Not a big deal but maybe do provide iron board when providing iron and the hotel is at a busy road. So you can hear slight noise from outside. Since I'm taking the quad room, the bed near the window can still feel the aircond breeze though it might not be cold for some

we went down at 7.30am and the food was gone. waited almost 30 minutes and they served noodles that were cooked with only soy sauce. while the dining area was dirty and messy.

The hotel's soundproofing needs to be improved. The noise from cars and motorcycles at night affected my sleep quality.

Staff is very friendly. Room are abit old but look they tried to clean as much as they can. Potato wedges and Indonesia sambal very nice in breakfast.

Don't have socket near bed, so not convenient for Ph charging. Room Ph also no working. No hair dryer. Just Beside of main road and feel noisy of car & motor cycle.

The location is strategic. Friendly staffs.

Stayed in room 303 and 318. The pungent smell from the toilets were too unbearable. Even when the toilet doors were closed, we could still smell it. Make my family fall sick. I don't recommend staying here.

1. The location of aircond unit for room 602 was bad. Only the single bed got the cool air. The rest of us were sweating and VERY uncomfortable 2. Toilet door creaked so badly. The pipe under the washbasin was leaking! There was only a soap dispenser with weird looking content. No shower gel/soap or shampoo at all. 3. The saucer for the cup seemed to have been untouched for so long it actually stuck to the table.we decided not to make tea;/coffee at all. 4. Guests were given only one access card so it was a hassle for us to leave someone in the room because the whole power circuit would be turned off within minutes.. And if we leave the access card in d room, we had to ask the counter staff to help us go up the elevator. It was such an inconvenience. Probably our last stay here.

The room was big but quite old need to renovate. Breakfast lacks variety.

First night our room at level 6, but along the corridor smelled awful. The next day, we were shifted to level 3. Slightly better but still needs to improve on all hotel aspects.

The room was clean,spacious,staff was friendly and helpful.Had my massage done in my room.Massage therapist was skillful really help to release my aching body.Glad to try the Prana Luxury Massage set for 2pax.

Corridor carpet could be more cleaner. Room windows should be sealed so no mosquitoes could slit in the room.

Hotel room Air-conditioning not cold

The location, the attentive staff and the price. The room was comfortable for 4 of us and the staff tried their best to accommodate our request for many things.

The bathroom was a bit smelly probably due to lack of ventilation. Can be noisy at times but wasn't bad.

I paid the same amount for two rooms, but one room is bigger than the other room. The corridor carpet is very smelly, and no air-cond. The building is old, different from the photos.

Room's condition as photos shown. The hotel's location is very convenient, massage, kuih lapis, restaurant, wet market and shopping mall are all within walking distance. The variety breakfast that provided was quite nice especially the potatoes, love it.

This is the first hotel i am in that: 1. Will charge when request for additional pillow 2. Only give 1 access card for 3 guest staying 3. So much noisy on music or party up to 3+am 4. Charge for drinking water when request only 1 bottle during check out day 5. Still doing 5 mins room check during check out.

Upon reading the mixed review and low rating I was hesitate first to book but since it’s in centre from the the places I wish to travel , decides to book it . Thank god and thanks to hotel management. Our all 4 rooms were clean , comfortable and toilets are also clean just ignore the small rustic area inside the basin . Otherwise , it’s really recommended for its location , price and service

I could hear loud sounds like clubbing or live performance , I’m not sure which one of it but the musics still continues till 3am and so on and I force my self to sleep…

the services are great, smiley face , good attitude. they will help out what you need. My girl lost her wallet and hat. Staff were helpful to help us to find despite we ate back to Singapore. location good, can walk to the shopping mall.

First time in my life that I was charged for requesting an extra pillow. Not a great idea.

Aircon was cold and working well. Bed and Pillows are soft and comfortable. Location was near to nightlife and attractions so taxi was relatively cheap travelling around.

the drainage of the toilet in my room 404 wasn't draining fast enough so it was flooded most of the time, same as the sink flooded too. there were some stains on the bedsheets. hotel location is near the main road so expect alot of traffic noises especially in the early morning.

I recently stayed at this hotel at room 417 (house view) and while there were some positives, there were also significant downsides. The water pressure was fantastic, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

However, the squeaky doors were quite annoying due to misalignment. My TV was stuck on repeat as the remote battery died, and it took two days to get it resolved. Additionally, not all power outlets worked, and the balcony was filthy. While the outside of the hotel looks amazing, the interior is in desperate need of an uplift. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Room and toilet very clean but the room near the road is a bit noise.over all good. Can see that the affect of the house keeping team is very good .

Check in very slow, arrived early but Cannot register have to wait till 2pm than register! why can't they do the register first and let us know 2pm than the room is available,is that not more convenient.2pm register and there was many customers ,have 2 staff but only 1 male staff doing it 1 female staff sit beside doesn't care to help for the register? Check out also very slow by the same female staff . Please do something to improve with the check in Sahid Vanilla hotel management! Rm200++ For breakfast it's too expensive.

Damn terrible hotel. Stay here if you want to sleep with bedbugs, wipe yourself with a towel with yellow stains and get woken up by loud music, banging sounds in other room and people shouting outside the window.

The room 314, shower gel and shampoo not provided when we check in. Total blow dirty, and the heater when bathing from hot water change to cool when bathing half way. The room dont have fridge.

No fridge as promised. Aircon feeling warm n need repair. Told the front desk not to do room service but it’s done when we returned to hotel. Breakfast too little choices.

The room was a little bit dirty about the table etc. There was no hot water at all.

First of all, I am deeply impressed by how pleasant my smoking room was. There was not a hint of the usual stale cigarette smell, and even more commendable with how quickly my own cigarette smell dissipated (in sufficient time). The bed, showers, bedside table, work desk, were free of any burn marks, appearing as new as they could be. Walking distance to Rasa Station, my recommended, roadside seafood stall, and the awesome satay stall that was priced very reasonably. BCS Mall is a stone throw away, especially convenient if there are signs of rain. Their rooftop bar, Skylight, was a joy to sit at and listen to, with very enthusiastic live bands. Highly recommended for travellers who want to shop in a more 'heartland' kind of mall, and eat local food that isn't priced for tourists. Great service at the front desk, polite and professional. Ride-hail works fine on location, just have to be understanding about the drop-off points that the drivers sometimes can't stop at.

I’ve difficulty in sleeping at night as I can smell cigarettes smoke in my non smoking room, I guess the smell is from the corridor outside my room. I’ve difficulty in breathing and throat sore issue.
