Hôtel a été changé la veille de notre arrivée et ne correspond nullement a l'hôtel réservé auparavant Pas d'internet durant 3 jours malgré ma réclamation

Το δωμάτιο στον 2ο ήταν πολύ καλό. Ο İbrahim είναι φανταστικός, πολύ εξυπηρετικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να λύσει ότι πρόβλημα προέκυπτε. Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου πολύ καλή .

Το δωμάτιο στον 5ο όροφο ήταν καταστροφή, η τηλεόραση σπασμένη, ζεστό νερό σπάνια και πολύ συχνά δεν είχε και καθόλου νερό.

The property reached out to me on the day I was supposed to check in and requested to cancel reservation for free because they had problems with IC. I had to look for a new accommodation while I was at airport. I am still waiting for my refund.

Y'a beaucoup de choses qui manquent dans la chambre par exemple la télé ya rien a voir et le frigo fait un grand bruit la douche cassé

Fuimos al hotel taksim mood para el cheking, y nos esperaron con la sorpresa de que no tenían habitaciones para hospedarnos, y nos indicaron que podrían hospedarnos en otro alojamiento sin nombre, a pesar de las incomodidades para ir al otro alojamiento tuvimos que aceptar la solicitud, por falta de tiempo, la primera noche que estuvimos en el alojamiento, alguien ingreso a nuestra habitación con su propia llave, ya que nuestra puerta estuvo asegurada, con un grito tuvimos que expulsarlo, sumado al espantoso ruido, de la música de una fiesta que se celebró en el alojamiento hasta las dos de la madrugada.

Hotelul este all inclusiv, dar nu oferă decât doua mese prânz si cina. Micul dejun l am făcut singuri, pentru ca eram deasupra restaurantului, altfel nu deschideau decât la ora 10. De băuturi nici nu poate fi vorba. Mai bine ar spune de la început cu mese incluse nu all inclusiv.

A localização foi muito boa. O quarto tem um tamanho bom e é relativamente confortável. O staff foi simpático.

Para quem é sensível ao barulho não recomendo. É possível ouvir qualquer barulho da rua ou do corredor do hotel. A TV não funcionava e o banheiro tinha um cheiro de esgoto em alguns períodos do dia. Esse hotel além de não aceitar alteração, cobra mais caro se você for alterar. De qualquer forma, não recomendo a estada. Mas pelo preço da diária, não se pode exigir muito.

Fernsehen war kaputt nicht funktionierte , Klodeckerl waren kaputt, auseinander, zu eng , Flur , Gang Licht war kaputt sehr dunkel in Bad einige Teile waren verrostet

The hotel was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Самый центр. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Отель очень красивый и снаружи и внутри. Замечательные завтраки. А главное очень дружелюбный клиентоориентированный персонал. Спасибо вам большое за чудесно проведенное время. Вы лучшие.

Beliggenhed, pris og service

Der bør være tydeligere skiltning ved indgangen, så stedet er nemt at finde. Der er flere hoteller i området, og den nuværende skiltning er ikke tydelig nok.

Місце розташування!!! Холодильник, чайник, чашки, мінікосметика, чай, кава, кондиціонер, гаряча вода - все в наявності. Персонал привітний, проблеми вирішує досить швидко

Зник інтернет (треба було працювати, тому для нас це велика проблема). Брудновато - пачки від чіпсів за ліжком

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and had a great time. Both upon arrival and at check out I was welcomed with the utmost kindness and professionalism, I was offered coffee and water and very welcome help with my bags. The location is exceptional, a stone's throw from Istikial Caddesi and under the hotel there are many typical places to eat or drink something. The room was clean, there was a kettle and tea and coffee and a very useful fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom, although a little small, had everything, it was very clean and the shower was nice and intimate. In the structure there is a small and practical lift for up to 2 people and my room was quiet and I couldn't hear any noise from the restaurants in the street. I recommend this hotel for those who want to be in a perfect location with everything at hand and want a clean, comfortable hotel with everything you need for a pleasant and essential stay without frills. Thanks to the staff and see you soon.

