First stay in Morocco and the staffs at the hotel didn't let us down. Pleasent, comfortable, clean and value for money. Hat's off to their manager Redouan and fellow staff Fatima. They went out of their way in assisting us with small small hiccups we had. Not to add that the message and hamman we booked was simply amazing. Keep up the good work guys.

Un immense merci à tout le personnel, qui a été absolument incroyable : souriant, adorable, disponible et toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Les propriétaires sont également d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, très arrangeants et toujours là pour faire en sorte que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le personnel hyper accueillant et qui donne de bons conseils, le SPA les massages sont juste incroyables, la décoration faite avec goût, la nourriture variée et délicieuse, finalement tout était parfait !

The feeling of serenity within the bustling Medina was remarkable. The staff very welcoming and indeed, it did feel like we were being welcomed into someone's home. Our room (Ambra) was beautiful and tastefully decorated; the inner courtyard exuded a feeling of quiet contemplation. The Riad has a wonderful scent and a feeling of calmness. The hammam was a lovely experience and breakfast on the rooftop each morning was delicious and set us up for the day.

Nazira, Redouan, and Yassine were absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful, professional, and always making sure everything was perfect during my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. Their hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail really made the experience special. Whether I needed help with something, advice about the area, or simply a friendly conversation, they were always there with a smile. Tiene una atmósfera tranquila, acogedora y mágica, perfecta para descansar después de pasar el día descubriendo Marrakech. Pero, sin duda, una de las cosas que más nos llevamos en el corazón es la hospitalidad y el cariño con el que nos trataron. Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir como en casa, siempre atentos, amables y pendientes de que no nos faltara nada. Ese trato tan cercano hizo que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más especial. Disfrutamos muchísimo de cada momento en el Riad. Todo estaba cuidado al detalle y se respiraba una paz increíble, algo que se agradece muchísimo después del bullicio, los colores, los aromas y la intensidad de las calles de Marrakech. Ha sido una experiencia preciosa que recordaremos con muchísimo cariño. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, cosy. Staff were OUTSTANDING. Location was perfect - close to main attractions but felt like a peaceful oasis. Food was delicious and excellent value and they had lots of Gluten Free options. Lots of attention to detail and lovely little extras to make my staff so special.

Everything was wonderful. The people were very attentive, kind, and generous. They make you feel right at home. If you want a central location but also peace and quiet, I recommend staying here.

Riad magnifique Décoration raffinée et ambiance calme

This Riad is a little gem of a place and is very central. The staff could not have been any more helpful and recommended some amazing trips. My son and I had a fab time and would have no hesitation staying here again if we returned.

Notre séjour à Marrakech était une bulle enchantée et le riad y est pour beaucoup. Il est magnifique, on s'y sent bien. Toute l'équipe est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux (un gros coup de coeur pour le jus d'orange délicieux et le amlou).Nous avons également fait un hammam et un message 4 mains sur place c'était très pratique. De plus, le riad est extrêmement bien situé, à quelques minutes de la place et également pas loin du lycée Mohamed 5 qui est le point de rdv pour beaucoup d'excursions. Si nous revenons à Marrakech, nous retournerons sans hésiter à ce riad.

Het is een heerlijk rustige locatie en toch in het oude centrum, dicht bij het grote plein. Het is een oase van rust. Alles wordt elke dag weer super goed schoongemaakt. Na de hectiek van de Medina is het heerlijk ontspannen in het zwembad op het dakterras. Ook avonds kun je heel mooi op het dakterras tot rust komen, je hoort niets van de drukte in het centrum. Vervoer van en naar het vliegveld wordt ook geregeld voor een kleine prijs. Kortom, het zal je aan niets ontbreken in deze riad.

