セルフでの洗濯の料金を特に説明もなく、 1800円ほど請求をされ、 流石に高いと思ったため、 経緯等説明したが、一切聞き入れず、 その後、まるでこちらがクレーマーであるかのような扱いを本当に一部の従業員（日本の方にされ続けた。 その割に、自分が使っている割り当てられた洗濯の場所の他の人が無断で使っていたり、 トイレットペーパーや部屋の清掃などこちらが聞かないと説明がされなかったり、 よくわからないエコステイという扱いになっていたり、 肝心なことがわからず、安心して生活ができなかった。 これは本当に一部の従業員の方であり、 他の方々は親切に誠実に対応してくださった。 あの方がいる限り、お勧めできないし、 洗濯料金が、セルフで1800円というのは本当に高い請求だと思う。

Conveniently near our condominium that lost power that night lol . Staff was awesome. Very clean. Great value for the money.

Overall, our stay was okay, and I enjoyed the breakfast—the food was good and had a nice variety.

However, there were a few things that I found disappointing. The internet connection was very slow and weak, and even the mobile data signal inside the hotel was not reliable, which made it difficult to stay connected. Another concern was the limited availability of drinking water. Guests are required to purchase additional water from the lower ground floor. I understand that this may be part of the hotel’s policy, but drinking water is an essential need for guests, and it would be better if complimentary water were readily available, especially for guests staying several nights. Other accommodations in Cebu provide easier access to drinking water. Lastly, the bathroom does not have a bidet, which would have been a helpful and convenient addition.

Frühstück sehr gut und was man so isst. Lage zum Flughafen sehr gut. Hotel hat mich nicht enttäuscht und ein kleines Shoppingcenter war auch gleich nebenan.

Construction across the hall, noisy. Nicole and Trisha helped me move upstairs to a quieter room. They were helpful throughout my stay.

They provide fresh towels, tissue and bottled water per day which other hotels don't do unless you request for it. The hotel is quiet.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Toyoko Inn with our family. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and well taken care of. What we loved the most was how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. As a family, cleanliness is very important to us, and Toyoko Inn definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was also perfect because the hotel is connected directly to JMall. It was so convenient for us to shop, eat, and simply enjoy our time together without having to worry about traveling far. We were also very happy to have the FREE airport shuttle service. This was such a big convenience for our family, especially with our luggage. It made our arrival and departure so much easier and stress-free. The breakfast was great, and what really made our stay special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about their guests. Overall, we had such a pleasant and memorable family stay. ❤️ We left feeling happy and satisfied, and we would definitely come back to Toyoko Inn again on our next trip. Thank you to the whole team for making our family stay so comfortable and enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Everything is very good. Especially king bed , bath tub and bf of Japanese taste.

I misunderstood checkout time 10am Bcz I read card case “10am”. So I had to give up meeting my girlfriend because of this.if I notice that’s 11am, I could. When I asked at reception, the reception staff were aware of the issue. It would have been easy to correct, so why didn't they? The hotel itself was wonderful, but I was extremely disappointed.

They offer good breakfast buffet. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Connected to the Mall. For transient it is perfect. They can store your luggage after check out. The staff are really nice, friendly, polite and happy which make someone at home except for some. For Familie, the room is a bit small especially the bathroom but it's budget, and it's OK for us (just 1 night). Washing machine, I hope they could add even just a foldable table attached to the wall given the rooms size just where one could fold or place the laundry.

The personnel are nice but as someone who works in the hospitality industry, it is just standard not to say " I don't know", when a certain question arised and we don't seem to know the answer, we "double-check with our colleagues/superior/person in charge...etc" to give the guest the best info and service the guest needs and not just plainly answer "I don't know". When I mentioned about something, one of them answer "because YOU didn't ask". The hotel has the info all the guests should know and need and should let us know how it works from the very start. That young lady knows that I've approached the FO several times mentioning about how "stressful" it is about the washing time. She could have asked me, what I found stressful about the washing time and could have explained me the missing important infos i need. I even told the other housekeeping the same but it looks like, it is as it is. As a guest, I respect whatever default settings the hotel has over their machines not to break it. If i see no instructions around the room, i would understand it that the machine is in its default setting programmed by the hotel itself. They should have informed me how it works and not just focus on the deposit and extra payment for additional hours incurred. 5 hours of washing! Going up and down every after 10 Minutes just to dry them and with kids in the room. What a wasted time, I went down to the FO at 5am and finished at 10am. I don't care about the price but I value my time more.

