Reviewed Jul 8, 2026We always stay here when we arrive in Cebu. Good affordable hotel, just a 10 minute taxi drive from Pier and North Bus Terminal. They build a brand new McDonalds next door, so food is within walking distance now. 7 Eleven across the street, and a bank/ATM as well. Aircon works fine. Fridge in room. Free water bottle.
Shower needs some maintance. It worked, but showerhead needs descaling.

今回申し入れをした中に、部屋のチェンジがありました。理由は、アリがいたからでしたが、こちらの話をちゃんと聞いてすぐ対応してくれた。なので、良くなかった点でしたが、いやな感じは全くありませんでした。スタッフの対応がいいと悪く書く気がおきないんですよね。

The air conditioning doesn’t feel cold enough, I was sweating time to time but I was too tired and sleepy to call for help so I just sleep through it.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. We felt safe and relaxed during our stay, and the location was very convenient for our family activities.
Some facilities were lacking, and a few amenities we expected were not available during our visit. We also requested a small surprise birthday greeting upon arrival for our mother, but unfortunately the hotel was not able to arrange it. We hope that hotel can improve these areas to provide a better experience for future guests.

- Zimmer komplett ohne Fenster, irgendwie spooky. Kein Tresor. - In der Umgebung gibt es überhaupt keine Restaurants. Man muss ein Taxi nehmen. - Das Hotel-"Restaurant" verdient den Namen nicht. TK-Kost mit Mikrowelle matschig aufgewärmt 🤮 Dazu noch teuer.
