travel internationally a month every year and this hotel has the best service we have ever had., they even drove us to the airport at 4:30 in the morning and stores our luggage. We were so impressed and will always come back here when in HCM. There are a lot of not so nice hotels in this city that are not like the pictures. This one is better. Also very quiet.

stuffed room . no window. big bed in a small room . breakfast in bedroom. no space to eat. breakfast menu only 5 items and you have to pay for drinks. ridiculous. first time seen that . you get breakfast in small room sit on bed to eat and you pay for tea coffee with breakfast

The room was basic but clean

i had been in contact with the hotel prior to arriving and was told we could check in early, we were only in the hotel 12hrs but have been charged 2 nights. (I’ve attached a pic of my bill, being told I checked in the day before when I only arrived in the country on the 16th october and checked out on the 16th) what’s really annoyed me is how the hotel staff did this and warn anyone in future not to physically give your card to them. I had my bank card on the counter as I was about to pay but saw the price was double, I said that this was wrong and showed my booking and then waited for the receptionist to make a call to I’m guessing the manager. I went to take my card back before I sat down and she put her hand over my card and basically wouldn’t let me have it back. I sat down to wait for the outcome of the call for 5-10mins then had a notification on my phone that the amount the hotel wanted to charge (not what was stated on my booking.com booking) was taken and that receptionist had snuck around the corner and charged my card anyway… Im mostly angry she did this without my consent and cost us 30 mins when we were already running late. I just can’t understand how they can be so sneaky, I was literally sat there waiting patiently for an explanation or for them to redo the bill… why would they not discuss with me like you would any customer.. anyway for me that’s next level low and I don’t support businesses that do things in this manner

The hotel looks okay, staff is very helpful. I would recommend Mr. Toan Thang and Ms. Huyen : they are excellent staffs to guide and help me anything during my stay overthere.

Location is not good for transportation: heavy traffic jam and not a lot of restaurants around.

I stayed here after flying 21 hrs, and assumed a cheap hotel would be fine as I would be so tired I could sleep anywhere. Wow, that was a mistake. This place sits right on a busy road and they honk a lot in vietnam, I did not sleep one wink. Ended up giving up on sleep and checking out at 7am and paying extra to check on to my next hotel early. If you are a light sleeper dont stay here. Also did not feel safe to leave the hotel it is a very sketchy area.

Room need upgrading. Room light and toilet lights are not bright enough. Bathroom got flooded, after a bath.

This dump hotel should get rid of most of the staff and tear down the hotel. I got the usual disrespectful attitudes due to Parkinson’s...getting bad or no service. They are doing a half assed renovation that will do l ittle to improve the feel and function. New paint over old paint and dirt still looks like crap and the bad plumbing will still be broken

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで居心地がいい。 私のつたない英語でも、理解してくれ、問題がまったくなかった。 タクシーもすぐ拾ってくれるし、バスもあるし、移動は便利。朝ごはんも部屋まで運んでくれるから、楽。 1点だけ問題があるのは、部屋の換気扇が異常にうるさい。しかもエアコンと連動しているので、換気扇を切るとエアコンも切れる。。。 案外どこでも眠れる私が、この音に慣れるまで、2日かかった。 それだけが、問題（笑）

員工有禮貌，服務不錯，而且位置亦接近機場，方便來回，但酒店設施已經有些殘破，加上浴室比較差，要使用熱水洗澡亦需要等候一段時間才有，房間的空調亦不足夠涼比較像開風扇。但性價比來說還是不錯，如果要求不太高是可以接受。

We spent our first two nights in Vietnam here. Staff were very friendly and eager to help (even through the language barrier). Rooms were a little dated but comfortable nonetheless. A/C worked very well, bathroom was fully stocked with toiletries and the free breakfast was delicious! A little far from the tourist/sightseeing area but was very close to a couple of local busses that took you there (for approx 30 cents Canadian) and there was a ton to explore and experience on the doorstep. Would definitely go back again!

It has a spa, cheap hotel and good value. It is close to the airport so it is a very good transit hotel when you are in ho chi minh city.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel staffs were friendly and very helpful. Good service from them. Room amenities and ambience were nice. However my only issue with this hotel is the cleanliness. There were ants in my room and bed sheets had numerous stains. Overall, a good hotel, they just need to improve on their cleanliness levels.

