I Hotel Baloi Batam

The breakfast is quite a spread and the quality of food is very good. The hotel is near many shops, massage establishment and near a mall. Received complimentary coupons for star bucks coffee.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved, not saying that is dirty.

This has been my first choice of hotel for each batam visit. Really love how comfortable the hotel is and the ease of access.

The hairdryer. I think I had it changed twice, but the hairdryer didn't blow hot air after use for a while.

因为喜欢I hotel, 阴差阳错定到了这家。Batam有两家。这家也非常好，楼下就是A2 food center. 过街就非常大的购物中心，感觉啥都有了。 这家酒店的隔音做得无敌好，马路上的声音不怎么听得到。因为我对声音很敏感，所以对安静要求很高，但是真的睡得非常踏实啊！！

I had a really good experience staying at I Hotel Baloi, starting right from check-in. The gentleman at the front desk who helped me (I believe his name was Ruski or something similar) was very polite and helpful. He explained everything in detail, including the hotel facilities and other useful information about the stay. It was a really good first impression. The breakfast was also good, and it was included with the room! There was a pretty wide selection of food and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety. The room itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. The entire hotel felt clean, cosy and well maintained. The location is also a big plus. It's within walking distance to Pasar Penuin, BCS Mall, A2 Food Court and Grand Batam Mall, so it was really convenient for us. We didn't have to rely on transport all the time. The staff throughout the hotel were also friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. I only booked one night here, and honestly, I regretted not booking a longer stay! What surprised me most was that I came here without much expectation, especially after spending 3 nights at another big-name and much more expensive hotel. Surprisingly, I enjoyed my stay at I Hotel Baloi much more. For me, this hotel genuinely feels like a 4-star hotel and definitely exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in Batam.

Front Office & Housekeeping Male staff helpful and friendly I made a mistake and thought I was suppose to check out the next day(supposedly 3 nights )... Fortunetly FO managed to get me a Suite room for a family of Six for another day. However we skip breakfast as it's only for 4 pax so we skip breakfast. Staff are friendly, helpful and dedicated Kudos to them

The location is fabulous. Near to shopping malls, massage and food. Rooms are spick and span with clean bedsheets and towels. All the necessary toiletries were provided. I was surprised they provided the travel size Pepsodant toothpaste. We were welcomed with Starbucks vouchers as welcome drinks. Each coupon allowed us to redeem 2 drinks and had to use before check out date. Staff are friendly and greeted us at every corner of the premises. One of our rooms were upgraded to a suite. It came with the mini Nespresso with capsules. The suite had a mini kitchen with microwave too. Also, the TV had many channels that met our interests. The breakfast was acceptable with lots of local food varieties. The hotel did change their menu every day. Good effort on that. The staff attended to our tables and cleaned the plates promptly.

The sofa and recliner in the suite needs to be cleaned or replaced. We didn’t use the sofa and recliner as it was heavily stained with dusty cushions.

Their effort to decorate the bed as it was our anniversary.. put in request but really didn't expect it!! Shopping mall was 5mins walk.. we also booked ESKA spa which was conveniently next to the mall.. the roadside stall food also yummeh!!

As always from before, from the Front door to the reception, everyone was perfect Riski from the front desk was exceptionally helpful, went out of the way to bring my nephew to the hospital. And when he got back, he immediately updated us.

Room with 2 double and a single bed should accommodate 4 pax and breakfast too

Bathroom has no space to put your additional space toiletries. If both sides of the bed able to control the lightings will be good. One side of bed power point is too low hence unable to plug in your handphone plug. No day curtain. Room insufficient lights. Duty manager Mr Jumandi did a good job in service recovery. IMO, avoid room facing GBM despite having a good view on higher floor but the dis advantage is facing afternoon sun which you need to close the curtain completely.

Bathroom having space to put your toiletries and day curtain will be an advantage.

The bathroom is small. Very squeezed. No space on the vanity top to put our toiletries bag. Face and hand towels are not provided. When asked for an extra key card, not given. Only allowed 2. One card is used as a main switch. Then one card to be shared by 2 people. When my cousin came back, I was out and she had no card. Asked for an extra one, not given. This is the first time we experienced this.

The rooms are well maintained and spacious. Good view from the top floors. Like it being within walking distance to the Grand Batam Mall. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety, including manned egg and noodle stations.

Outstanding customer service and best breakfast spread. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are courteous and deliver needs/request from us. Highly recommended without a doubt. Best experience ever and will certainly book with them whenever I'm in Batam