The breakfast offers excellent value for money, and the room is clean, comfortable, and inviting.

When I first entered the bathroom, there was an unpleasant smell, but it disappeared after I cleaned part of the wall.

I was disappointed with the hotel’s policies. Guests are not allowed to have visitors inside their rooms, and visitors are only permitted to stay in the lobby. In addition, if you have a special event and need to bring in a makeup artist, the hotel charges ₱500 per person, which I found unreasonable. Because of these policies, I decided not to stay here myself. Instead, I let my sibling use my booking and booked a different hotel that had more guest-friendly policies, accommodating staff, and no extra charges for allowing makeup artists or room visitors. I hope the management considers reviewing these policies, as they may discourage future guests from booking. While the facilities may be fine, the strict rules affected my overall experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I don’t plan to book here again.

I booked online thru booking.com June 3 2026 and checked in at 4pm, the only room available was a smoking room. However , the moment i enter the room , it smelled really bad ,and you can really smell the residue of cigarettes very strong odor. I checked where the smell is coming from , i try opening the cr the bathtub is really dirty .And right away i go down to the lobby where i pay for my room and reported the issue ,but somehow they say that it is a smoking room, I ask to be transferred to a different room and am willing to pay a reasonable amount . The amount i payed for the room is P 2,570 two thousand five hundred seventy. I asked the cashier if they have an available room that doesn't smell cigarettes smoke with a cleaner tub. She said that they have available room amounting P 2,940 two thousand nine hundred fifty pesos. For the transfer they charged me another P1,150 one thousand one hundred fifty pesos on top of the P 2,570 pesos i pay, if you add the amount i pay, plus the additional charge the cost now goes up to P 3720 three thousand seven hundred twenty pesos. This company is scamming clients with this kind of scheme and taking advantage of the transfer fee that will charged to clients who wants room transfer. I cant imagine how this management I calculated how and why how they come up to that large amount to charged me that much? That ,i did not even stay for an hour inside the room and reported the issue to the customer service. I explained to them that i just checked in not less than hour. I requested for a refund , but they said it is not allowed because i already entered the room. And the most aggravating reason they respond is that" I booked online and it is not their fault, I said that booking.com has no fault on this issue . Now, they blame the online booking platform of what is happening to me. This reason is so lame to me .

Washroom is so tiny. Tv is in the side of the bed, very small space.

I like the staff (shuttle bus driver, front desk), they kinda friendly and helpful.

The shower handle is kinda complicated, if you’re first time user 😆😆😆.

I think the breakfast is okay except spaghetti. Spaghetti is not good for morning breakfast. I dont see any chicken dishes.

The breakfast was below expectations. The room overall is not worth the 14K, almost 15K, for 2 nights.

Direct connection to the mall for good japanese food, Close to many things. The breakfast was ok, wouldnt hurt to have a few more items of diary. Clean rooms and comfy beds.

The bumgun in the CR was out of order, but the bathtub is a nice bonus. Over all clean and safe!

On our 2nd day of stay, the cleaning staff tried to open our room. We taken aback since were still inside our room and we did not put a sign on the door that we requested to clean our room. We were wondering why housekeeping had to open our room. Technically, it was a breach of protocol and security. We informed the FO about this. Moving forward, we hope this would not happen again. Nevertheless, we would still like to stay here when we travel back to Cebu, as we consider it as an isolated incident.

I can do my own laundry, food has good selection, each day it's different. Close to shopping mall, whenever we need something, so convenient. We stay here each time we visit the Philippines 🇵🇭 ❤️

The location, staff are very helpful and regular replenishment of towels, bottled water and even cleaning of trash.

The parking because there is no connecting walkway from the hotel direct to the parking area. You need to go outside the hotel to get to it. Also even if the parking ticket is validated by the front desk, we still need to pay parking fee especially for overnight parking.

Strange thing about this hotel is the reception is on the 6th floor The Fitness Room is an extra charge but quite a joke for a fitness room with 3 pieces of equipment look likes kids only can use. Laundry facility too but also an extra charge plus buying laundry soap I liked they replaced the old cranky elevators

Cheap toilet seats that could make a man a female shifting all over the place snapping off and on. You can shut the curtains all the way to and no rods or way to do it. On the fifteenth Floor and can still hear all the animals waking up in the morning and city traffic horns etc