И могу сказать точно — я угадала на 100%! ❤️ Начиная с расположения и заканчивая персоналом — всё было на высшем уровне. Сам риад — настоящий оазис посреди шумной Медины. Всё невероятно красиво, уютно и продумано до мелочей. Сразу чувствуется, что это место создано с большой любовью к истории, культуре и традициям Марокко. Мне кажется, впечатления от страны во многом начинаются именно с места, куда ты возвращаешься после насыщенного дня. И нам очень повезло, что наше знакомство с Маракешем началось именно с этого риада. Отдельно хочу отметить управляющего Reduan и весь персонал. Забота чувствовалась каждую минуту: нас постоянно спрашивали, всё ли хорошо, нужна ли помощь. Нам подробно рассказали, что посетить, дали карту и объяснили, как лучше ориентироваться в Медине. Нас тепло встретили и душевно проводили 🥹 Завтраки — вкусные, сытные и очень красиво подаются. От всей души рекомендую этот риад! Если сомневаетесь, какой выбрать среди множества вариантов — выбирайте именно этот, не задумываясь. Вы точно не пожалеете! ❤️

Nuestra estancia en el Riad Jardín Des Sens & Spa,ha sido espectacular,muy recomendable por su ubicación y atención personalizada por parte de todo el personal.Las instalaciones ,la habitación ( con todos los detalles a nuestra llegada: té, pastas y agua fresca) y el trato de Mohamed,dispuesto a satisfacer nuestras peticiones,todo de 10, muy recomendable. El desayuno es completísimo.

From the moment you walk in to this riad tranquility awaits with exceptional and attentive staff. It truly felt like a very special second home. Nothing was too much for the staff. The roof top terraces were amazing, secluded yet with views over the medina. Amazing sun lounging areas with a great pool on the roof top for cooling off not to mention the other 2 pools in the centre of the attriums. Also within a 3 minute walk down the lane you are immediately enveloped in the souks allowing to transition from busy media to the tranquility of the riad multiple times a day with ease. The rooms are beyond words crafted by an artist, with neutral tones and spotlessly clean. And on top of all that the breakfast was exactly what I would want to start my day.

Please dont change anything, I want to experience exactly the same when I come back next time.

As two female travellers staying in Marrakesh for just under a week, we felt incredibly safe and comfortable at this Riad. The Riad itself is a stunning oasis, isolated in the heart of the bustling markets of Marrakesh. It features a beautiful rooftop with a pool and restaurant, a lovely pool inside and a spa that was a treat. Our room was spacious and clean, and beautifully decorated. But what made our stay the 10/10 experience were the hotel staff. Each staff member was more than accommodating to us, helping us with anything including our concerns with getting around on our excursion days. Big shout out to Siad and Mohammed for being so kind to us in our visit, we will hopefully return one day.

Un verdadero paraíso en Marrakech. El alojamiento y las habitaciones son preciosas, todo decorado con muy buen gusto. Todo el personal fue muy amable desde el principio, siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno y la cena fueron espectaculares. Recomendaría también el Spa, nos hicimos un mix de Hammam y masaje y muy buena experiencia. En conclusión volveremos seguro y el mejor sitio para quedarse en Marrakech y vivir una autentica experiencia de Riad Marroquí.

This lovely, fully renovated riad beautifully reflects traditional Moroccan architecture, with original wooden detailing and ornaments that give the whole place real character and charm. Our room was elegant and spacious, decorated with authentic local design touches throughout. The little pool next to the spa is beautiful — a perfect spot to unwind — and the open rooftop terrace is ideal for relaxing in the evening. Attentive service is definitely a highlight here. The manager, Redouan, gave us a warm welcome and a lovely personal touch that really enhanced our stay. The location is incredibly handy too, just a 5-minute walk from the main square. Overall, a wonderful stay — highly recommended!

