De lokatie, grote van de kamers

Toen we aankwamen erop onze vloer nog veel housekeeping actief was aan het eind van de middag. En de prijs van de kamer voor 1 nacht vond ik erg duur geworden.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The location was perfect, close to the central station, city center, and everything you could possibly need.

Uitstekende ligging in centrum Eindhoven.

Jammer dat het raam niet open kon voor frisse lucht en de airco tot Max 3 graden kouder is af te stellen. Nog steeds erg warm.

Personeel was erg vriendelijk, locatie was top en ontbijt geweldig.

Er waren geen ramen die open konden op de kamer (ook niet op kier stand) wat het erg warm maakte in de kamer. Vooral om te slapen omdat er ook geen echt verkoelende airco op de kamer was. Daarnaast was de deur van de badkamer vrij onlogisch omdat je altijd “om de deur heen moest” als je naar het toilet wilde. Het was logischer geweest als de douche achter de deur had gezeten in plaats van het toilet.

Οι πετσέτες είχαν μια παράξενη, όχι ευχάριστη μυρωδιά. Ζητήσαμε να αφήσουμε το δωμάτιο 2-3 ώρες αργότερα, λόγω ώρας αναχώρησης της πτήσης μας και μας ζητήθηκε να πληρώσουμε €18/ώρα, που αντιστοιχεί σε €432/24ωρο. Αρνηθήκαμε και αδειάσαμε το δωμάτιο κανονικά στις 12:00. Η πτήση μας ήταν στις 18:10. Το κρεβάτι ήταν τεράστιο. Θα προτιμούσαμε περισσότερο χώρο στο δωμάτιο. (Φυσικά, αν το ύψος μας ήταν 2 μέτρα, αυτό θα μας άρεσε).

L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour découvrir la ville. De plus, il y a un restaurant/bar qui se trouve sur le rooftop, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel hätte ich eine Wellness Abteilung erwartet

Mooie, grote en lichte kamer. Prachtige badkamer met zowel een bad als een douche. En een heerlijk comfortabel bed!

In de badkamer miste ik een paar kleine extra’s, zoals wattenstaafjes en wattenschijfjes.

Breakfast ends at 10:00 and was a mess. Unfriendly staff as well, not service minded but joking.

We had a corner room which had a good bathroom and a nice view of the street. The beds were comfortable

Great hotel, central to the every thing, very clean and comfortable, staff were all friendly and helpful, short walk from eindhoven central station, shops,restaurants all within walking distance, would definitely stay there again.

Returned at 5pm and staff was still in the room cleaning/ changing sheets, maybe understaffed that day... Also one bottle of water in fridge on day one. No replacement water when room was cleaned. A hotel of this status I would expect two bottles of water every day and not have to go down to the lobby or pick up the phone to get one. Small detail but unacceptable. Also, the staff wanted to charge extra to stay two hours in the room because of a delay. Not a huge deal , but I could tell my colleague was annoyed. I think he expected a better response from the front desk

Centrale, comoda, pulita, stanze standard per booking ma comunque fornite di tutto. La struttura é una delle migliori e anche una delle piú care. Tutti i servizi sono ottimi. Personale gentile.

Nice hotel - prime location in city centre. Walking distance to shopping area, Philips museum, or even PSV Stadium. Room is spacious with all great amenities. Appreciate the hotel has been trying to get to the luxurious hotel standard. It was very sweet that 2 packets of Haribo were placed in room for the kids with a welcome letter. Yet, it's a bit weird to give 1 What is lacking probably is on maintaining the details - the coffee machine is bit greasy, the in-house safe battery has been taken out, the towels are a bit aging. Breakfast was good enough and the view of the restaurant was super. Reception when check-in was not too nice - nearest carpark was in the shopping mall nearby - reception staff (Bella) passed me a slip with QR code for the parking but didn't really explained how it exactly works - and there is no instruction on the slip either - end up I was stuck in the carpark gate and force to take a ticket and paid extra on parking (I have to admit I did miss the email instructions which was clear enough, but would be better if the paper slip or staff could have told me also). Reception only got one (or zero sometimes) staff at anytime - after check-in my room cards (for both 2 rooms) didn't work (we checked didn't mix up the 2 room keys) - and had to queue up again at reception while my kids were holding baggages stuck outside the rooms upstairs. I would expect an up-class hotel front desk will have the awareness to offer help with priority when a guest came down holding all the key cards helplessly right after check-in a few minutes ago - and I was shocked there was no sign of apology after the key-card messed and long waiting - got a feeling of it was our own fault! Bottomline - overall hotel hardware is unbeatable but might need some more training to mature the service level.

Great location and breakfast

I was refused access to breakfast that at 645AM. Not available before 7AM. Unheard of in a business hotel during the week. I asked nicely to get some yogurt or bread or whatever was ready. Firm answer NO. 23 EUR paid for a hungry morning meeting.