This property was close to the airport It's on a busy avenue so rooms close to road a bit noisy. Service staff was quick and attentive. The breakfast noted in the ad was true but a bit erroneous in that it was a room service selection of 7 or 8 room service items. So food was average or less. The rooms were clean yet a bit dated. And also in my travels and not anything specific to this property. Most rooms have the wall or ceiling air conditioner which in almost all my travel sound like a Boeing 747 taxiing for take off. We were woken up at 7 am by music BLASTING from the gym next door. It proceeded to play for 30 minutes and then stopped, but we were already up by then. I cannot believe they put people in rooms that are that close to the gym - it was terrible. The hallways are also open to the outside so if it hadn’t have been the music that woke us up, it would’ve been the motorbikes revving out back. Not a pleasant stay, wouldn’t recommend this place. Thankfully we only needed to stay one night.

We needed a place to stay close to the airport and this places fits the bill. And added bonus was the spa service which we used a few times.

This hotel is located on one of the most busiest street ib Ho Chi Minh city. Stayed here 2 nights in late January, was given a room on level 7 facing the street, I was woke up by the constant humming traffic noice early in the morning. I stayed another 2 nights after rerurning from trip to Central Vietnam. This time I was giveb a room facing the back on the 8th floor. This is even worst!!! 24 houra major construction works! The water pressure is a joke, it was pulsing like someone is manually pumping the water. Reported 3 times before it was being looked at. Now I can't even have a shower as the water pressure is so low like someone is doing number one!

Minh Tam’s service was excellent ; my stay included breakfast, parking and good Wi-Fi. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. Location is close to the airport.

Minh Tam hotel and spa was a disappointment. Hotel is very basic and in a noisy neighbourhood. There is a viaduct right in front of hotel. The spa is accessible for men only. There was no breakfast area. We had to eat it in the room. People were friendly. A good hotel for business but not for tourists.

Noise from the traffic on the street on one side, generators and motors on the other side. Walls are thin you hear what is happening on the floor and next room.

I was excited to be trying a new hotel only to be very disappointed. I was booked here by friends so I can be near their office and home. Though it's a hotel and spa, I will review the hotel only at this time. Location. It's in District 10 next to a 24 hour construction site. Rooms. I was given a large room with 2 Queen beds at the highest price on the price list. I requested a change to a smaller room with just one queen bed. It took two days to move me while paying the higher rate. My new room had a faulty room safe. Took 4 hours to get it repaired while we waited. The lowest room price on the Internet was $17, so cheap. When I asked about it, I was told "not available." My price was $50 and $35. Breakfast was included in the price. Besides having large bath towels laying around the restaurant, no butter for the breads and an opening time of 630am without food being actually ready, the breakfast soups were ok. Both English and service needs to be improved. The energetic doormen and bellboys were good staff.

The room is quite bare and dark. The shower and toilet are within the same space which means your walking on a wet floor after you shower if you want to use the toilet. The hallway is opened to the outside elements which is probably why there was a bug in my room. The rooms are quite dark and not very clean. The lobby is quite nice however the remainder of the hotel needs a complete renovation.

Unfortunately I booked this hotel quickly to be used as somewhere cheap for our family to sleep in between flights. It’s a nice hotel, but unfortunately it’s not in a family friendly area. A “24/7 men’s only massage” is run from this establishment. The comings and going’s are out of sight, run through a side foyer. Transport to and from the airport with this hotel is very expensive also. Go by a taxi.

We needed a bed for 6 hrs, which is why we booked Min Tham Hotel. It was cheap, staff were helpful and it was a good pointer to the relentless noise of Vietnam. Bed was average. Taxi to and from airport less than 100,000 dong.