Lo mejor de todo ha sido el trato de Redouan y de todo su equipo. Nos han hecho sentir como en casa, atentos a cada detalle y dispuestos a ayudarnos en todo. Gracias a sus recomendaciones y cuidados, nuestra estancia en Marrakech ha sido inmejorable. El spa también es una maravilla y el broche ideal para una experiencia inolvidable. The riad was beautiful, an oasis in the middle of the medina. We were collected from the airport with luggage then transferred to a trolley while we were walked across the busy main square & through the maze of the medina. When we arrived we were upgraded to a suite, which was stunning, right next to one of the pools. The air con in the room was incredible. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, always smiling & more than happy to help. Breakfast was always delicious, lots of it, which was different each day & was available to eat anytime we wanted it, anywhere in the riad (roof terrace, own room, courtyard etc). We were given advice on where to go in the city, where to eat, where not to eat & where to watch the sunset from a rooftop bar. Everything at Jardin Des Sens surpassed our expectations, i would highly recommend. We travelled as a mum & daughter & the city felt perfectly safe, the locals are all friendly, respectful & say hello when you walk past. Our favourite part was walking down the maze of back alleys outside the riad where the locals live, before you hit the busier market streets, again, perfectly safe.

Everything about this place is perfect. Stayed for 5 days and could have stayed forever. The staff are so friendly and kind, and offer you everything you need. The rooms and the rooftop / pools are beautiful and the spa is so relaxing (I went 3 times). Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for my trip to Marrakesh!!!

Everything. Fantastic setting perfect after a busy day in the souks. The staff make this place a delight to be there. Massages and food all great. You are truly missing out if you don’t go there. Honestly this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in.

Absolutely beautiful riad and people. A paradise awaits from the busy Marrakesh streets. Beautiful large rooms with very comfortable bedding and furnished tastefully with local handicrafts. Every member of staff treats you like family, so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The heated spa pool is divine and the rooftop plunge pool is the perfect place to cool off. Breakfast was a highlight of the day. Probably one of our best stays we've ever had around the world. They even treated my husband to a surprise birthday cake on his birthday.

Das Riad war für uns der schönste Aufenthalt unserer gesamten Marokko-Rundreise. Die Lage mitten in der Medina von Marrakesch ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre im Riad ist wunderschön und sehr besonders.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts Negatives zu sagen. Man sollte nur wissen, dass das Riad – wie viele Unterkünfte in der Medina – über eine eher schmale und dunklere Gasse erreichbar ist. Das ist jedoch völlig typisch für Marrakesch und aus unserer Sicht kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt, sondern einfach gut vorab zu wissen.

I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The welcome and hospitality were truly outstanding and made all the difference. Even if the property had had some small imperfections (which it didn’t), the staff would have completely made up for it. What truly stands out is the professionalism, kindness, and genuine care of the entire team. I honestly don’t remember all the names, but every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. I do remember Maria, the massage therapist — she was so amazing that I honestly wanted to take her home with me! Truly exceptional. A special mention also goes to Amed, who works in the evening. As I was traveling alone with two young children and the property is located in a small, slightly hidden street, he was incredibly kind and came to pick us up for two consecutive evenings because I felt a bit uncomfortable walking alone. That level of care and attention is rare and deeply appreciated. Also, the staff member in the morning who gave me directions was fantastic — really professional and helpful. I work in the hospitality industry myself, managing apartments in Rome, so I can truly recognize high-level service. What I experienced here was genuine, attentive, and exceptional hospitality — this is how it should be everywhere. I may not remember everyone’s name, but they were all absolutely amazing. Highly recommended — I would definitely come back! ✨

We had an excellent stay - the communication was very responsive, taxi service and porter made getting to and from the riad painless. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, we were made to feel so welcome and given loads of advice on where to go and how to navigate. The location is very central, but peaceful and calm once inside. Food was delicious with a wide selection and a beautiful rooftop terrace. We had a fabulous massage and our rooms were tastefully decorated and felt very luxurious, with a huge bed. We would highly recommend a stay at this amazing riad, this is a very special place!

