Very spacious. Have washing and drying machine in the room. Have a kitchen with utensils and microwave for simple cooking.

The door is thin, you can hear people from the hallway walking by. The sofa bed is okay…mattress sinks.

Sehr schönes Hotel, vermutlich eins der besten in Yellowknife. Im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis etwas zu teurer. Dennoch saubere, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes Restaurant angeschlossen, Frühstück nicht im Preis inbegriffen und mit ca. 20 Euro auch etwas teuer.

Es war alles in Ordnung.

Instalaciones nuevas, modernas y en una ubicación cercana a la ciudad. En 5 minutos a pie hay restaurantes y supermercados. El restaurante del hotel también es muy recomendable. Buen servicio al cliente.

Bed was clean and big. Hot showers. Clean room. Easy to use guest laundry. Fridge and microwave in room made heating up food easy so that's a nice touch. Nice little trail to walk around a pond next to the hotel. Or take an extended trail out to city center.

Checking in was not so great - we arrived early, about 2pm, whereas published check-in time was 4pm. I asked if we could check in, and without looking at the reservation or room situation, the clerk said no, check-in time was 4. I could not believe there were no rooms cleaned up for arriving guests at 2pm. Or at least the clerk could have looked up my name and told me, sorry your room is not ready yet.

Bathroom shower didn't work I think the faucet had been replaced and it didn't have a switch for the shower. Second room we're in is fine. Builders used MDF baseboards in the bathroom so it's starting to get spongy.

-Cleanliness was an issue. There were quite a few hairs in the bathroom when we arrived, the fan in the bathroom was filthy, and later we noticed stains on our duvet. -Mini fridge mostly didn't work. Staff tried to help (offered to change rooms) but this was inconvenient as we had already unpacked and had a short stay

Location to town was perfect. Shops and stores within walking distance. Ease of check-in and food was great.

Views. It seems a new section is being built that will obstruct the view of the beautiful rock formations outside the hotel.

The fact room wasnt ready at 4 oclock when i came back at 4:30 like they asked they sent us to the wrong room and then asked us to move twice in a week super diasatisfied didnt clean or exchange towle in our room once, 2700$ for 8 days i expect better

Very large clean, comfortable room. Good location. Restaurant staff were very accommodating for take-out. Good accommodation although would be expensive for an extended stay

Airport shuttle was very handy although at least on the morning taken could have been cleaner, particularly windows.

I stayed in the apartment. The air conditioner was so loud that I was not able to sleep that night. Also, it did not cool the room much. The blinds did not close properly and the outside light was coming in the room. The pillows were like lumped bedsheet, very uncomfortable. I was not able to sleep that night at all. I have stayed few times in the regular rooms and the experience was always good. Not sure why the apartment I stayed was horrible.

Great location, airport shuttle, friendly staff, and nice sauna.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable, there was a power outage, the room was very hot and no central ac was installed in our unit, instead there was a fan placed on an end table.

The Quarry restaurant was not a great value. Food was not more than average and the serving staff was not very personable

Freundlichkeit des Personals sehr unterschiedlich. Herzlichkeit war eher wenig zu spüren. Ggf. weil sehr großes Hotel, mehr für Kongresse oder.ä. ausgelegt.

Being put into a room with a toilet that would not flush and then when I asked front desk to address i was told that all of housekeeping were gone for the night.

シャトルバスの運転手は挨拶しても返事しないし、お客さんに重たいスーツケースを車内の階段を登らせて客席通路に無理やり運ばせます！ 後ろにちゃんと荷台がほとんど空なのに載せるのが嫌なんでしょう絶対に荷台の存在を教えてくれませんでした。気に入らないならタクシー使えとまで言われました🥹。他のスタッフさんはとても親切でホスピタリティに溢れてましたが、このシャトルバスドライバー気をつけておいた方が良いです。

Quite new compared to other hotels in the area. Location is not bad.

The beds are too soft, the carpet were not well installed so a bit hard to pull my suitcase on it. The restaurant can get more authentic but overall Yellowknife food is so-so. Would be better if can have shuttle service to downtown, old town and airport/ uptown, even if just like once every hour during a few hours of the day.

4泊5日泊まったのは「新館」でした。２部屋それぞれにトイレと浴室が付いており広くて部屋は快適でしたが、新館は本館から徒歩5、6分程度は離れており4月はまだ全面凍結の状態の中、簡単には行き来はできません。レストランもサウナも本館ですからご注意くださいさ

普段は徒歩で本館まで行き来しましたが、最終日のチェックアウト時は大荷物なので迎えの車を頼みましたが行き違いがあり結局、雪と氷の道を歩く羽目になりました。

Good airport shuttle. Checkin was easy. Rooms comfortable and equipped with hotpot and refrigerator. Tours picked up from the hotel. Bar and restaurant on site.

It is well located, an easy taxi ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Tours were happy to pick us up there. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean, roomy & very comfortable for our group of 3. Free shuttle provided to & from airport. Staff was friendly & helpful.

the room and furniture are new

The new building is separate from the main building, and we need to call the front desk to arrange a van between our building and the lobby. But the distance is very short, just a 1-minute drive.

We stayed in a small apartment in building opposite the main hotel for 7 nights in early March. There’s a convenience shuttle between the two buildings but the walk takes less than 2 minutes. This is handy when it is 20 below zero. The unit had two spacious bedrooms with a Queen size bed in each and each had an adjoining bathroom. On day 2, we had an issue with one of the toilets and room safe that were both dealt with promptly. Bedding was comfortable and apartment was warm (too warm in fact but we could adjust the temperature). Wifi was more than adequate with Prime, Netflix and Local TV also available. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, induction stove and microwave were in good working order. We were allotted one box of laundry detergent, one dryer sheet, two dishwasher pucks and a 100cc dishwasher liquid for the week (all quite adequate). We were on the third floor and had no noise issues. The bonus was we were able to see the Aurora from our balcony for nearly all 7 nights.

These are very minor things but I would recommend larger bowls for soup and for cereal. A larger frying pan (could barely fit three slices of bacon at a time) would nice and strainer for washing vegetables. The floor was often dusty and dirty (as this was winter) so would suggest putting a broom and dust pan in each unit. A mat in front of the door to balcony would be another idea to cut down on Iceland/snow and dirt on the floor.

Horrible experience, my son accidentally left his shaving kit in the room upon check out. I called twice and was told both times there was nothing, I went back in person on my following trip to talk directly with the management of house keeping explaining there was no way it was not left in the room. He came with the shaving kit with the two most valuable items (cologne both each valued over $200 and bottle) missing from the kit. The shaving kit still smelled like the cologne and they informed me there was no compensation available. Very unprofessional service. Least they could have offered was a complimentary two night stay for the stolen items. I will NEVER stay here again based on my experiences.

Well maintained, rooms are comfortable, close to 2 walking trails, Prince of Wales museum and National Legislature Rooms also had a fridge, microwave, toaster , coffee machine and kettle

Room daily tidy up was sometimes spotty and you had to chase down the cleaning staff to get assistance

The hotel has all the usual amenities, it’s clean and comfortable and well located. The rooms are comfortable and room features are quite nice. The lounge and restaurant and lovely - food and service quite good and not expensive.

Beautiful large rooms, they were spotless and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. We slept like babies after our tours. We had multiple stays over our week there, as we had a last minute AirBnB cancellation. We had two individual apartment rooms initially and switched to a two bedroom apartment in the newer building. We were able to leave our bags and the front desk. We had a meal at the restaurant in house, staff was wonderful. Parking was free and plentiful. Would recommend 10/10.
