Green Bird Villa

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Onze kamer was niet schoon, in het beddengoed zaten vlekken, het water bleef in de douche staan waardoor het spiegelglad was; een trekker voor de vloer was handig geweest. Het ontbijt stond al klaar terwijl we eerder aankwamen; onafgedekt. Het was ook niet lekker terwijl we hele makkelijke eters zijn. Zwembad was niet schoon; zag groen van de algen.

Great quiet little resort off the main st in Ubud. Breakfast was lovely, good variety to choose from. Swimming pool was lovely and cool. Our room had an open air bathroom which was great.

Our room was a little dated and need a bit of attention but for the price it was ok.

Logement spacieux, literie très bien. Environnement paisible et calme malgré la route de Ubud à proximité. Jardin très beau, fleuri, plusieurs endroits pour se poser dehors (balancelle, banc..).

Longue attente pour le petit déjeuner, eau de la première piscine un peu verte..

We have just didn’t 3 nights at Green Bird Villa and it has been wonderful. The rooms are clean and big and very authentic. The staff here are so lovely and will do anything to help. The pool and surrounds are beautiful and very relaxing. You turn off a very busy road into a little bit of paradise. If you turn left out of the resort and keep walking then you start to see the ubud restaurants and shops (a very very long road of shops) The breakfast was amazing - choice of American, continental or pancakes (ordered the night before) We did the Batur hike from here and they arranged it all for us.

The main road it was on was very busy. You couldn’t hear it from the room at all but was tricky to walk anywhere.

We hadden een villa geboekt, maar deze was niet beschikbaar bij aankomst. Hebben 2 mooie kamers gekregen en daar uiteindelijk gebleven, omdat deze een fijne douchen hebben. De villa heeft een bad met losse douche in bad en dat is een beetje behelpen

Mooie accommodatie. Het ligt aan de drukke straat in Ubud maar eenmaal door de poort kom je in een oase van rust en hoor je de vogeltjes fluiten.

Het is niet overal even schoon. De tuin is perfect en netjes onderhouden, maar bijv. de tegels/ vloer bij het ontbijt mochten wel gedweild worden.

Staff and room cleanliness was good. It was a nice little cozy place. The breakfast options were limited but given the price of the hotel, it was still worth it

Great location, walkable distance from the main streets. Staff were very attentive, lovely, cleaned our rooms everyday and provided room service.

Not the fault of green bird itself but there was a lot of construction at work during our stay which started in the early mornings. Although there were cooking facilities there was no cutlery or cooking pans provided.

Pool area was beautiful my son had so much fun. The out door massage table was a win for me as I could get a massage while my son swam. Great location lovely staff. And yummy breakfast

Room was quiet average but we didn't spend much time in room so something fancy was not necessary for us done the job for two nights great for the price

Le personnel est d’une grande amabilité, toujours souriant et profondément bienveillant. On ressent une vraie énergie apaisante dès l’arrivée, comme si le lieu invitait naturellement au lâcher-prise et à la reconnexion. Cet hôtel est bien plus qu’un simple séjour, c’est un véritable havre de paix, presque hors du temps. Un endroit qui touche le cœur et l’âme. J’ai eu un véritable coup de cœur… au point d’avoir déjà prévu d’y revenir en octobre 🤍 Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Swimming pool was really nice, location is extremely convenient, walkable distance from the centre, stuff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast options are great

The overall cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. There were many small insects around, including a lot of mosquitoes. We even found a spider on the bed, and surprisingly, there was a rat in the swimming pool. We arrived very late on the first night, only to find that the water heater was not working, so we couldn’t even take a shower after a long journey. In addition, the breakfast was quite disappointing as the menu was the same every day with very limited options. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Das Personal war immer freundlich und hat versucht zu helfen.

Das Zimmer an sich war okay, aber das Badezimmer war total dreckig und hat gestunken. Uns wurde dann nur mit einem Raumduft weiter geholfen. Außerdem haben wir in unserem Zimmer Bettwanzen gehabt!

Au petit déjeuner les pancakes sont bons.

Mauvaise expérience. L’endroit est trop bruyant à longueur de journée et aussi la nuit . C’était horrible Si vous cherchez le calme ce n’est pas la bas que vous l’obtiendrai. La piscine pas ouf Cette hôtel m’a facturé plus que ce qu’il ne devait et j’attend toujours le remboursement malgré les mails de relances .