Bardzo ładny pokój, wygodne łóżko. Sky bar z widokiem na miasto. Super śniadania, też z widokiem.

Taras sky baru był brudny, niedomyte szyby. Niestety obsługa w hotelowym barze była dość chłodna i zdystansowana. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że klienci nie byli traktowani z odpowiednią uwagą.

A lovely hotel with polite and helpful staff. Big rooms, clean. My daughter loved the added extra of a little teddy and a bag of Haribo sweets. Perfect location.

Nothing, everything sbout it was great.

I highly recommend it! The room met my expectations, being on a high floor and a corner with large panoramic windows. The room was clean, towels were changed the next day, and I appreciated the modern and powerful hair dryer. Breakfast was on the top floor with a stunning view of the city. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide selection. I loved the mini jars of different jams, which were unique and individually portioned. The price was right on par with the quality!

The beds: not comfortable at all. The springs could be felt through the mattress, almost as if there were no cushioning between the springs and the mattress cover.

Misleiding bij inchecken , op de dag van de warmte en storm. Centrum dicht en horeca in hotel gesloten, op voorhand gevraagd en uiteindelijk afgesloten na het inchecken

Sehr laut am Wochenende, hellhörige Zimmer, keine gute Sauberkeit, Zimmer recht abgenutzt.

Großes Zimmer, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, sehr guter Service. Vielseitiges Frühstück, tolle Bar. Hundefreundlich. Sehr zentrale Lage, ruhig.

Die Parksituation war nicht gut geregelt. Sehr teuer und umständlich.

Brilliant for all travellers and placed perfectly in the city, the staff were great and the hotel rooms were quiet, lots of lighting and plugs too!

Very clean, central location

Very bad customer service, rude staff. No-onsite parking despite being advertised as onsite. No late checkout despite advertised as having late checkout. VERY disappointed and not happy with the value for money or customer service.

אחלה מלון במיקום מצויין קרוב לתחנת הרכבת המרכזית וקרוב מאוד למרכז העניינים בעיר (3-4 דקות לכל מקום). שרותיים מאוד ונחמדים. חדרים גדולים ונקיים. נערכו לקבלת משפחה עם ילד. טיפול מקצועי. WIFI חזק ויציב. מיטות נוחות מאוד. מגבות, חלוקים ונעלי בית.

שנגמרה החופשה מהר מידי. ארוחת הבוקר הועברה מהקומה הגבוהה לקומה שנייה עקב שיפוצים שצריכים להסתיים בקרוב אז מאמין שהאורחים הבאים יהיו יותר.

Fantastic hotel, go stay at the Fletcher Wellness and you will see a 4 out of 10 where Nh is 9/10. Gym needs updating but still well kept

The most important element was the communicative representatives in the reception. The hotel is clean, organized and new. The location is perfect.

The parking is not included in the already elevated price, and it is not clear when booking the it is jot on premises and it is a completely separate business.

we always stay at this hotel and love it. everything is great, the views from the room, the bed, the bathroom. this time around the highlight was the Vane skybar, the drinks were EXCEPTIONAL especially the pornstar martini was out of this world. also we loved the vibe of the techno music playing

Stayed here en route to Efteling. Close to the airport and the train station. The city centre is a stone's throw away. Very friendly staff and the room was spacious. Beds are very comfortable. Nespresso available in the room. Definitely will revisit.

Że tylko byłem w nim na jedną noc. Hotel jest bardzo dobry, zadbany, było bardzo czysto. Śniadanie to prawdziwa przygoda Generalnie hotel jest glamour z jednym zastrzeżeniem, że masz wrazenie że jesteś w luksusowym szpitalu ( i to psychiatrycznym bo okna są bez klamek okiennych).

Uwaga. Nie można nigdzie otworzyć okna. Jesteś zdany tylko na klimę, ktorej nie mozna ustawić. 2. Dziwny manewr z garażem. Jest on w pobliskiej galerii handlowej. Godzinę spędziłem na recepcji żeby załatwić do niego wjazd, a mogłem po prostu do niego pojechać, wziać biket, bez pośrednictwa hotelu. Niezła bzdura I strata czasu. 3. Nadęty personel. Dwie kobiety na zmianie dnia 2.07.2026 były bardzo dziwne. Miałem wrażenie, że to chińskie roboty, te humanoidalne. Twarze poważne wymuszony uśmiech. Na kwestie że chcę mieć dostęp do powietrza jedna z tych gwiazd powiedziała że z klimy mam świeże powietrze. 3. Hotel nie spełnił mojej prośby o wysokie piętro i tak jakby na złość mi dali pokój z widokiem na ścianę. Generalnie nie polecam jak nie możesz przebywać w zamkniętych pomieszczeniach.
