Tucked away in an alley in Hoian, this place is quiet and clean and the pool is lovely.

This place was much better than we expected! It is in a fantastic location—a quiet spot far enough from the bustle of the center, yet just a very short walk from all the attractions. The reception staff, despite having limited English, went out of their way to ensure our stay was incredibly comfortable; they were always attentive and available. The family room where we stayed for three nights was located right in front of the pool. It was spacious and comfortable, with toiletries and bottled water provided daily. The bathroom is open to the outdoors—it is worth noting that the exotic nature of an open-air shower comes with trade-offs, specifically the possibility of encountering insects. We didn't have any issues with this, though. The pool is fantastic. It is large with warm water, and life jackets for children are available. You can use it late into the evening, provided you don't disturb other guests with noise. Breakfast is perhaps the only weak point; you select your meal—one main dish and one drink—the day before. The food is good and high-quality, but the options feel somewhat limited. However, it is worth mentioning that on the day we had to leave before 7:00 AM for a tour, they thoughtfully prepared our breakfast in advance—a very considerate touch.

La ubicacion muy buena. Cerquisima del centro y a la vez alejado del ruido. Ellos son muy amables. Desayuno rico. La parte exterior piscina, etc genial. Buen sitio. Recomendable. Hemos estado 4 dias muy a gusto. Te dejan bicis tb para ir al centro o darte una vuelta si quieres.

Odległość od miasta pozwala na odpoczęcie od dźwięku klaksonów. Duży basen pozwala na odświeżenie po całym dniu zwiedzania. Duży pokoju, kameralne miejsce. Darmowe rowery.

Słabe śniadania. Sucha bagietka i jajko do tego. Brakowało warzyw by sobie chociaż zrobić banh mi.

A great stay at Hideaway villas! Rooms are big and clean, there’s a great pool and it’s a nice quiet place to stay. The staff are amazing too, very helpful, and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. Plus it’s only a 5 minute walk to old town!

A very quiet place - 5 minute walking from the bridge - which is the first point of interest of the city. A nice clean pool - kids couldn't help to get there once we arrived. Authentic breakfast is a plus. English speaking personnel was very friendly.

Rats inside the ceiling right above the bed. We didn't see them but could clearly hear them running, fighting and squeaking. We weren't ready for that at all. It ruined the whole experience.

Breakfast is absolutely delicious - they accomodate to the time of morning you are expecting to eat -- you get a plate of fruit, meal of choice and drink of choice! The staff are very friendly and around if you need anything. Cheap and fast clothes washing service.

The location is about 15min walk to the hussle and bussle of Hoi An - only a negative if you truly want to be in the heart.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Tout était très bien. Proche du centre, nous avons pu nous rendre à pied au marché 🙂 Le lieu est très calme, apaisant et propre. La piscine est top Le personnel était très gentil, is ont même effectué une réservation de bus pour nous 🙂 Vraiment super! On recommande vivement.

Prestan las bicis y en 5-10 min estas en old town. Si quieres tranquilidad tienes la piscina del hotel. Buena limpieza y buen desayuno.

Rooms didn't do the photos justice. We had to double check that we got the right room. Rooms really need a refresh and photos look much better than the rooms.

Perfekte Lage, man ist in 7 Minuten in der Altstadt, das Haus ist ruhig, da nicht an der Strasse. Eine sehr nette Familie betreibt das schöne Haus, Garten und Pool sind eine Oase. Das Zimmer war gross mit Klimaanlage und Blick auf Palmen, vom Balkon kann man Pomelos pflücken. Das Frühstück enthielt feine Früchte, den Rest konnte man täglich wählen, die Mutter bereitete es frisch zu. Kostenlose Fahrräder sind ein Plus, um zum Strand zu fahren.

What a special spot tucked away in Hoi An. The room and grounds were kept very clean. The staff made a great breakfast for us each morning. The fresh fruit tray with Mango, Pineapple, banana, and much more was delish! My kids especially enjoyed the banana pancakes. The owners also coordinated rides to and from the airport for a very great price and the drivers were excellent. Better price or similar to grab.The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. There was daily room cleaning as well. The outdoor shower was very large but VERY hot (we were here in June). It was quiet and the pool was clean although very warm due to the heat. The location to old town was perfect walk across the bridge. Around the corner were several great restaurants (Mays restaurant and Coffee was amazing--we went twice) that we went to. Its also within walking distance to the memories show. We loved the location and felt we were more involved in the culture than the tourist areas.

The bathroom was very hot because its outside. However the shower was refreshing after a long day in the heat. We also wish the air-conditioning was stronger, but all places had the same unit and it can only work so much with the intense heat. The extra fan in the room was much needed to cool the room down. These weren't necessarily draw backs for us but its important to note.

The pool was nice, the people working there were really nice. The rooms were comfortable.

I felt that the cost was high. I had to book this place last minute because of a mixup with my other booking I had and this place ended up being twice the price of my other place I had booked. I think the cost is too high for what you get. My bread I had for breakfast had dirt on it.

Lovely small place with immediate access to the pool. People were super friendly and accommodating.

