Miły, kameralny guesthouse. Czysto i cicho, goście starali się nie przeszkadzać innym. Wspólne łazienki były wygodne. Malutka kuchnia z naczyniami, lodówką i mikrofalą, ale bez możliwości gotowania. Ciekawe doświadczenie ze spaniem w tradycyjny sposób na na futonach na podłodze, warto spróbować choć raz. Guesthouse położony bardzo blisko dworca i sklepów. Dobra wypożyczalnia rowerów od strony ulicy.

Le fait de dormir dans un logement traditionnel. Les futons étaient confortables. La location de vélos juste à côté. La proximité avec la gare.

思ってるより全体的に綺麗で、特にお風呂やトイレ路線が快適に使えた。そもそも滞在している人数が少ないのもあったから、どの設備も待たずにすぐ使えた。

Posizione ottima per la stazione di Kawaguchiko. Self check in semplice nel caso di arrivo dopo le 8 p.m. La struttura risponde in modo veloce in caso di bisogno. Bagni in comune con tutto il necessario.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to the station. The room was quite spacious, and it was a unique experience that’s worth trying at least once. However, they should pay more attention to cleanliness, especially when it comes to the bed sheets. The staff were very friendly.

Very accessible from the station and near restaurants & convenience store.

The men’s toilet & bath were on the ground floor, the women’s on the 2nd floor. But staying there just for 1 night isn’t that inconvenient though not very ideal for longer stays.

A única coisa boa é a localização

Fizemos o self check in depois das 8 pm, não estava a funcionar e não estava lá ninguém para ajudar. Quando ligamos para o número disseram que havia um problema, mas não nos enviaram logo o código de entrada antes de chegarmos. Tivemos que fazer uma chamada de telefone para rede japonesa com custos acrescidos por responsabilidade exclusiva do hotel. Estivemos uma hora para tentar obter o codigo. Queríamos ter guardado as malas depois do check out e não nos deixaram porque não fizemos o check in dentro da hora sendo que, quando chegamos estava tudo fechado e não dava para fazer isso. As comodidades não são boas, dorme-se no chão e temos que fazer a nossa própria cama. Além disso, o funcionário era desagradável, intolerante e muito pouco prestável. Os homens para usar a casa de banho e tomar banho têm de descer um piso. Péssima experiência, para não repetir. Muito caro face ao serviço prestado.

河口湖まで徒歩5〜10分以内、河口湖駅までも徒歩1分ほどと好立地で、近くにコンビニもあります。 スタッフさんも説明が丁寧でした。 近隣の飲食店は閉店時間が早めにお見受けしたので、夕食はお早めに。

宿の評価とは関係ありませんが、どうしても、壁が薄いなどの要因で隣室の声が聞こえやすいところはあります。

1.廁所乾淨、衛浴有分女生在二樓、男生在一樓。備有吹風機、浴巾、牙刷、沐浴用品。 2.地點就在河口湖車站對面，非常近。 3.入住當天可寄放行李，check out後不可寄放。

1.101號房霉味非常非常非常的重，即便開上除濕機也沒有改善、室內陽台區的榻榻米髒污明顯。

La guesthouse est idéalement située, proche de la gare. Les chambres sont traditionnelles avec le tatami au sol et les futons pour dormir. Notre chambre était particulièrement spacieuse pour deux personnes. On peut déposer les bagages avant le check-in, ce qui est très pratique. Il y a 3 douches et 2 toilettes pour les filles donc on ne se marche pas dessus. C'est situé juste au-dessus d'une boutique de location de vélos.

Les murs sont fins: on entend les voisins de chambre discuter tard la nuit, même si les couloirs sont silencieux. Les futons sont particulièrement fins : si vous n'êtes pas habitués ou que vous attendez un minimum de confort, je ne le conseillerai pas aux touristes lambda (même si personnellement j'apprécie). Le personnel s'est montré peu accueillant et peu serviable: nous avons eu deux demandes (la première concernait la location de vélos: ils nous ont expliqué que la guesthouse et la boutique n'avaient pas de lien. Cependant notre question n'impliquait pas d'action de leur part, juste un conseil. La deuxième demande était qu'ils veuillent bien téléphoner pour nous en japonais la boutique de location de voiture pour leur préciser notre heure d'arrivée: le monsieur de l'accueil a refusé sans même nous donner une solution alternative viable. Pour avoir fait plusieurs guesthouse au Japon, c'est la première fois que je reste sans aide. Je précise que j'ai fait l'effort de parler un minimum japonais.)