Just try to find a place for few hours due to late flight. The hotel is support to be for MEN massage. Room is clean but very bad smoke, I booked Non-smoking room but couldnt sleep due to very smoky. The staff is very nice. But i will not come back here or recommend to my friends.

you know those cute Viet Nam hotels, boutique like, endearing staff, good breakfast...not this one. trashy neighborhood, active massage house 5th floor, exceptionally noisy AC, instant noodle breakfast....do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Location is not that perfect. Anywhere Grab/uber driver will easy identify this hotel. Clean, staff is friendly, facility new, hot water pressure all work fine. Stay at 3rd floor deluxe room. Facing behind building so can't hear noise from street. But surrounding can't find 24hrs shop, need close road walk about some distance to reach K Mart.

I had a back pain so I went and asked for a massage service twice. But the reception told me "No massage service for female, only for male".

We arrived in pouring rain, very helpful doorman help us with our rain coats, bags and luggage. Receptionist are helpful and beautiful. Room is clean. Entrance is excellent! The receptionist gave us the wrong room so when I change the room, she quickly apologize and change to the room that I booked immediately. My friend forgot my dry bag in the first room which I have some money and personal ID in it, the cleaner quickly open the room door so I can retrieve it back. But we were surprised that the room was occupied in such a short moment. I feel sorry for the guest because we do not know that they were there, but they are kind and honest enough to return my dry bag. If they are reading this review, I would love to apologize that we barge in without knocking as we don't know they're there in such a short time and I would love to thank them for being honest for not taking anything from my dry bag. Because it was raining, and we have no dinner yet, we decided to eat instant noodle in the room that we bought but no water heater in the room so we seek help from the cleaner lady. She is very kind and get us water heater and even help us to boil water. I'm a bit disappointed that they do not provide massage for ladies, which I really need after a long walk in the rain (we were scammed by taxi!!). No warm shower in the morning which I'm not sure why but luckily I have sweater that keeps me warm after shower. We checked-out early next morning and the receptionist that were fallen asleep acted quickly and apologize that he is tired, which is understandable, (it was 4a.m.) and help us to get a taxi to the airport. And thanks to him, he even inform us how much is the taxi fare so we would not be scam again by taxi (We've been scammed by taxi a lot in this trip, lesson learned, <hardly smile>). Overall, the service is excellent and is highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!

Well from the start the bathroom drain was clogged and the shower was the whole bathroom so everything got wet . Then the sink faucet was falling off the sink and there was a rooster right outside the room so I was not able to sleep . I got in at 12am form a 22 hr flight , went to sleep about 2am after the drain problem and the rooster started in at 4am , I was not happy !!!

I was amazed at the price of this hotel ... I paid $15/night. It is a 3 stars for the price of 1.5 star. I would stay here longer, if it is no too far from everything else. I would return the night before taking off to the airport ... just 1 mile from airport; this, less traffic to deal with. Excellent services ... Excellent staff ... Roomy hotel ...

Nice staffs. Clean and comfort but with some issues: 1) Stay three days. The room didn't get clean at all the first day. Have to remind the staffs three times before the cleaning staffs come to clean the room in the late afternoon of the second day. 2) The toilette wasn't working properly. Ask the front desk a few times to get it fix. Was promised it will be taken care of but nothing done.

Overall this hotel is clean and comfortable. I booked it when it was on sale and therefore the price is a bit competitive. However, it is not close to the city centre. One will have to take a taxi to get there.

This hotel had a 3.5 star rating which is why I chose it close to the airport HOWEVER we got locked in our room due to a faulty door lock which took more than one hour to try to communicate to the staff as no one spoke English There was fresh blood on the pillow There was only one towel for a twin room Yes they changed our room but I had to put up with the AC vibrating our wall all night BUT the biggest issue they held our passports as ransom just in case we tried to run off and not pay the mini bar bill Dreadful , shocking worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Just needed a bed for the night for one-night stopover. Room was spacious and clean but no windows. Staff friendly and helpful. No food available in hotel but lots of local food nearby on busy street. Not really suitable for a long stay unless you are literally just going to sleep there. Only a $5 taxi ride from airport but allow up to an hour for travel as traffic is terrible.

Not appropriate for family type people. They run a message parlor out of the hotel. They also keep your passport in the front desk. Stayed at 6 different hotels in vn and thus was the first that kept my passport. Also had someone come into my room at 230 am. Would should this place.