Δεν, είχε σκάλες, μόνο ασανσέρ για δύο άτομα, δεν το προτείνω για άτομα με κλειστό φοβία. Παρά πολύ φασαρία, από κάτω βρίσκονται πολλά μπαρ καί μπυραρίες

Great location. Very friendly personnel - Ibhahim helped me a lot (checked us in earlier) and answered all my questions about the city. The hotel is good value for money. We had everything we needed in our room

Супер расположение ! В двух шагах главная улица и площадь Таксим . Персонал отеля внимательный и старательный. Хороший номер: чистый , сухой, есть всё необходимое.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir wurden von unserem Host super freundlich empfangen, der Check-in verlief reibungslos und bei Rückfragen war er immer sofort zur Stelle.

The location is what made this place perfect for our short stay in Istanbul. It is less than 5 min walk to the metro, and right next to the Istiklal Street. Staff was super friendly, helped us with the suitcases even if there was an elevator. Overall, I would recommend to place to young people who want to stay close to the Istiklal Street and don't want to overpay for it.

The location. It’s super central — literally only a 1-minute walk to Taksim and the main shopping street, which made everything really convenient. For the price, it was honestly very good.

The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, so you could hear the neighbors and also a lot of noise from outside, especially music and parties at night. But that’s also something you kind of have to expect when staying in such a central area.

Un établissement très accueillant avec un personnel aux petits soins et très consciencieux du confort de leurs invités ! Lits confortables et propres, beaucoup d’espace dans la chambre. Une très bonne localisation également, dans une rue très animée et où les restaurants ferment tard. Beaucoup de transports à proximité.

Un peu de bruit, tout de même supportable.

Prima verblijf gehad. De kamer was schoon en alles was in orde. Ik was mijn portemonnee vergeten en die is netjes voor me bewaard en teruggegeven. Dat gaf een heel betrouwbaar gevoel. Bedankt daarvoor!

Am avut o experiență minunată la hotelul unde am fost cazat în timpul călătoriei. Încă de la sosire, personalul a fost extrem de amabil și profesionist, oferindu-mi toate informațiile necesare și făcându-mă să mă simt binevenit. Camera a fost curată, spațioasă și foarte confortabilă, dotată cu toate facilitățile de care aveam nevoie. Patul a fost deosebit de comod. Locația hotelului este excelentă, aproape de principalele atracții, ceea ce mi-a făcut deplasarea mult mai ușoară. În ansamblu, a fost o ședere excelentă și cu siguranță aș reveni aici. Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc confort, servicii de calitate și o experiență plăcută.

Very easy access to isteklal street, local shops and food market.

There was water leakage in Room heater when i Turned on room heater. Toilet door lock wasn’t working correctly as it was jam due to of rust.

Really good location in the heart of Taksim, right in the centre of all the shops and so many restaurants nearby

The bathroom was a bit small, the curtains were coming down and the lift was very tiny!

Loved the location, and the staff made everything even better with their excellent attitude.

Die Lage war sehr toll muss ich tagen, nur 1 Minute bis zu Istiklal-Street. Sehr zentral!

The place was cosy and definitely value for money. There was fresh water in the room. The furnishing was nice, the beds were comfy; the bed linen and the towels were fresh and clean. We had a problem with a shower head and it was replaced immediately. So if something doesn't work just ask at the reception.

The only problem we had was the noise from the outside but you can't expect otherwise staying in the heart of Taksim - people have fun and enjoy themselves until 2-3 o'clock in the morning.

Hotel je na izvrsnoj lokaciji, u blizini se nalazi sve sto vam je potrebno za nezaboravan boravak u Istanbulu! Ukoliko trazite hotel on budget, ovo je super opcija. Javni prijevoz je u blizini, tako da se svugdje moze stici vrlo brzo. Cistoca je bila ok, na zahtjev se ciste sobe i mijenjaju peskiri. Osoblje je pazljivo, susretljivo i u svako doba dostupno za pomoc (nama je trebala vise puta :) i hvala im na tome!), pogotovo Ibrahim koji nam je dosta olaksao putovanje. Vracamo se sigurno!

L'hôtel est bien placé juste à quelques pas de la rue istiqlal. Le personnel de l établissement est d une extrême gentillesse surtout Ibrahim qui nous a beaucoup aidé tout le long de notre séjour. Un grand merci à lui. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses

Location is the most amazing!!. The staff are very friendly and supportive.

The entrance is.narrow but it also makes sense as it is in a historical location in taksim where renovation is limited.
