Quiet, the food , the pool, the staff

The shower room got floaded sometimes

Very spacious room. Nice hotel and area. The food and service at the Caracoli restaurant was very good. Complementary Medical service was great and useful since my wife needed it.

The only thing that needs a lot of improvement is the service at the breakfast restaurant.

El desayuno tipo bufete muy completo y de buena calidad

La habitación 202 tenía el piso laminado muy maltratado. El baño un poco anticuado. En la piscina habían 10 de las 15 mesas de la orilla sin toldo lo que no permitía hacer uso de ellas. Por esto si no se llegaba muy temprano no se podían tener mesas y sillas debido al sol y el calor.

El lugar es hermoso con campos de golf de muy buen standard , la gente amable y dispuesta al servicio en alegría . Rica comida

Atención y servicios inigualables. Maravillosa las canchas de tennis de campo, campo de golf, desayunos deliciosos y variados. La piscina espectacular. Personas muy queridas.

Sus habitaciones son muy cómodas y cuentan con todos los beneficios del Club, lo que hace que se disfrute en un mismo lugar muchas cosas.

Todo me gustó, fue una estancia muy buena.

El desayuno es muy variado y abundante. Ofrece la comida tipica de la región, variedad de frutas, jugos, bebidas calientes, huevos, salchichas, arepas y tamales de la región santandereana, que son buenisimos!! La piscina y zonas humedas son excelentes!! Sus campos de golf y el gimnasio también son excelentes !! Recomiendo 100% este hotel - Club Campestre !!

Excellent facilities, a lot of green, great gym and pool, clean, well maintained surrounded by restaurants and shopping mall. Easy to get transportation in and out.

The property is in a beautiful location. The facilities were very complete. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the food at the various restaurants. It was great to share the space with the club members in a family friendly atmosphere.

Bucaramanga is a jewel. No foreigners, no whitey's, no arrogance, no attitude, only local colombians. Perfect! A tiny bit more mosquitoes than Medellin, but hardly any compared to most tropical places. The weather is perfect, of course, no rain, 18 to 29° each day. The country club is mecca, an oasis, all encompassing luxury experience. The fine dining is unlike what I've experienced in paris, new york, toronto, Vancouver, other big cities. Unbelievably extraordinary quality and flavors of food. The service impeccable. The gym world class. The golf course amazing. The squash courts, oh my god!. The tennis courts were the best of the best, 14 red clay courts with a cadre of professionals to cater to your every need, ball boys, referees, instructors, professionals. Unbelievable. The room overlooked the golf course. Super quiet. And you cannot spend more than $200 Canadian dollars per day. The resort cost with the all you can eat buffet breakfast was $147 canadian. The massage 30 canadian. A latte $2.50 canadian. A bottle of wine, a reserve bottle, $30 canadian. Like I said, this place is more than half the price of Medellin, and three to four times cheaper than anything you'll find in the Caribbean or america. This place is golden. I will be living here for the next few years for between 1 and 2 months per year.

Muy mal. Ya habia pagado en la plataforma de Hoteles. Com un valor por la estadía y en el hotel me cobraron un Valor adicional. Sólo me deberían haber cobrado el impuesto pero solo me reconocieron 1.560.000 de el 1.940.000 que habia pagado. Me siento robado. No vuelvo a usar esta plataforma

Muy lindo lugar, excelente atención. Solo dos puntos que no me gustaron: 1. Cuando reservé decía que ya incluía impuestos pero al momento de pagar me dijeron que no estaban incluidos por lo que se incrementó el costo 2. Mi habitación tenía un olor raro que no pude identificar.

Club Camprestre has all the amenities that you need. You will never get bored. My favorite part is the amazing breakfast they have with so many varieties. We love to stay at the Club Camprestre Bucaramanga, Colombia.

This property was phenomenal. They offer so many activities at the hotel one could never get bored. Their pool is outstanding and they have very friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Bucaramanga.

The place has it all. It was a great experience to be so close of the city and feel very relaxed in a quiet place.

Some times it could be a little bit hard to find transportation because the location.

This place was amazing! The food was excellent, the staff was very cheerful and very accommodating. The rooms are really nice, the entire building was beautiful, and the grounds are really nice too. There was always something fun happening and the pool is huge. The scenery is pretty also. I don't speak spanish but the staff does, so it was not that hard to communicate. I would always stay here when I come back.

Incredible breakfast included. Wonderful lap pool and saunas. Excellent golf course (not included). Excellent restaurants and bar on the property.

The food offer is very good, with big portions and variety. The pool and sports facilities are great The staff is very friendly and helpful

Be aware that the hotel rooms don't have double glazed windows, so the noise can be really bad. It's common they offer private parties that go until 2 or more in the morning, so you won't be able to sleep at all. We got offered a spare bedroom on the lower floor at midnight and somehow helped, but it was a real nuisance. The playground should include some options for smaller babies (protected swings).

Everything about Club Campestre is a five star but if you cannot sleep you must give it a one star.

Parties until 2am did not allow for a good sleep. Also cutting grass and blowing grass at 4am just outside the guest rooms is unacceptable.

Location and golf

Breakfast was ok.

The hotel did not have coordination with reservation, I was refused to paly golf upon my arrival, they said nobody can play after 4:00pm I was assigned room # 410 and I could see people teeing off of Tee #1. Go figure! They also told me I could not play gold on Wednesday because the people participating on the next tournament were practicing, go figure again, I am very dissapointed at this place.

Beautiful country club. The facilities are superb. Golf court where you could play or just walk, tennis courts, sauna, Spa, gym, swimming pool, playground for children. Three restaurants, nice gardens.

Difficult to get a reservation. I come often to Bucaramanga and was not able to book a room since several years. This time I was lucky enough to get a reservation. I recommend to book with enough time.