L'emplacement

It's an amazing family run place, nice rooms, beautiful pool and garden and every day personal fresh breakfast. They are very kind and helpful. Suri gave us present as well when we left the villa. The location is very good too, about 10 minutes from the old center in a silent area. Furthermore they found my passport in a local ad during the night when I was in Danang already and couldn't fly to Hanoi. Next morning Suri's son brought my passport to Danang by car. They saved my life. I can't be grateful enough to them. Thank you again.

The staff were very kind and helpful, some english speaking which made communication easy. The room was clean, large and serviced each day, with water provided. You can request what you want for breakfast, and it was fresh and delicious. The hotel was in a convenient location, within walking distance from the old town/other attractions. The pool was right outside our room, very relaxing.

It was quite easy to hear the louder voices/movements of neighbours in room next door.

We loved our stay at Hoin An Hideaway Villa. It was only 10 minutes walk to the old town and it was nice to come back to a quieter area. There are plenty of restaurants around with delicious food that is cheaper than in the main tourist area. A special thank you to the Hoi An Hideaway Villa staff who were so pleasant and helpful. The pool area was lovely and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. A lovely place to stay, we hope to come back one day!

The housekeeper is very kind and pleasant. Convenient location for getting around by motorbike or bike only. The neighborhood is quiet.

The price listed on Booking does not match the rates actually applied by the manager. This makes the communication feel rather cold. The bridge (which feels unsafe) connecting the old town to the accommodation island is closed to cars, so you have to walk about 700 meters to get a taxi. This means arriving on foot with luggage, which was not pleasant. The photos also don’t fully reflect reality : it’s not really a villa, and the garden is less attractive in person.

Very good location and quiet. Nice and quiet at night and calm during the day. Lovely breakfast included and staff so nice. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and lovely pool.

During the evening there was often a fire burning out the back which meant outdoor bathroom was smoky. Shower tiles broken so a little wobbly but ok.

Cette petite pension était très agréable. Nous avions une chambre familiale qui donnait sur la piscine. Propre et spacieuse. La salle de bain extérieure très agréable. La piscine très grande. Le petit déjeuner très bon. On choisi la veille, et ça évite le gaspillage, tout est préparé sur le moment. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Pas loin du centre ville à pied, un petit havre de paix.

Lovely bathroom. Family run business and lovely banana pancakes cooked for breakfast. Very helpful sorted massage for us close by

Hele fijne plek! De kamer is ruim, schoon en voorzien van een ruime badkamer die dagelijks wordt schoongemaakt. Elke ochtend staat er een vers ontbijt klaar en de gastvrouw is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ook het zwembad is goed onderhouden en schoon, en je kunt gratis fietsen lenen. Kortom: een absolute aanrader waar we zeker nog eens terugkomen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Zimmer und Bad sind riesig, sehr sauber und wir hatten eine Außendusche. Bett war sehr gemütlich, Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Pool und Garten waren schön und in ruhiger Lage. Frühstück konnte ausgewählt werden und war lecker und genügend. Zu Fuß konnte man in ca. 5 Minuten in die "Old Town" laufen. Massage war nur ein paar Häuser weiter möglich - ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Pleasant service, really comfortable beds, big room and bathroom and everything really clean. One of the best stays in Vietnam so far🇻🇳 The swimming pool and the surrounding areas are really good 🏊 🌴 The breakfast is delicious 🍳 ☕️. The city center is 10-15 min walking🚶 in a nice local neighborhood. There is a super market really close by. Even though Hoi An is always crowded, we felt this place was a nice escape to all the city busy life. You can borrow bikes for free or rent scooters as well. You can ask in the reception for taxi 🚕 transportation to Da Nang. I would 100% recommend and I would come back here if I visit Hoi An again 😊.

Tout. Un accueil chaleureux et familial ça change des resorts impersonnels. Très belle piscine très belle chambre et salle de bain très bon petit déjeuner. Notre 2ème séjour ici et si nous revenons à Hoi An ce sera là. Je ne peux que recommander.

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The owner is such a lovely lady who greeted me with a warm smile on arrival. My room was large and comfortable overlooking the lovely pool. Breakfast was ordered the night before, a choice of Western or Asian food, served with a selection of fresh fruit. Nice restaurant choices nearby, old town is a 10 min walk. One morning at 5.45am I took a walk over the bridge to see the locals buying and selling fresh produce at the market, which was an interesting (and photo) experience. The memories show is less than 15 mins walk and a 'MUST do' while in Hoi An. Would definitely stay here next time.

Micul dejun: am cerut oua fierte moi și mi-au adus efectiv doua oua fara nimic altceva langa, am cerut legume extra și mi au zis că nu au, poate o să aibă mâine . Am fost 4 persoane - 2 adulți și 2 copii iar la fructe nu ne-au adus ca celorlalte persoane de la alte mese, a trebuit să cer eu extra fructul pasiunii și pepene. In camera era un miros foarte urat și în prima noapte am găsit un gândac in baie și am chemat o pe doamna să-l ia. Am stat doua nopți, iar a doua zi am plecat la 6:30 și ne-au făcut două sandvișuri la pachet- foarte grase . Nu pot înțelege toate aceste recenzii bune, nu m-aș întoarce aici

Being out of the main hub was great as it was so quite here yet so close to the lively markets and night life. Host is amazing, breakfast yummy and bed comfy as! Used the bikes every day, so good. Highly recommend.