Very convenient location- just a couple minutes’ walk from Kawaguchiko bus station. Accommodations were basic and bathrooms were shared, but the guesthouse was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We also highly appreciated that they had coin-operated washers and dryers- no taking wet clothes from Mt Fuji hike along on our travels!

Shared bathrooms were on different floors from some of the bedrooms. Futon mattresses were thinner here vs. some other places we stayed in Japan. We were ok, but this might be a valid concern for some travelers.

The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the central station, about 5 minutes from the famous Lawson convenience store with a view of Mount Fuji, and only a 5-minute bike ride to the park. The room was very spacious, with a separate living area and a separate toilet.

The only downside was that the room had a noticeable musty smell, and there were signs of water damage on the ceiling. Apart from that, the room was very spacious and comfortable.

The manner of some staffs should be improved.

I had a wonderful stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, it was a high‑quality and memorable stay in a traditional Japanese guesthouse. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

Clean room and bathrooms, location was excellent right next to the train station and very close to Lake Kawaguchiko and amazing views of Mount Fuji from the hotel. There is a 7-elven and Lawson close by which is great. They also do bike rental services which made things very easy for us.

The mats we slept on could have been a little cleaner, but I understand it can be hard to clean the mats. Overall nothing to complain about.

The location is superb, less than 5 min to Kawaguchiko station and 10 min walk to Lake Kawaguchi.

It would have been better if there were more hangers or hooks to hang our stuff.

Near the station and convenience stores , able to rent bicycles at the guesthouse , friendly and helpful staff. The room is big enough for 3 people and can fit more. Price is affordable.

Since the walls are thin, you have to mind your voice when talking because you can hear people from other rooms.

Beautiful location and very close to the station. It is just a decent sized tatami mat room with a shared bathroom facilities Walls are thin but thats how it is in a traditional guest house The beautiful location near food and the station makes it really amazing. Right next to it is a 2nd hand clothing store with food. It was closed and I wasnt able to have a look but definitely would book again Theres a washing machine! Remember to have cash/coins

Perfect location

A futon bed here means you sleep practically on the floor with minimal cushion. Those mattresses should be replaced because they do not serve its purpose anymore.

Номер в традиционном стиле в понимании этого заведения означает голые стены, столик и одна розетка, душевая в одном крыле, туалет в другом, столовая естественно тоже общая, годится только для переночевать, впрочем за этим сюда и едут

L’hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de la gare mais pas sur la rue principale. Nous avons pu louer des vélos directement ce qui était chouette. Les sanitaires sont propres.

Les futons étaient fins tout comme les murs mais c’est le lot de toutes les chambres de style japonais. Cela n’a pas posé problème pour une nuit. :)

Great place to stay which is very central and clean. Huge rooms and very good service. They even gave us free car parking :)

We stayed two nights and were very very happy with our choice. The location is great very close to the bus station and also walking distance to the lake. We booked a day in advance two bikes, which ended up being perfect and necessary, since the next day already early in the morning all other bikes were already rented out :) Great service in general.

This was a very nice guesthouse,just across the train station. The place was clean and personnel very helpful! Access to bathrooms and showers was easy for females, a floor down floor for the males. Friendly personnel and they can rent you bikes...

The walls are paper thin. So you hear clearly discussions in the next room, people snoring etc...

Nah am Bahnhof, alles, was man braucht ist da. Sauberes, spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer. WC und Duschtäume sind auf dem Gang, an alles ( inkl Wattestäbchen) ist gedacht. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Wasserspender und heißem Wasser, um löslichen Kaffee zu machen.

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und die Wände nicht gerade sauber.

Die Lager der Unterkunft war sehr gut! Es gibt Fahrräder zum ausleihen und gratis Wasser!

Leider schaut das Zimmer nicht mehr wie auf den Fotos aus, da einiges an Ausstattung nicht mehr da is... da wir des Zimmer extra wegen den japanischen Style gebucht haben waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Bei den Männerduschen kann es etwas kalt sein

Never experienced any overcrowding issue for either the men's/women's bathrooms. But all rooms are on the 2nd floor, but men's bathroom and toilets are on different ends of the first floor, which is a little inconvenient at night.

因為提早chek in，有寄放行李，後來到入住時間後，行李已被幫忙搬上房間。房間暖氣很夠，走廊和浴室也有暖氣，洗完澡不會太冷。