The room we got was not same as photos of the room we booked, we booked Superior room but the photos were for Deluxe room, They gave us old dirty room even not in pool area, on second floor of lobby! and told us if we want better room like photo we should pay more for upgrade Bathroom is open air and there is lotsss of bugs inside and not clean, also bed covers were very dirty and full of stains as you can see in photo, even when i asked them to change they brought another dirty and full of stain bed cover!!! i’ll never come again!

Lots of green:) water was cold and refreshing. Staff were observed taking lots of pride in ensuring property was clean. Even saw a male staff member sweeping up leaves fallen from trees - while it was raining. Nearby restaurants etc. Staff are friendly:)

Breakfast could be a bit better. It was included in costs but it was ok. Loud noises at night from some kind of animals and the loud music from venues along the street nearby.

So close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Grounds were kept impeccable. Great pool area. Very affordable. Kids loved it. Staff were amazing and so lovely.

This is something out of the control of the hotel. But it was pretty noisy at night with the street dogs, monkeys and motorbikes. Regardless of the noise we will be staying there again because it was so close to everything and the staff were amazing.

The rooms needs some renovation and cleaning. The bathroom was without a window. Definitely will not recommend 😔 Owner can put a little bit more effort to redecorate some of the rooms , people will be happy to pay more if will be nicer!

The grounds are beautiful and the family villa was lovely. The pool was nice and accessible for all rooms.Staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious. Having all the bird song was so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay despite the negatives noted in our review. I love this location but a few improvements would go a long way.

Airconditioning is not sufficient for the size of the family villa. It was so hot we were sweating all night and had to ask for a portable air con which staff were only too happy to provide. Was really disappointed that there is no separate shower in the villa. We had to sit in the tub and use the hand held shower head which was very uncomfortable and not easy to was yourself. Showers MUST be installed. I had great difficulty getting up and down/in and out of the tub and Im not that old!! Ladder to upstairs beds was very very steep! not good in the middle of the night if you want to go to the loo. Was a little too far to walk with the grandkids into central ubud but Grab vehicles were easy to use.

Schöne Anlage mit großem Pool und freundlichem Personal. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants und Spas entfernt.

Ein Moskitonetz wäre wünschenswert gewesen, da es viele Mücken gab. Das Frühstück könnte noch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Super mooie tuin. Ook de tuin van het complex ernaast staat in verbinding en is van dezelfde eigenaar.

Het water op badkamer stroomt soms niet. En onze kamer werd niet gepoetst ( we vroegen het wel)

Nice pool and gardens. The room was quiet and tidy. Drinking water refill at reception which is great.

This area of ubud is very busy outside, but the garden is a nice escape from that once you get inside. The breakfast is not great, very small, undercooked eggs and when we wanted to leave earlier one morning we tried to arrange for breakfast to our room earlier that didn’t happen.

Perfectly located in Ubud centre, but very quiet. Must see annex hotel through door at back of garden. And great place for breakfast or lunch, on first corner to the right as you exit.

ファミリールームを予約したが クイーンサイズベッドだけがセットしてあり シングルベッド2つはマットレスすら無い。 セッティングをお願いしても マットレスもシーツも無いとの回答で 私はソファで3日寝た。 トイレのペーパーも無い。 金額は他より高いのに 30回以上バリに行っているが 過去最悪のヴィラだった。

J'ai séjourné dans cet établissement en mai 2024, dans une des cabanes et le séjour était exceptionnel. Cette fois étant seule, j'ai réservé une chambre simple. En arrivant je constate qu'elle était située au dessus de la réception. Elle était vraiment basique et assez vieillotte, le bruit du parking m'a dérangé (éclats de voix, scooter, voiture). Le petit déjeuner ne se prend pas dans le magnifique parc mais dans la terrasse couverte à côté du parking. Je suis arrivée la 2ème et j'ai été servie assez rapidement, avant même la première famille. Les autres clients on attendu très longtemps que quelqu'un vienne s'occuper d'eux, un couple attendait toujours lorsque j'ai terminé mon repas et un autre couple a fini par partir sans manger. Je recommande mille fois les cabanes, eco lodges, car le séjour était idyllique, mais concernant les chambres simples j'ai été vraiment déçue car je m'attendais à avoir le même niveau de service simplement dans une chambre plus petite.Je ne réserverai plus les chambres simples.

Je ne recommande pas les chambres simples, des offres avec un meilleur ratio qualité-prix sont disponibles partout.

El hotel es genial, la ubicacion la mejor junto a las Instalaciones. Te facilitan motocicleta y son muy amables.

Se recomienda mejorar la limpieza en general, limpiar bien el baño y revisar cajones (habia comida de otros guests).