Ein echtes Juwel in Marrakesch! Das Riad Jardin des Sens ist eine wunderschöne Oase der Ruhe mitten in der lebendigen Medina. Sobald man durch die Tür tritt, lässt man den Trubel der Stadt hinter sich und wird von einer unglaublich entspannten, stilvollen Atmosphäre empfangen. Der Innenhof mit seinen Pflanzen und liebevollen Details ist einfach traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verbinden traditionellen marokkanischen Charme mit modernem Komfort. Besonders schön war auch das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse – frisch, vielfältig und mit Blick über die Dächer von Marrakesch. Was diesen Ort wirklich besonders macht, ist jedoch die Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Teams. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Das Riad ist außerdem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Medina zu erkunden, und gleichzeitig ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Eindrücke. Für mich war das Riad der perfekte Ort, um Marrakesch zu entdecken und gleichzeitig einen ruhigen Rückzugsort zu haben. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Riad absolut empfehlen!

Our stay at this riad in Marrakech was a solid 10/10. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. It truly felt like a home away from home. We were even given a complimentary upgrade for my birthday, which made the experience extra special. The riad itself is absolutely stunning—without a doubt the most Instagrammable place I’ve ever stayed in. They made our stay here truly memorable. An excellent experience from beginning to end! I’m glad we booked a taxi through the Riad, making sure we reached our destination safely through the labyrinth of narrow streets. The host gave us some great suggestions on how to spend our 3 days and we enjoyed a great hamam and massage in their little spa. Breakfast was tasty and we also enjoyed some lovely juicy drinks by the pools on the cosy rooftop. I’ve travelled extensively all over the world, but I’ve rarely left a place being baffled by the personal and kind service of the staff of this lovely riad. I will be back! - and then I’ll do the cooking class as well!

Ce Riad est très bien placé au calme c’est une pépite!!! tout est excellent les gens, l emplacement la chambre, les petits déjeuner, le rooftop, le spa et j en passe. Nous avions pris un package romantique et luxe vraiment Pas déçu ! Le hammam/ massage une merveille et le repas spécialité marocaine un délice. Nous conseillons les yeux fermés ;) et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Bravo à tte l équipe pour cet ambiance chaleureuse et professionnelle avec tous les conseils très précieux à l arrivé qui nous ont été très utiles. César et Emmanuelle

Amazing staff Mohamed and other staff were gracious, kind, helpful and the riad was so beautiful! The food was modified for our allergies and it was delicious 🤗. Highly recommend for all travellers looking for clean, safe, beautiful experience with amazing staff!

El desayuno Bien aunque poca variedad de salado y mucho dulces. Las piscinas y las terrazas nos parecieron bastante más pequeñas que en las fotos pero el riad es muy acogedor y limpio. El personal muy amable. Te hacen sentir como en casa y muy seguros en todo.

La azotea y las piscinas más pequeñas que en fotos. No hay tv en habitaciones y no se puede escuchar música. La caja fuerte está apoyada en una estantería y se podria llevar. Poca luz para leer por la noche en habitación.

The staff has been extremely accommodating to my requests, which also included sourcing gluten-free pastries for breakfast. Said, the Assistant Manager, was beyond helpful. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable to rest after a long journey.

Everything! Beautiful Riad, fantastic staff, great food and a great location. If I ever return to Marrakech I will stay here again.

Only minor points - the bathroom lighting could have been a bit better and a mirror in the bedroom would have been useful.

It’s a gem in the heart of Marrakech. Once you walk through the narrow lanes and reach the Riad you are automatically transported to a zen environment.The whole place smells like Orange blossom and is extremely refreshing. It’s very tastefully decorated and we thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. Our breakfasts were elaborate and freshly prepared and we felt like princesses. We were a group of four girlfriends and we enjoyed every bit of this place. They even handed out amazing souvenirs to us at the end of our stay. Highly highly recommend

Our stay at this Riad was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! The staff was incredibly kind, gracious, and attentive. They made us feel right at home and looked after us very well. They also organised cooking classes which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hammam was fantastic too! I highly recommend this Riad!!

Staff were very attentive, shout outs to Redouan & Muhammad. Food (Breakfast & Dinner) were good. Room was comfortable, location was good with easy access to Medina and it's quite a walk.

