El personal de Recepcion estar más atento cuando las personas están en la entrada principal, puesto que a veces tienen que bajar todas las maletas y nosotros tuvimos que entrar a solicitar el carrito para que nos colaboraran para entrar las maletas y habían dos personas y estaban desocupadas porque no había más gente

El desayuno podría ofrecer arepa santandereana, mejor café y leche deslactosada. Tomás para recargar celular al lado de la cama no tiene. Aspectos para tener en cuenta nada crítico que afecte una estancia cómoda.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Staff were friendly and helpful, room was exactly what I wanted, beautifully soundproofed with a great view; lush green hillsides. The gym and pool were great to use too. Rated 3 stars but much better than many 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at worldwide. They are improving the hotel even more, a very positive, welcoming attitude all round. Will definitely stay again, in fact I extended my stay this time.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2025La zona de la piscina, bonito espacio para descansar, rodeado de mucha naturaleza y en especial de 2 gatos amigables que lo cuidan a uno, la decoración del hotel en el lobby del hotel es divina, buena atención de todo el personal, nos hospedamos para el matrimonio de mi hija y nos colaboraron con todo lo que necesitábamos.

Restaurant was a horrible experience, i did ask for manager to make a claim but he comes at 12 to work, not enough staff so there was not food, not utensils, dirty dishes on tables, and dogs and cats waking through the restaurant.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2022The hotel is literally a 6-minute drive away from Floridablanca. It is 1 hour away from Panachi, 10 minutes away from Girón, 5 minutes away from the Botanical Garden, and 15 minutes away from Bucaramanga (Check Pico & Placa there) The breakfast! Generous, varied, and delicious. The waiters were always pleased to satisfy us with coffee and refills. Coffee was good quality, hot and fresh.
I didn't like that we charged upfront for the 5 days. This is perhaps the only hotel I've stayed at, anywhere, where this happened. One afternoon we got back and wanted to have a quick nap, but the cleaners had only just begun to tidy up the room and it was 5 pm. Very odd. Cleaning is usually done in the morning while guests are away.
