Savoy Suites is an exceptional hotel with staff trained to very high standards that one can find only in hotels of the highest end of the market. Very professional & at the same time friendly atmosphere, this has been my home away from home for many many years now.

I just wanted to say that I have been to many hotels around the world but nothing comes close to Savoy suites and apartments. Incredible staff at reception, would go out of their way to help you in anything. The room staff was super professional and extremely courteous. The maintenance staff would fix anything immediately. The pool boy was an amazing person. Absolutely loved this place. Thank you for the wonderful stay 🙏

The ambience was excellent, sound proofing was good, you can hardly hear any outside noise. The blackout curtains - I could hardly tell it was already daylight. Bed was quite comfortable and sizable too.

A more modern microwave, crockery and cutlery. There no chopping knives for those who like too cook their own meals. Small things like a grater, kitchen towel holder would help too.

Location was very easy to locate and almost near to all places we want to go. Staff are very accomodating and super nice from front desk to the pool staff and housekeeping, especially Sir Paul and Mr Altaf who guided us into our room. Room is amazing and clean the whole family loved it. Requests are done efficiently and quickly by the staff. We had a great stay,.hoping to stay for more days in the future.

All good stuff, staff, cleanliness, location, parking. In this industry staff is the key to success, as if you have a good location and beautiful hotel but bad staff then all things means nothing. So staff is the main pillar of your success. All the staff members at the property are very well trained and cooperative.

Breakfast is the only thing which i feel need to be improved. There is much space to improve the breakfast options.

The property is well-maintained and is located in a nice area.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I would like to sincerely commend the hotel concierge team for their outstanding service. Special thanks to Prakash, who went above and beyond in assisting me with my reservation. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to let me check the rooms not only in the Savoy Suites but also in other Savoy branches. He is very friendly, accommodating, respectful, and extremely professional. The same appreciation goes to Altaf, who is just as attentive and detailed as Prakash. Both of them are always ready to help with anything you need and make sure every detail is taken care of, which truly made our stay stress-free and comfortable. I would also like to specially mention Manar, who kindly assisted us with carrying our belongings to our room and to our car upon arrival and during checkout. Her help and consideration were greatly appreciated. The whole experience was amazing because of these exceptional staff members who genuinely care for their guests. They truly deserve recognition and to be rewarded for their dedication and excellent service. I deeply appreciate all the help, effort, and consideration they gave us. Thank you so much. I will definitely reserve again in the future.