Personnel adorable et très serviable. Nous avons meme eu droit à un surclassement dans une suite plus grande avec balcon ou nous avons même pu profiter de prendre le petit déjeuner. À notre arrivée, on nous a donné pleins de conseils pour visiter la ville de Marrakech tout cela autour d'un thé. Nous avons pris le temps de profitez du Spa (hammam et massage). Le riad a une jolie terrasse qui donne sur les toits de la ville.

L'emplacement, le décor, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel nous ont fait passer un séjour fantastique. Nous recommandons à 100% ce riad. Encore merci.

A moins de 10 min à pied de la place Djemal El Fna Très calme Personnel charmant (toutes et tous !) Beau cadre général (patios, couoirs, escaliers,..) 4 bassins où on peut se baigner dont une petite piscine chauffée Très belles chambres, , superbe décoration Bon restaurant (sur réservation le soir) et très bon petit déjeuner, depuis la terrasse sur le toit (belle vue) Très bons massages et hammam ! Service de navette aéroport efficace et d'un prix raisonnable

Là, vraiment rien..... Bien sûr, il n'y a pas de télévision dans les chambres... c'est un Riad de charme, pas un hôtel de chaine !

Without doubt the best Riad we have ever stayed in … others may possibly be as beautiful but what sets this one apart is the wonderful staff. They make you feel like a friend of the family from the moment you arrive. I arrived late and someone came out to meet my taxi as the tiny streets can be confusing! NOTHING is too much trouble - I was totally spoiled for my birthday. A cooking course on the rooftop is something very special and the food at the Riad was the best we had anywhere! We would also 200% recommend the Hammam and Spa - we are now very clean! It’s a short safe walk to the main square with all the places to shop, eat and to meet your guides. Please don’t hesitate if you are thinking of booking, we stayed 6 nights, loved every minute and every other guest we met also felt it was totally exceptional!

An oasis of peace, luxury and style - hidden behind an unassuming door down a scruffy street. Everything was fresh, clean and comfortable and the staff were brilliant.

The street life outside was interesting. We had to negotiate a resident beggar - but he seemed harmless.

I had an incredible stay at this riad in Marrakech. The place was absolutely stunning and beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out. The atmosphere felt serene and truly divine. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always present, making sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with a lovely variety that changed every day—such a thoughtful touch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Alles an unserem Aufenthalt im Riad war einfach nur perfekt. Super schönes Riad, viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr gemütliche Atmosphere, wir haben uns super wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Der Service und das Personal ist brilliant, besser geht es nicht. Lage ist super zentral, für uns war alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses wunderschöne Riad kommen. Vielen Dank für alles

Amazing ! Trebuie să spun ca acest riad este mult mai frumos în realitate !!! Foarte curat , Personalul este incredibil de primitor !!! In recomand cu toată încrederea , este foarte aproape ce centru Medinei , Nu trebuie să vă faceți griji legat de “ străzile din Marrakesh “ . Camere sunt mult , mult mai mari decât par în poze . Camera noastră a avut și un balcon imens ! O locație de vis ❤️ Am fost încântați de această locație !!!

Absolument tout l’emplacement est tout proche de la place. C’est super et très calme lorsqu’on est dans le Riad. Le personnel absolument fantastique aux petits soins, souriant, adorable il nous avons rencontré les propriétaires qui le sont tout autant… Le confort des chambres magique, nous avons passé deux premières nuits, puis après une escapade dans le désert, avons testé deux autres chambres sur ce même Riad. Toutes les chambres sont vraiment super des petites piscines partout sur la terrasse en bas, c’est magnifique et vraiment complètement dépaysant. Je prévois de revenir au Maroc, milieu d’année prochaine, j’ai déjà noté le nom de la chambre que je vais reprendre, je n’irai nulle part ailleurs ça c’est sûr. Et pour finir les petits déjeuners, au même niveau très copieux, délicieux et variés Que dire de plus, je suis enchantée
